Part ordered to come in the next day didn't show. So came back the following day and again part did not show. On the third day, Saturday, we contacted dispatch and were told the part was coming from Portland but wouldn't arrive until Monday because of the previous Monday being a holiday and no deliveries on Sunday. Then the gal looks and says they have the part in North Bend or Woodinville but they close soon. I COULD HAVE IT IN 45 MIN BUT MY CAR HAS BEEN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR 4 DAYS! AND YOU TELL ME 2 MORE!! I picked it up myself the next day and will never use Napa again if at all possible PERIOD.
Enter by the sideways of the bldg.under construction but it's friendly and compared to 1/2 of auto parts it's confidential they're selling you what you need
When I first walked in, I noticed how organized and clean store was. The friendly associate quickly located the part I was picking up for a friend. Before I knew it, I was back in my car and off to deliver the part to my friend. I would shop at this napa again ..
A for effort the ladies in the morning tried really hard to find a blinker light for my fuso box truck gave over 110 percent of trying to locate on for us I give them 75 stars
Just went to napa and Karen hepled me and was awesome thats right I said there is finally a good Karen. She had amazing customer service 👏 and went out of her way to find me the parts we needed.

I aways get my automobile repair parts at the Burien NAPA store. Lester is extremely knowledgeable and I am confident in his ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
I called and spoke to Will (in Burien), he went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Greatly appreciate such high level customer service!
They didn't have what I needed but he sent me down to the Renton main store They didn't have what I need it either even though he told me they did waste of time
They attempted to return an item that was bought at another store across the state. Did the best they could but I had to go the extra mile with the other locations to get to the end result. Some more education on how to deal with the accounts system is warranted, but otherwise they did as much as they could with their abilities. I'd still go there.
Napa is one of the best auto parts stores around. This Burien store offered me the right parts, at a very competitive price, and with top notch customer service from the friendly folks behind the counter. Will I be returning in the future? Yes.
Everytime i go here for supplys or ask questions, there not helpfull, lied about not having parts till i insisted they look for them. Staff here is lazy and igorant with the wrong attitude. Napa is a great store, but this one here is lacking.
Napa tends to have more parts available than most suppliers, which is awesome. I've used other locations numerous times and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, the employees who answer the phones here in Burien are 9 times out of 10 short, disinterested and slightly grumpy sounding. I have dealt with these attitudes miltiple times with several different advisors. This is Definitely is not a welcoming experience and I would recommend other stores over them if you care about the quality of customer service. Which is a shame because I like Napa as a company.
