I needed my late mother’s 1977 car towed back to my home. The car had been sitting for some years and was located at my mom’s house, 3.5 hours away. Denzel was able to tow the car back to my home for a reasonable cost.
The tow service was honestly the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been around for more than a half century! The service techs were very professional and friendly. They went the extra mile to get my damaged vehicle from my home to the service station. They used a special procedure to get my heavily damaged right front end on and off the truck to elevate any additional damage from occurring. They were precise with the timing as scheduled. Caleb was awesome. Super helpful, and got there super fast. I only waited for maybe 20 minutes, and I didn’t pay as much as other tow truck companies were quoting me. I was having such a bad day because my car broke down and he made it better by being kind and having a positive attitude. If I ever need a tow again (hopefully I don’t lol) I will definitely call them.

Had my daughter’s car towed today. Although I didn’t get their names, the drivers customer service skills were top tier. The young man I spoke to was very polite and accommodating. Once they delivered the vehicle to its location, the driver politely assured me the cost had been paid by the insurance company. I am very pleased. If the entire staff is as good as the 2 I met today, you have a hell of a team. I highly recommend this towing company. Thanks again.

Our car ended up stuck in a ditch (ugh!). We have Roadside Assistance through Geico, but when they gave us a 90-minute ETA for a tow, we were like… absolutely not. My husband decided to look for local help, and that’s when we found Cardinals Towing LLC through Google—and thank goodness we did!

The Cardinal team are very professional and were very careful transporting my boat after a hub failure. If you have a boat trailer breakdown and need to transport on a flatbed, these are the folks to call!
I needed my car towed from the repair shop back to the dealership, but I was at work so I couldn’t be present at either. Cardinals Towing made that process as smooth as possible. I let them know there wasn’t a rush, as I wasn’t stranded on the side of the road or anything. The tow truck driver still arrived and had the car loaded, key in hand, and a picture as proof within the hour. The price was extremely fair, mile for mile the best I was quoted. Communication and service was above and beyond the entire time. 5 stars all around! If you ever need anything towed, emergency or not, at the VERY LEAST I suggest giving these guys a shout first. You won’t be disappointed I promise. Thanks again Caleb and the entire Cardinals team!
Broke down around 6pm. Made a few calls with no luck. Contacted Cardinal Towing, said they would be at my location with 45 minutes, which they were. Work away from home, asked if they knew of a local repair shop to get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. They hauled my vehicle to a shop and within a few short hours was on my way. Much appreciated. Definitely recommend their services. Both guys were professional, quick, helpful and patient. Thanks again for all of your help.
