I want to start by saying that I have always liked Honda cars. The first time I went to Honda of Burien was in 2015. They treated me as if I was asking them to give me a car for free. The customer service was very bad, so I left and went to Nissan. They treated me very well there and I bought a brand-new car. In 2022 I returned to Honda of Burien and my experience was different. They treated me very professionally. However, yesterday I went back because my truck was there getting a problem with the camera fixed. It was curious because as soon as I dropped it off, they called me and offered to buy it. They offered me $28,000, and since my job requires me to drive a lot, I thought about buying a hybrid car. But when I started negotiating, the salesperson, whose name is Arnas, kept trying to offer me a different car the whole time, always with very high payments. I have excellent credit, and then they tried to offer me only $20,000 for my truck. The whole experience was very unpleasant. When I was leaving, his manager came after me and asked if we could talk and if I would give them a second opportunity, but it was already too late. I left, crossed the street to Toyota, and drove away with the car I wanted and received a fair deal. I think from now on I will be taking my business to Toyota.

Jonathan was fantastic! He helped us get my daughter a car that was within our budget. Great communication and customer service from the moment we walked into the dealership. He even stayed after the sale and helped my daughter set up the Bluetooth in her car. I can’t recommend Jonathan enough! If you’re in the market for a car go see Johnathan!

Very patient and not so pushy, like some places. That is why we chose to do business with them. Final paperwork went smoothly. Would recommend.

Our former car was totaled in an accident and we went for a walk on a Sunday afternoon along 1st Avenue in Burien, Wa to see what might be available. At Rairdon Honda we spotted a very clean older Odyssey and were examining it. The car did have a QR code in the window that gave us more detailed information about it. A salesman, Jonathon, approached & asked if he could help. We examined the car in detail, but were unsure at that time if our car was going to be totaled. While there was interest in the vehicle online, because we were there in person, he offered to hold the car for 24 hours and we eventually accepted his offer. We went in the dealership and filled out some paperwork (everything was explained in detail to our satisfaction). Our transaction was pretty straightforward as we weren't financing the vehicle. After a short wait we finished up the paperwork with the finance manager and left the dealership. The next morning our old car was deemed a total loss, so I texted Jonathan that we'd take the vehicle and that we'd be there just before noon. We arrived and the car was ready for delivery. We shook hands and I took the keys and drove off. Our transaction was smooth and easy with no pressure. Based on our experience, I heartily recommend working with Jonathan .

RUN!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! I secret shopped them several times recently. They post cars online. But, the cars are not in stock. As of January 30 they still have 3 vehicles listed online, which are conveniently sold by the time you get their. These are budget vehicles under $13,000. Once they get you in, the sales people will tell you "Since we don't have that one, let me see what else we have in your price range." Then they proceed to show you cars outside the price range you gave them eventhough you told you need lower range. They try to pressure sell you into something you don't want nor need. Don't do business with this dealership. They are Super Shady and Untrustworthy.

Bought a 22 Toyota Camry beginning of October. They claimed the vehicle had no record of any accidents and claimed to have done the proper inspections and did not. I drove it off the lot unknowingly with a bent strut and bad tires. They refused to come down on the price at all. They wouldn’t offer any deals on having the windows tinted and were very rude about this when we asked. I should have never bought this car based on the lack of courtesy from Vanessa. I paid $230 for a diagnostics at Toyota because there was a clunking noise coming from my left front tire since I bought the car and I noticed the tire was tilted. Toyota provided me with a carfax report that indicated 2 accidents to the front left (which would explain the bent strut and clunking) and right rear prior to me buying it. Vanessa Soto was the sales person and Justin Luong was the sales manager I spoke with about the issue. He was very rude and said he can “take this phone call and you know” telling me he doesn’t have to talk to us. I bought the extend warranty thinking this would cover the issue but because I bought the vehicle like that, warranty won’t cover it. We asked if they could either pay for repairs or fix it with their mechanic to make it right because they insisted it passed safety check and had no accidents when diagnostics at Toyota highly recommended not driving the vehicle til the issue is fixed and also provided a carfax indicating the 2 accidents it has been in. I will never recommend this dealership or any Raidon of Honda at that. Insensitive people who highly lack honesty, accountability and compassion towards their customers in making things right. I would give this place, Venessa Soto and Justin Luong negative stars if it was an option.

Called them up because I was going to buy one of their cars, told them I was out of state up front when asking for out the door price. They enrolled me in text, then spent a lot of my time going over and responding back and forth. Then because they didn’t want to figure out how to sell out of state just texted me we just won't sell you the car, we just don’t sell to out of state buyers. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Would recommend you look elsewhere, look how many reviews I have vs their number of 1 or 2 review histories giving them a 5… EDIT: weeks later they’re calling and texting me because they can’t sell the car, ridiculous! Terribly Managed and asked them to lose my number

I waited a long time to write this review because I wanted to be fair—and because I truly hoped my experience was an exception. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. I purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Radion Honda of Burien in February 2024. At the time, I was three months postpartum, caring for a three-month-old and a two-year-old, and urgently needed a reliable vehicle that could safely fit my growing family. I was in a vulnerable season of life, and I placed trust in the dealership to guide me honestly. That trust was abused—and it has had lasting consequences. During the sales process, I was explicitly told the vehicle had received all major maintenance between 60,000–100,000 miles. That statement later proved to be false. When I took the vehicle to another Honda dealership in Seattle, they showed me documentation confirming that only half of the required maintenance had actually been completed before the car was sold to me. By the time the vehicle reached 160,000 miles, it was essentially no longer reliable or usable. I am now a mother of two young children, stuck in a catch-22: carrying a $12,000 loan on a vehicle worth less than $1,000, with over $4,000 in immediate repairs needed—repairs that exceed the value of the car itself. I cannot afford to repair it, cannot responsibly drive it, and cannot escape the loan. I want to be very clear: the service department is the only reason this review is not one star. Helen, the service manager, was exceptional! She was honest, compassionate, and consistently went above and beyond—doing for me what the sales staff and management would not, including helping me obtain a key fob I desperately needed. She treated me like a human being, not a transaction. Helen is the most trustworthy and ethical person in that building, and she deserves real recognition. If integrity mattered at the top, she would be leading the entire dealership. My warning to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here: do not rely on verbal assurances from the sales team. Do your own research. Ask for documentation. Verify everything independently. I didn’t—and I am paying the price for it every single month. No customer—especially a parent in a vulnerable postpartum period—should be left in a situation like this because critical information was misrepresented or withheld. I’m sharing this so others don’t end up where I am now.

Very unfortunate to be writing a review like this, as my experience started off great but ended with a sour taste. The salesman my father and I worked with was excellent, and we spent about 4–5 hours at the dealership working out the details of the deal, which was expected. However, once we had finished up and retrieved the car, my dad noticed an issue with the front bumper. This turned into another 2–3 hours at the dealership while they tried to identify the problem and replace paperwork. My dad refused to leave with a car that appeared to have been tampered with—specifically, the bumper had been removed and adjusted to push out a swollen section that wasn’t done properly. For context, I am in the middle of moving within two weeks for a new job, so I’m already stressed and exhausted with all the logistics in my life. The last thing I expected was to be given a “new” car that had not been thoroughly inspected, especially when spending thousands of dollars. You would think the vehicle would be delivered in pristine condition prior to handing it over to a new customer. Instead, I was handed a car with an obviously flawed bumper. When I spoke to the manager, I was met with a condescending tone and a smirk that made the situation feel even worse as I was visibly upset. In the end, my father did receive a new replacement car, but the overall way this situation was handled was deeply disappointing.

From the moment I called til the moment we walked away with car and title in hand, which is saying something since we drove 2 1/2 hours from the Astoria area to get there, Angie and the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was polite, respectful, can joke around, and above all, professional. They made the stress and pressure of buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. If I need another vehicle, they will be the first place I call.

The service manager to the service technicians will not help you . They are lazy and fake stories.. They leave you thinking that honda will not cover anything under there warranty. They dont even have there service technicians look at the problems and will tell you its not covered under there warranty. Personally they discriminat against customers. They shouldnt be dealer for honda. So if you have warranty issues dont go to this dealership pure garbage nuisance. The service manager says his wife has same issues with front headlight having condensation And Hondas warranty wouldn't cover it. On honda poilt. But i called north america of honda. They said they will cover condensation in headlights and its covered by there warranty. Also seattle honda already said its covered under warranty and they'll fix it. Beware of this Beriun honda company there lazy and there staff is lazy . They will make up fake lies not to help you. At there service department. Also Make you think how lazy are the owners of this company.

Tyra was great, no curve balls as far as pricing. They offered additional services and did not push when I said no. Financing was fast. Adding insurance to the vehicle took longer than buying the car itself. Overall I had a very positive experience.

My partner bought a 2 year old Honda here, which seemed to be in great cosmetic condition and you would think a reputable dealership would do their due diligence to ensure the mechanics of the car were also in shape, especially for how expensive it was! This is not the case with this TERRIBLE dealership! Not even 6 months after the car was purchased one of the tires was out of air and now the battery and alternator are shot. Actually mind blowing you can just not take pride in what you sell and get a vehicle in top of the line shape (which they said it was). TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!

He was professional, patient, and even gave me great deals that shocked me. I didn’t feel pressured and he explained everything to me quickly but efficiently. Shout out Andree! 🤭

Buyer beware. Over promise. Under deliver. Highly misleading and lack of accountability. They claim they do a 40 point check of the car to insure it is in good shape. After purchasing the car I had the rude awakening. They hadn't done any of it. They failed to disclose key issues. Walked out thinking I had a great car and now I am facing huge bills of repair just 3 days after buying vehicle. They brought the car to my house which was kind but then when I went to start the car it wouldn't start. When I called they said oh that sometimes that happens give it a jump. The next day I go to fill the tank since they gave me the car with barely any gas in it and after filling the gas tank the check engine light comes on. Indicating it needed an oil change. I take it to my local mechanic and they find a litany of issues amounting to $2300 in repairs. Both the car dash and my mechanic indicated that the oil had not been changed. They failed to disclose that the vehicle had damage in the undercarriage and oil pan was leaking. I have video, photos and receipts to back up my issue.

I bought a 2021 Honda Civic Type R from this dealership back in 2021. They overcharged me on the final sale price with an additional dealer markup of $10,000. Yes I paid the extra amount and I wasn't the smartest person at that age but I feel like it should be known to everyone else that this dealership is more than willing to take advantage of your desire to buy a car. I also asked them to NOT do the PDI as I wanted to do it myself outside of getting the car driveable. I received a call from someone at the dealership who told me that my "R Type" was ready for pickup. I later show up to pick up the car only to find out that they did not honor my request for the PDI. They already took my money and there isn't anything I can do about that; but do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

Bought a used Acura from this dealership from Brady in sales and AJ in finance. It was a really seamless experience. They had done their due diligance during the pre-sale inspection and reported that one of the headlights wasn't working. When I pointed that out in the report, they let me know that they took care of it after the inspection.

I recently had to buy a new car, not because I wanted to. With that I impulsively drove to Burien from Everett with my kids in tote, to test out a car. I zero recommend taking kids to the car lot, but I was running out of time and needed to find a car fast. I made a choice on what car I was going to buy, signed my papers and agreed to come pick the car up in a couple days. When I signed the papers my rep I was working with explained I have the right to return the vehicle within 7 days for an exchange of same price or more. I was able to go pick my car up without my kids and their constant distractions and that’s when I started to realize the car I was buying was not the car for me. I took the car home to sleep on my thoughts and when I woke up I knew the car was not the car for me. Later that day I contacted Honda with my thoughts on the car and how I made a mistake and this is not the car for me. I then drove back to Burien and exchanged the vehicle for the right car. It was a less than ideal process for both Honda and myself, but they were very nice to me and my concerns and were dedicated to making sure I was happy with my investment on a new car that I didn’t even want to be buying, but had no choice. I am overall happy with my purchase and my experience with Burien Honda. I worked personally with the manager Kevin, a sales Rep Tyra, and finance director Emily. There were a few others that assisted with the switch of my vehicle, but I did not catch their names. Buying a car is hard, and knowing where to go when it’s time to buy is really helpful. I have learned to only go to reputable dealers, and my last two cars have been purchased from Honda directly. Marysville and now Burien. I speak highly of Honda dealership because I can see the quality and not just in the car. If you’re looking for a car, with solid service to back it up, I recommend Honda of Burien. Just don’t take the kids. It’s not worth it. 😂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seamless, Low-Stress Car Buying Experience Purchasing a vehicle from Rairdon's Honda of Burien was by far the easiest and most seamless car-buying experience we've ever had. The message/chat feature worked flawlessly, which made the process super efficient before we even stepped foot in the dealership. When we arrived, the in-person interaction was low-pressure, relaxed, and genuinely comfortable—a big contrast to other dealerships we’ve visited. I can't overstate how positive this experience was. Great experience. Everyone was super friendly and patient with my questions. I enjoyed how transparent they were about everything and it was clear what I was investing in. They were extremely professional. They work with me to get the price I needed to get the car. I probably won’t need another car anytime soon, but I would definitely go back to them.
