As a real estate agent, you must have a dependable ride. I was on my way to start my busy day and noticed my coolant was low. Thank goodness O'Reillys was close. The gentleman helped me select the correct coolant and helped me put it on my car. I was so thankful.

The team at O’Reilly’s always comes through. Every time I stop in, the staff is helpful, patient, and quick to track down exactly what I need. They don’t just hand you a part — they make sure it’s the right one for your vehicle and situation. The store’s well organized, checkout is fast, and they treat you like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Easily one of the best auto parts stores around.

Amazing how one person can replace a bulb 3 weeks ago. Now they get a new set of employees and know one can do anything. The guy that replaced my battery did not secure it all the way and now they cant replace a bulb that doesn't require tools.

Everytime I go there and get attended by a guy called HUNTER I am pretty sure I won't find a solution to my problem. What a lack of costumer service attitude. This guy hates his job and he does not hide it. I'll never coming back to this store again.

went into this store today, at around 2:00 with my husband for a quick trip we spent about 15 minutes in the store waiting for my husband to pick out what he needed, we were asked if we needed assistance by a woman to which we declined and upon arrival to the register to check out i walked to the drink refrigerator to look for a drink to which we were then accused of stealing ! i was told i “walked by the door and put something white in my pockets” i was wearing camo pajama pants with no pockets, impossible. i lifted up my shirt to prove nothing was there and asked if he’d like me to pull down my pants as well or if he’d like to have his female employee pat me down, he said no he knows we were stealing and that we needed to leave this store and that we were banned it is so upsetting to be told i’m stealing when my husband and i frequent this store, we were just sold items yesterday !! and my husband has checked out with that specific employee several times, it’s so disappointing i feel as though we were profiled because of the way we look, myself a black woman and my husband hispanic, we just bought a house walking distance and thought as car lovers we had found the perfect neighborhood auto supply shop it’s unfortunate to know that if you spend too much time in this store or look a certain way you may be accused of stealing.

The manager Gary if that’s his name. is the rudest and does not to be in customer service. I have never been treated that way over the phone. To keep being hung up on saying that something is wrong in my end but not one hello from him to show that he can’t hear me. But could reply when I say something. He must be having a bad day. Which is not my fault and wants to argue with the me about hanging up and not hearing me. But would reply with an attitude to my questions of what was going on. But he could hear me loud and clear!! So unacceptable from management.

Staff were immediately friendly and helpful the moment we got through the door. They quickly helped us find the parts we needed, and even helped us with getting the battery switched. Definitely would go here again.

I was there purchasing a battery and the guy named Chris I'm assuming which was on the receipt, was completely rude. Im asking for a thorough explanation of the pricing of the battery and he's talking in a passive aggressive tone. Just annoyed I'm asking questions. When I went to talk to another employee about the pricing, he interrupts our conversation to point out the reasoning for everything. He clearly had an attitude. Why work in customer service if you hate your job.. His demeanor was rude for no apparent reason.

These five stars goes to the store manager Mr.Gerald and him ONLY! He'd returned from having his days off to finding out one of his employees had damaged my vehicle by busting my windshield wiper resivour..he then jumped immediately into action to resolve the problem..for 3 months..yes 3 months..the part was a difficult replacement part to find..diligently searching for the part on his personal time also..this Manager at the buckroe shopping center was very helpful and patient and made me feel like a valued customer..I've been going to this particular store since it's been in my community...that's year's of dedication..this manager deserves recognition for his professionalism and dedication to this com..needless to say he got the job done he's reason 5 stars! Thank you sir I appreciate your help. Hopefully corporate office will also acknowledge and recognize your excellent work ethic.

Driving from NC to NJ. Was headed to my brothers coast guard graduation driving his truck because he wanted to drive it back home. All of a sudden I lost brakes and steering on the interstate - serpentine belt. I limped over to this Oreily’s. The lady and gentleman working the closing shift on Nov 4th at this store turned a miserable experience into a little less miserable experience. They went out of their way to help, were polite and professional. I battled the belt in that truck for hours and you really find yourself in the midst of a battle like the one I just had. You also notice the folks that just make the world a better place. Those two are those kinds of folks. I wish you both the best. Thank you for your patience.

I actually used to not really like them too well cuz of them having cheaper Quality Parts that's usually the reason why they have the parts in stock nobody else carries at all because of who they actually buy their parts from but have actually learned that a lot of their China parts are actually still a pretty decent quality highly recommended me

More expensive than every other auto place in the area. I work on my vehicle's myself. Most of the staff acts,like you know nothing about vehicle's. I have corrected the woman manager many times about auto related stuff. Heard many complaints about her. Don't think you need to have mechanical knowledge to work there. Save your self the time and aggervation!!!!

Needed headlight bulb they offered to change it. They bent the end installing tried to say something was wrong with the car. They also dropped the back cover to bulb in my wheel well and couldn't get it out.

Went on got 5 cans of oil anfd filter change the oil and my truck it was a great experience there they are very nice very helpful I think all to go by that place O'Reilly's East Pembroke the Buckroe Shopping Center

O'Reilly's is the best car parts company in Hampton Roads. The level of service that I have received is the best. The expertise of the people behind the counter is exceptional. And their pricing it's better or will be matched. No reason to go anywhere else.

Great customer service always helpful. Parts I get there are of good quality and the price is right. I've never had to take a part back because it was the wrong part. The counter guys know what they are doing. If they don't have a part you need they will order it and you can normally get it the next day. They're the only parts store I use anymore.

Oreilley always has the best price on parts and they price match any other brick and mortar store. This place isn't the biggest but most parts can be delivered same day. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The staff here is good about telling you what they do and don't have experience with when you ask questions and are more than happy to discuss/learn/share tricks and tips if there isn't another customer waiting.
