Pas was incredible. He helped me get my battery refitted after a connected corroded. My old mechanic used non standard brackets and this guy was awesome figuring out which ones needed to be replaced.

My name is Lisa Branson. 2 months ago, I purchased a used vehicle out of state and it was sent to me here in Burien Washington, on a car transport carrier. The passenger side headlight was not working. So I went to AutoZone to purchase a replacement bulb. However, Kevin, the gentleman who helped me, discovered the wires and connection were actually burnt. I purchased the parts needed to fix my headlight issue for less than $45 and it's been working great ever since! I told Kevin I would give him a great review because he was very professional and his customer service skills are awesome! That was on 12/8/25. Now the driver side headlight is not working so again, I purchased a bulb to fix it and that was not the issue as well as the wires and connection on the driver side headlight were also burnt. So you went back into the Burien AutoZone and told Kevin of the situation and again I purchased all the parts needed to fix the issue for less than $45! Once again, Kevin really saved me a lot of money for a car repair I didn't have and did an awesome job of fixing it. Well he was fixing my headlight we were chatting and I asked him if he saw that I had wrote a 5-star review a couple months back when he fixed my other headlight? He said AutoZone never received a review or anything from me. I submitted the first review under AutoZone cares. So I don't know if there's any way he can get credit for the review I did on 12/8/25 that apparently you never received, as well as getting credit for this one I'm submitting today, on 2/5/26 via Google. He totally deserves 2 credits to his name. You are lucky to have him as an employee who honestly cares about giving great customer service!

These guys are great! Affordable prices compared to other local auto stores. Friendly staff. They all are very knowledgeable and helpful if your needing assistance with your vehicle or any product from the store. My car broke down in the lot and they've been very kind and understanding while I've been trying to get the funds to get back on the road. (Hard times right now). One of the managers and workers also helped to fix my warranty on some previously purchased items. (The worker before forgot to take my phone number for the warranty.) Super smooth process and I was very happy to have the warranty on the part now!

I want to say thank you to Kevin and Josh for taking the time to change the wipers on my car even though it was a little bit of a struggle they did an amazing job

One of the best AutoZone stores I’ve been to. The staff here are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Management keeps the place running smoothly, and it shows in how much respect the team has for both customers and leadership. The level of service felt on par with a certified dealership mechanic. Special shoutout to Jonathan for the clean battery install, thorough testing, and for sharing extra knowledge about a factory wiring issue with my new Mazda to go get fixed. 5 stars all around!

I went to another auto zone earlier that day for wiper blades. I was at home and it just wouldn’t fit on my car. came here hoping to see if I got the wrong ones and and turns out the previous store had the wrong item in the box. No wonder it didn’t fit haha. I didn’t have my receipt so they went through their system and figured it out. They gave me a discount and even installed my new blades in less than 5 minutes. So helpful and kind! Kevin and another worker were amazing.

I think this is my new favorite autozone, and I visit AutoZone's all across the country as I travel for work. I bought an alternator yesterday from AutoZone, because the one on my truck from a competitor had the nut fall off the pulley and ruined my radiator. After installing the new alternator and radiator, I drove for about 10 miles and the nut came loose on the AutoZone alternator too. I was able to tighten it with a pair of channel locks that I had in my truck, and I drove to the AutoZone in Burien for a solution. Andreas and Kevin French jumped into action and we're both looking for an impact so I can put the nut on securely. Andreas immediately went to a commercial customer to borrow an impact. Kevin didn't hear what was going on but I told him after Andreas left. He had tools and loctite in his trunk and went and got them out and removed the nut, cleaned the threads, applied loctite, and then cinched the nut back down. They both really went above and beyond and deserve recognition for their efforts. Anytime I'm near Seattle I will definitely be using this AutoZone above the rest. Thanks guys!

This store is very clean but Paul went above and beyond. Please give him a raise! My new go to store from now on. 10/10

Shoutout to Joshua! I came in kind of clueless about a 15A fuse I needed, and he took the time to help me out, even came outside to check my car with me. In the end, we figured it out and even found extra fuses hiding in the car. Super nice and helpful!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came into AutoZone today with a car that had just been jumped. I wasn’t sure what the issue was—battery, starter, alternator? But TALON H was the absolute standout of my visit. He didn’t just try to sell me something; he explained that while the battery might be the issue, it could also be the starter or another problem. He laid out the risks honestly, but after listening to his expert advice, I took the chance and bought the Duralast Gold battery. TALON H walked me through the whole process step-by-step, even installing the new battery for me. He was so pleasant, professional, patient, and knew his stuff. And then—we ran full diagnostic tests with the AutoZone scanner, and EVERY single part of my system passed! Cranking volts, RPMs, charging system—all green. The car is running like a champ now. This man needs a raise and a promotion. No joke—I’d hire him to run any business I’m a part of. He’s sharp, respectful, has excellent customer service skills, and knows cars inside and out. If you’re at AutoZone and lucky enough to get TALON H, you’re in the best hands. This was my first time at AutoZone and it won’t be my last. I’ll be bringing all my car business—and my friends and family—here from now on. All because of TALON H.

Commercial department has 'quietly quit'. Service and communication is terrible. Andreas needs to be shown the door. We get argument, poor communication and attitude. Craig, their parts driver, is wonderful. There's lots of competition in the auto parts world.

I have been trying to figure out how to post so this man gets recognition. I went to their location on Christmas Eve after leaving work for my check engine light. The nicest man named Kevin (I hope it's his name, 5"7ish blondish short hair, almost 29 years old) helped me out. Not only did he help me find the problem, he went out of his way to help me and installed my VVT Solenoid just hrs before closing on Christmas Eve. Probably the best experience I have ever had at any store. Not only was I grateful but so was my boyfriend because it saved him a job 🤣 10 thumbs up to Kevin. Thank you a 1000x over!!! Spoke to a young sales person gave me some good advice on a BMW battery. My initial encounter was with the manager who didn’t have time for me, but he had time for a young lady who didn’t speak English. My plan was to purchase a new battery, but the sales person advised me to purchase a BMW battery because the BMW uses more energy than a regular battery can handle. While testing my battery, the manager came out to check on us and asked why we were at the back of the vehicle.the Sales person replied “because he took it out of the car and brought it down to be tested”. Less than a minute later, the manager came back out and told the salesman he needed to come back in and work sales. I asked why didn’t he have time to help me but he could help the young lady. He replied because I’m the only Spanish-speaker here. Understood, but my question was why didn’t you have time to help me, but you have time to help her. I speak English, but that doesn’t make any special. There is a pattern of bias that is growing and going unrecognize and unchecked because it’s being perpetrated by the most unlikely people.

Joshua Vaughan was exceptional at his job! He went above and beyond and make sure my vehicle received the best right parts for it's problems! Highly recommended and i am one happy customer! Thanks Josh for getting my car rolling again!

Employees were super nice on Oct 17th 2024 around 8 pm system was down and wouldn't allow the employee to return wrong parts which happened at a different location where they said I'm only allowed a gift card then the employee that was trying to do the return looking up the order a different way using my phone number and in the computer half of my parts weren't there even though he was looking at the receipt but the computer wouldn't accept it so I have to come back a different day to return my parts hopefully there system is fixed within the 90 days

Aug, 8 went in for manual transmission fluid. Commercial manager Andres told me there is no such thing as manual transmission fluid. Began to question me and even go on Google to look "does manual transmission fluid exist". Which it does obviously. I found the part number on autozone website and showed him it's in stock at this location, he then told me to go look for it myself, which would have been no problem if I hadn't already told him 3 times I already looked. Andres is a very petty employee with no knowledge of cars in a management position. I went back again to the end of the line as I really needed my car running. I am very grateful KEITH came to my rescue and helped me with everything I needed, great attitude no problems everything was a breeze, Keith, thank you again!

Earlier today I had gone grocery shopping and when I came out my car wouldn’t start. I walked over to the Burien Auto Zone and was helped br Keith. He charged my battery and then told me to drive to the store so he could check the battery out. I told him that I was going to buy a new battery and he said to wait until he checked out my battery. After he checked it out he said that I would need to get a new battery. Keith was friendly, efficient and very friendly with this widow of 82 years. I know that I will shop at AutoZone wherever I need anything for my car

I'd give'em 5 stars but the part I ordered was supposed to be overnighted, which we paid an extra $12- for, and it didn't come in that Friday so I had to wait until the following Tues for it. Now it probably wasn't their fault cause they said the company hadn't shipped it yet, and the $12- was refunded, but I still didn't feel comfortable giving 5 stars under the circumstances. Other than that, it was a 5 star experience. The cashier was great and the part was correct.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! This place rocks!! The service people there went above and beyond. I wont go anywhere else for whatever I need for my car!! Sunrise put my battery in for me and not only did a great job but took care of other problems I had with my car.Shes a beautiful person inside and outside.She was so knowledgeable and so helpful.You can tell she cares about her customers and Auto Zone is so lucky to have her on their team.Sunrise...if you read the reviews I hope you see this one. Best place i been too. Kevin that works there one of the mechanics. He helped me and took his own time and energy to help me put in a new alternator. He deff deserves a raise and also he was super kind and very professional and with it. Go here please! He saved me from getting into an accident with my toddler. In hard times right now. And he was there. Amazing mechanic

AZ stores seem to be commonly understaffed. The very busy gentleman there was very pleasant and helpful as he directed us to the self checkout station for our simple purchase. Good idea. Saved a lot of time.

Well hey I was told by my car accident and then I got overcharged on windshield wipers just want to let you guys know that you better get your wallet out before I would suggest going to another place first and pricing them out before you buy here. But I don't think you're going to go broke cuz they're in a very convenient location. You see these guys think they can just slide along with you know charging people 50 bucks for people who don't know any better like me but you know if there's going to be hell to pay eventually. I also wanted to comment on hello to critique man that was beautiful I love that no deodorant thing that was a hoot.

I just want to say that this store gave me the greatest service satisfaction a customer needs. I had just came from Walmart (Federal Way), when I was told that they do not install hubcaps, I can buy them but I would be left with putting them in. I don't know anything about putting hubcaps. 🤔 I got on my phone and Googled "hubcaps" when AutoZone popped up, so I called them up and I was told they can put them in. So I headed there (AutoZone Burien) and I was greeted by this nice young man (Keilan), very polite. After I decided which set of hubcaps I wanted and paid for it. The old lady that he was helping prior to me came back with something, so she must have just gotten something from her car. Keilan, did not ignore me he reassured me that as soon as he's done helping the old lady, he will put the hubcaps in for me. When another guy (Christopher), came out and Keilan asked him to help me. 💯%✔️👍customer satisfaction. 😉

KEVIN, is amazing! Long story short, alternator went out and ruined my battery as well.. bought a new one (remanufactured) and it didn’t work. Came down to get it tested to confirm it was the alternator. He came out and helped me with the whole thing! After a long week of feeling defeated. Extremely patient and helpful! His patience unmatched. Treat him well! He’s definitely an asset. The team was awesome, it shows in leadership! Thank you again!

Wow! Service I had received from Joseph was amazing. He installed new battery to my car beyond his work hours. This guy went above and beyond to help me out. Mike who picked up my call was also pleasant. He was able to find my battery that suit for my car. This place is making AMAZING. Bravo Auto Zone 👏 👏 👏

Went in to find touch up paint today and found exactly what I needed. So far I haven’t been disappointed with their stock and found what I needed.
