I am 100% satisfied with the quality of repairs completed by this shop! They got my 2021 Honda Accord looking like it just left the showroom! I appreciate the Technicians who repaired my vehicle and manager Sam for running such a smooth and efficient shop. I also would like to appreciate my technicians Berry and Mike for giving me the opportunity to be updated about my vehicle’s status! Any collision repairs should be ran by this shop.

Highly recommend getting any car accident services here. Everyone on the team takes such great care of you making sure that you get everything you like any questions they will answer or email you. I had the pleasure to work with Jerry, Kayla and Amiyah. Jerry worked on my car. Everything came out perfect just like it came brand new thank you so much and the two girls. They were so great at customer service helping me. Make sure I get my paperwork. They are both so sweet. I enjoyed working with both of them. Would recommend going back for future work.

These folks were recommended by my insurance company after I was hit in a parking lot, and they did an amazing job. I would confidently recommend them to other people, they were communicative, and they left my car clean and looking good as new!

They forgot to calibration if the cc. So there was a slight inconvenience, But they fixed it, dropping everything when I dropped the car off, got it done quick. To make it right.

The whole experience was smooth and the front desk staff were professional. Shout out to Jimmy who was responsive, took the time to understand my concerns and give thoughtful and helpful answers. My car was returned on time and looks brand new.

Great business and very professional but it comes at a premium cost. I was getting quotes for damage to my car and they were more than twice as expensive as the other companies I went to. One quote was for $1,850 and their quote was for over $4,000. Obviously I didn't get the work done by them so I can't speak on the quality of work.

Staff was very friendly and communicative. Car looks good as new, and the full detail was a really nice touch. Also loved that I could leave my rental car keys with them and they would coordinate return- so convenient! Hopefully I won’t have to come back but definitely will if the need arises

I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The staff was polite and knowledgeable too to bottom. My family has used crash champions Burien 3 separate times and the work completed looked amazing. The kept us up to date on progress of our vehicle and finished every time before we expected. I would highly recommend them.

Would not recommend was not communicative. Did not fix my vehicle 100% and told me to go to a different shop. As I continue to inspect my vehicle I continue to find more damages that crash champions didn’t catch. All damages are visible to see from the outside I couldn’t rate this shop higher then a 3/10 had to round down

They never looked at my car. They never even drove my car because they said one of the tires was so nad they don’t want to drive it. ( Mind you I was able to pick up my car and drive it all the way to another shop!) The lady made an assumption and told my insurance company that she thought I hit a curb, even though I was involved in a hit-and-run. So now my insurance company is denying the claims based off of her Guess! Unbelievable!

two years later and still dealing with issues from their sub-par work. They were to replace some broken windows and not only could they barely handle that, they never cleaned up the glass within the door and I've had to replace the motor because some of it got jammed in the cable. Also, it took them 3 months to conjure up the effort to even complete the work on my car. Stay away from these crooks.

Colossal waste of time. These folks told us they would have our car ready in two weeks. When I dropped the car off, they said they would text us M/W/F with updates. They never did. We called them asking for status updates, they said they'd call us back, and never did. After pressing them, they said they could get 1 of the 2 repairs done in the two week period. The next day, they said they could not. When we asked them what the delay was, they said it was because they 'had to email' the insurance company. After two weeks, we picked up the car with no work done. Edit: per their response below, I reached out to Crash Champions to see what their thoughts were, but they never responded.

Overall recommended if you need to take your car somewhere to get repaired. The employees are all really nice and professional. Repair was excellent. I walked away with confidence that my car was treated well and that I can take it back to them if I ever need anything again. However, because there was minimal damage to my car, it felt like I was being talked into taking the insurance's check instead of getting the repair. Not sure if the guy thought he was giving me good advice; or, did he not want another car in his queue, or was he working alongside the insurance company to pressure me into taking the money in an attempt to avoid other damages being discovered?

I took my vehicle in for an estimate and it took them 2 weeks and me calling before I heard back. At the time of the estimate, a few pics were taken but there was no discussion. I was told “it was too late in the day. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I called and was told by the manager that they were so busy and he gave me a song and dance about how he had to stay at work until midnights to keep up. I finally got an email from the guy who took the pics and when I asked how long it would take to do the repairs, he told me he’d have to see the vehicle to be able to give me an answer but that it would most likely be at least 2 weeks! Poor business practices as far as I’m concerned and they apparently don’t want my business.

I picked my car up on May 24th after it was involved in a hit and run. Jimmy, who was supposed to be fixing my car missed a spot on my door that was from the accident. I have tried to get a hold of them for pretty much a month to fix it. When I went there in person, I was told that I would get a call back after he spoke to the insurance company because he missed a spot on top of leaving my entire backseat a mess. Never once got a call back, have called them multiple times. And the crazy thing to me is Jimmy decided to fix something with my car that wasn’t even a part of the accident but can’t fix The actual body damage that was done to my car. I’ve called crash collisions probably every week saying that I have yet to hear back because Jimmy said that he was going to reach out to me. The fact that this is going on an entire month and no one can get back to me when you guys were supposed to fix my body damage. And in the picture, you can tell that the body is cracked, it’s not even the paint, yet I was told that that wasn’t a part of the accident. When my entire driver side door was completely swiped, and those cracks are from the accident. On top of Jimmy then stating oh the car was probably like that, when I Then mention to him that my car has a clean title. Which he says it doesn’t matter if you have a clean title, and my eyes eyes I was confused as to why he said that because having a clean title means that there were no accidents under your car meaning that there is body damage to your car. I simply would just like this to be fixed so that way it doesn’t rust

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic! His exceptional personality and demeanor truly stood out. Without a doubt, he was the highlight of my experience. His professionalism and genuine care made a significant difference. I believe Jeremy's presence significantly enhances your operation, and losing him would be a considerable loss. On another note, while one of your front desk/customer service staff members was satisfactory, the other one fell short of expectations. During the three weeks my car was with you, I encountered the less helpful staff member, who unfortunately was quite rude and unaccommodating. Despite my inquiries about the completion time for my car, she seemed disinterested and unwilling to provide assistance. Moreover, upon receiving my car back, I discovered a malfunctioning window. Despite my concern, she dismissed it outright, refusing to acknowledge the issue. Her reluctance to seek assistance from someone more knowledgeable about vehicles was disappointing and frustrating. In summary, Jeremy's exceptional service made a significant positive impact, while the experience with the other staff member left much to be desired.

I’m sure they are nice people. But as far as the service they provided, 0 stars. Horrible experience. Needed an estimate for my insurance to cover a claim. Waited 4 weeks for an appointment. Waited 40 minutes for them to see me once I arrived on time for my appointment. Told me they couldn’t work on it or give me an estimate. Lamest experience at a body shop I’ve ever had.

Thank you Amanda C, for all your impecible help and seamless process from start to finish with my car. Quick and efficient work done here. Updates were provided frequently and when I arrived to pick up my car it was like it was brand new again. Inside and out! So Happy to be reunited with Roxy again. This whole process was stress-free from the time I dropped it off to getting into the rental and the pickup!

Service King made my car beautiful again! They repaired quarter panel damage, replaced one of my doors, realigned the vehicle after a final check found issues. All of this and outstanding customer service. I'll say that again...OUTSTANDING customer service! Seems rare these days but they really made me feel like they cared; empathetic, friendly, and available. The service was definitely appreciated. Thanks Burien!
