I can not speak highly enough of R&M Automotive - especially Cody. He went above and beyond multiple times just to help me with a disaster of a situation. I know very little about vehicles outside of basic driving— and apparently could stand to reevaluate that. Like most people, I’ve occasionally had to use various mechanics over the years, but this is the first time I have experienced one take so much time, attention and care to help in such a way. My gratitude is more immense than I could sum up with a simple review. I will be recommending R&M and Cody to anyone with wheels and ears from this point forward.
My 2003 suburban had a few problems going on .The main issue was the Power steering.After replacing the bad power steering pump they found the culprit was the steering gear box.They replaced it but after replacing the brand new steering box was defective as we have alot of defective parts these days.They ordered another one & had it replaced quicker than I had expected.Steering is working perfectly & also other repairs right on line.These guys are very good with their repairs & I will definitely continue to take my vehicles there.
Fixed my moms transmission oil cooler lines in no time and getting ready to go back for timing belt and water pump. Cody is the only man that works on that car. Thank you Cody!!! Your awesome buddy
R & M Automotive is great, and the owner (Cody) is fantastic to work with. He works on both our company vehicles and my personal vehicle, has always done a great job, and is very reasonable with his pricing.
So grateful to have such a reliable Auto repair shop that I can go to. My parents always went there with their cars and now I do the same. Cody helped me out by squeezing me in to get my steering angle sensor replaced after I had just bought a new vehicle. When he went to go fix it, we found out that it also needed a clock spring and I was able to get the part fast and he squeezed me in to get it fixed at a decent price so that I could have my vehicle ready and safe for me and my kids.
Well I took a 2007 Honda civic to this shop. Been there plenty of times with other cars and never an issue but this time there was. I have a grinding coming from my transmission and took it to have to diagnosed and fixed. Had my car for almost 2 weeks and replaced the clutch thinking that was the issue. Well they got it wrong wasn’t the clutch. It was the bearing in the transmission. They charge me 1400 dollars to do the wrong job and now want 800 more dollars to fix the real problem. I do believe I’ve been fooled… and now my family and I have to ride in a in reliable car due to there wrong diagnosis. Not only that but the owner Cody. Cussed at my over the phone while my 7 year old is with me. Very uncomfortable situation for me and my family.
Cody and the team at R and M are great! They consistently demonstrate top notch customer service and communicate very well. They do a great job on any needs we have with our vehicles big and small. I can’t say enough about how well they have treated our family. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto care.

The best service I have ever had. I have dealt with a lot of bad service in this area but they went out of their way to help us. They went out of their way to help us with the biggest smiles on their faces. They gave quick and great service and I couldn’t thank them more.
Car broke down on the interstate. Excellent service today. Went out of their way to bring me a battery and took me to their shop. In and out service within an hour. Brought me in with open arms and made my day with their hospitality. Thank you R&M, I will never forget.

Took my car there over a bad noise and it was timing belt and a water pump etc which I’ve seen cost people everything up to $1000+ they got mine done for just $850 amazing place really nice people and sat and talked to em for a good while only place I trust with my car I recommend going here anytime you’re having car troubles
They are good people performing quality work at quality prices, They are not the biggest, not the fastest but have patience with them and they will have patience with you. It was refreshing to find a place that didn't shock my wallet and I was confident the work was done right.
Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone whether you're experiencing a minor issue or something big like your engine . They are great to work with, they communicate with you about what's wrong with your vehicle and what they're going to do to fix the issue. They provide affordable repairs, definitely better choices than the big dealerships around here.
I am new to the area and they were recommended by a friend and I’m really glad. They did an awesome job and reasonably priced. I would recommend them myself and will return if/when I need work done!
R&M is the only place I will take any of my vehicles. They are prompt in their service, honest in their work, and have never failed to fix an issue the first time.
I have been going to R&M for the last four years. Before I took my vehicles to them, I tried multiple local auto shops and dealerships which all either overcharged for work, did not follow-up on a request, or did not fix any problem the first time.
The owners and mechanics who work here are kind, honest, and incredible people! They care about their customers and have excellent customer service! I have been going to Cody for years and whether I bring him an old truck or a new car, he is always helpful, quick, and honest. I recommend this auto shop to anybody who needs help with their vehicle. They are friendly, professional, and trustworthy.
I saw your reply and what happened was the guy that worked on his car before didn't have the tools to fix it so he brought it to you guys and he noticed the windshield part was still off so he took it back to so you could put it back on it was not busted and if it was why wouldn't you tell him it was busted. Because it wasn't busted before. Saw your other reply the other guy didnt even mess with it much soon
as he found he couldn't fix because he didn't have the tools to fix it but that has nothing tototowith the fact that y'all can't put in a windshield part that he came back for y'all to put back on and he went back and it still leaked don't worry we took it to someone else and they was able to put it in properly
My boyfriend took his car there to get a washer fluid reservoir put in once they put it in it leaked all the washer fluid out then once they fixed the leak it within 3 days it leaked all the washer fluid out again everytime we go there the issues aren't fixed they also charge me every single time for the same problem.
Took my car in there for a broken bolt thay fixed it but then told me it kept overheating well I went and got my car out after 600 bucks then I tracked down the problem after putting a whole new cooling system in my car it was a sensor that thay didn’t screw in all the way...I mean how hard is it put it in all the. Way
