This is the 2nd time we've had to be towed and not only did they both times give me, my boyfriend and our 2 dogs a ride as well they are quick affordable and always help highly recommend

We had a situation with our car being towed.. but these employees are really good people and tried to work with me. It's been hard. This place is the best

Great people knowledgeable and helpful. I went in while I was on vacation thinking I had blown a radiator. After spending 30 minutes thoroughly checking my car, he said to try a radiator cap. There are many places that would have sold my a radiator. This place was fair and honest.

Breaking down is never fun, especially when you're far from home. We were in a tough spot—our car gave up on us, and every other garage we called was either closed or too short-staffed to help. Just when we thought we were stranded, Pike's Garage came to the rescue! They were the ONLY place that could take us in, and we couldn't be more grateful. The mechanic got right to work on our car, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and is getting us back on the road shortly. The relief we feel is immense. If you ever find yourself in a bind and need reliable, fast service, Pike's Garage is the place to go. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!

Didn’t want to give them one star. This shop turned a simple thermostat change out into an oil leak of one quart per hour of driving! Turns out they didn’t replace 13 different bolts and retaining clips after their trash job as well. The oil leak was repaired yesterday by a different shop in Manassas and they reported that two different gaskets were installed incorrectly.. DO NOT take your vehicle here!!!

I wish I knew his name but he is the young man who works in the garbage. He was so patient and beyond helpful with getting my car in running position to get my kids andni back to New York. I am in your debt as you were my biggest blessing during my travels from Texas to New York. Thank you pikes I will be sure to always show face when going through Texas. You guys were so helpful and worked with getting me in to get the work done. You all are so welcoming and very night the last in the front is such a pleasure to talk to. Rescued us from a flat tire on a Sunday evening, when all of the tire places and auto shops were closed. Connected us with a local tire place to make sure they were ready to get us running first thing the next morning. Thank you!

"This is truly an exceptional garage owned by Robert pike. He is a very very reliable person with an amazing shop. they seem to carry just about everything a person could possibly need for any kind of repair. From the smallest jobs and the big ones as well. I've consistently received here has been outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to treat their customers with genuine care and respect, and I'm incredibly thankful for the positive experiences I've had. They are always willing to offer assistance, they have all my loyalty and gratitude.

Not only have they ruined the fuel line on my vehicle by cutting the high pressure fitting off my fuel line, I waited 2 hours on the side of number 11 for a tow 2 exits down from the garage!! I would not recommend pikes garage. Check out bucks auto in atkins if you need a mechanic. They do great work there at bucks!

Omg absolutely the best most helpful and honest person on the face of the earth. My wife and I broke down on the way to New York from Tennessee. Robert got us and took care of us like we were family. His daughter brought us to the airport to rent a car to get us home. He had my car for months and confirmed that the wiring problems were fixed prior to me picking it up. His son in law picked me up at the airport when I finally was able to get my vehicle. My fault, not his he had my truck so long. As for price, he couldn’t have been more fair. Just the way they handled the whole ordeal was so comforting and confident. I truly love these people for what they have done for me. He even offered to take me somewhere to get dinner when this first happened. I drove past the place last week returning from another trip, and I was compelled to stop just to shake his hand. Unfortunately they were closed.. but I will be by there again and you can be sure I’ll get that chance to shake that man’s hand and thank him again. Jim

Was extremely rude not only to my husband but my 65 year old mother. Swore my tires wouldn’t fit, which another garage put them on and they was just fine. Was told we could bring my car in between 10:30 and 11am and when we arrived they stated they never said that, that it would take all day. He was argumentative and disrespectful! All because they probably just didnt want to do it.

The owner and his daughter helped me and my kids while we were stuck in a town we didnt know. Our car broke down and they were the best and made sure we were safe while helping me tow my car 5 hours away from home. They are the best and most amazing people I ever met.

The Gentlemen with this company should have been wearing capes this week as they made a crazy situation SO easy, and so much better. Had a wreck “somewhere between DC and Oklahoma” on the freeway in the rain, and they showed up and not only got us off the freeway (brought two vehicles to take us) offered to bring us dinner to the hotel or pick us back up if we needed anything, and then as they unloaded the car, told me they thought it was 100% safe and drivable, (only ended up with bumper damage after all, from hitting the guardrail after a few spins) then drove me down the road in it to help me feel safer. They have a garage, and could have taken the car to the garage and charged me, and didn’t. We thought the tie rod or something was broken in the front with the way the car came to rest. They absolutely made our day in a terrible situation. We need more of this in the world! I hope you never have an emergency coming through their area, but if you do, you are in GREAT hands with the guys at Pikes Garage Towing and Recovery! Thank you guys for all you did!! What a Blessing you were to us!!

After being involved in an accident. Pikes Garage was quick to arrive. Scared, cold and soaking wet from the rain and a long way from home, they were so caring and accommodating that we knew we were in good hands. I've never experienced the level of service from a tow company. They even brought a truck to take us to the hotel of our choice, offered to take us to get food and made us feel as if they genuinely cared. Tow truck drivers get a bad rap but Pikes Garage in no way fits that mold. May God bless you Pikes Garage, we'll never forget your kindness!

Absolutely hands down one of the best and most honest businesses I've ever seen. The whole staff are so friendly and polite. They really go above and beyond for their customers! Recommend 10/10 if u have any car troubles need a tow or even need a UHAUL Pikes is the place to go.

Great always got my car in for a oil change very quickly. And not very high at all. Does not charge the 70 to 90 dollars extra because a oil change isn't that hard and complicated to do. Thanks always for doing a great job with my car! -*Mary-*

Angels sent from above! Sept 1st my 22 and 20 year old daughters were driving Hwy 81 from Tenn to MD along with my two precious grandbabies HB and Huntley and their service animal Milo. My daughters heard a grind noise after stopping at a gas station and they had no clue what it was. Not having automotive knowledge they called around and everyone was by appointment only. They were told by several people to contact Pikes Garage and Towing. They called and even though he wasn’t at the shop he heard their voices and said he felt as though “angels” told him to help. Sir, you just don’t know how much that means to us. My grandson almost 2 years ago was born and as they traveled back to their home was in a major car accident to which my 3 month old grandson at the time was injured with a tbi. We always said the way he was found in the wreck that “Angels” were sent from above to watch over him. This is their first long trip since that accident and let me tell you “mama (my daughter) was really anxious and worried” she almost didn’t go on this trip. I believe you renewed her faith at the same time relieved her mind with your kind, understanding, and prayerful heart. People like you are rare and my family will forever be grateful! I pray GOD blesses you with these words since you have blessed us with your actions! The Goodwins❤️

What a wonderful experience. Robert did an incredible job getting my truck and trailer out of a difficult situation. They showed up at 10pm on a Saturday night with smiles on their faces. Yes, they were running late, but they were kind enough to text me to let me know. I can't count the times I've waited, wondering when a tow truck would show up. A simple text makes a huge difference. If you need a tow, don't hesitate to call Pike's. They are great people.

Absolute life savers, good guys. My car broke down going cross country and they got me up and running lightening quick. Charged a fair price even though they had me properly over a barrel. Can't recommend enough and eternally grateful.

This place is a life saver! Was traveling to Alabama for business and car started shaking. Pull over and notice 3 lug nuts stripped off. Called them and asked for a tow. They were there within 15 minutes, took someone else’s car out of the bay to get mine in and had me out in an hour tops. What could have been a headache was totally saved by this place. Overall from time I called to leaving the shop was two hours. Thank you!!

Always great! The most honest and trust worthy garage you can work with and the prices are very reasonable! Ive had to use their towing service as well, and it was very affordable! Terri and Robert are great people!

Can not say enough good things about these guys, they went out of there way to serve me took my vehicle there twice to be worked on and both times was treated great. They even gave me a ride back to my house and came picked me back up so I wouldn't have to just sit there and wait. To sum it up great staff awesome workmanship and very reasonable priced.

Mr. Pike and his team are a dream. On a recent visit to Hungry Mother state park, they took care of me when my engine light keept turning on. They squeezed me in, and even helped me with a quick check after hours. Their level of service is way above the norm. I feel so lucky to have found them. If you are ever in need of automotive services while in the area, they are the ones! I highly recommend this business.

Incredible service and efficiency! We were traveling on the highway and were having some trouble with our tire- pulled in and was out within 20 minutes and the owner graciously serviced and fixed the car for us. Highly recommend! Great business! 5 stars!
