Called for a tow for my car that wouldn't start. Bill showed up surprisingly quickly after (maybe 30 minutes?), tried to help us troubleshoot the car to avoid the towing, and when that didn't work, was super professional and friendly in getting it hitched up and off. It's actually the second time we've used them and they've provided outsanding service every time!! Couldn't recommend more.
Bill arrived with flatbed to tow me from a dangerous spot where I broke down on I-5. His safety minded and experienced pick up much appreciated. Nice conversation the added bonus in route to the repair shop. Nice job and great customer service.
Needed a flatbed tow from SeaTac to Vancouver. They had the best price, excellent customer service and were right on schedule! Handled my vehicle with care and dropped it off right in my driveway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They literally charged my father in law $175 to tow a car maybe a half mile like 6 blocks. I just thought maybe since the man was 86 they could have told him to buy a triple A membership in which he would have gotten 4 tows with AAA up to a 100 miles. That's insane to me. I feel like they may have taken advantage of an elderly man who is a fellow Veteran..sad sad world we live in nowadays.

I called to inquire about a vehicle that was impounded and was asking questions to find out what paperwork I needed. The woman who answered was very rude and just hung up on me. Very unprofessional. The phone calls are recorded I recommend this company listens to the recorded call so they can see how rude the worker is who kept hanging up on us. When I called back she hung up again. You guys seriously need to get someone who can handle answering questions without hanging up on people!
I was in need of a quick tow (had two hours to get my car to the dealership after someone stole my keys) and I’m grateful to Bill for making it happen. Kind people, quick service, car was moved!
07/24/2024, my grandfather had a rearend accident on 167 and my guy Thomas showed up from Burien towing and show top shelf respect and professionalism. Pulled the car off the freeway and took the time to help my gramps and make sure he was okay until we got to him. Respect is hard to find these days but Thomas and Burien towing have mine. Thank you guys.

Thomas was great. He was friendly and professional and came to my rescue when I was unable to get my car started and needed to have it towed. And I didn't make it easy for him. My driveway is very narrow in my complex and the car was parked head first into my garage. He did an excellent job. I will be calling again if I ever need another tow.

I had the MOST WONDERFUL experience with Jim from Burien Towing! My engine blew out, and I needed help towing it to a storage lot. They took great care of my car when I had quite a weird predicament and helped me get it exactly where it needed to be. Bill was great! Fast and efficiently hooking up and towing my prized Jeep from a difficult area on the Ak viaduct. Good conversationalist too, I enjoyed the ride home. This is the 4 or 5th time I’ve used Burien Towing for personal and company vehicles and they are consistently good.
Burien towing made my holiday bright! Bill and Cameron were so friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful! My car was impounded there after being stolen. Bill helped my son and I decide the car was recoverable, gave my granddaughter sweet attention and THEN gave me a ride home after the towing company left me behind! All in all, an exemplary experience!
This GD truck purposely increased speed to 70MPH to prevent me from merging onto the freeway yesterday. Such a display of road rage that I am compelled to share with wouldbe victims/customers. This driver was AGGRESSIVE!!! Shame on him for endangering the public.
