Shout out to the Saturday afternoon crew at O'Reilly in Marion, VA. A warning light came on in my daughter's car while on a long, solo road trip. She stopped at O'Reilly and the crew was able to help diagnose and address the problem. She was back on the road quickly and arrived at her destination safely. Thank guys!!!
Keith is the man. We had a long conversation while he was helping me with everything i needed for my car. He took the time to go the extra mile and teach me about things i was ignorant regarding my car. I appreciate him as a person and his time so much that if i ever need anything else for my car i will drive 30 min extra just to come here and see my boy. blessings
Riley was a 10/10 on help could not ask for better service. Had a horrible weekend that continued with truck problems. After all that the one good thing out of it was the great customer service and help from Riley.

Way better experience with customer service here than what i have experienced with the other parts stores around the same area in the past. For example 1 of their competitors has the highest prices in town by far and dont care to keep it that way, then they have another competitor close by that has competitive prices compared to everyone else but thier willingness to help you just is not there.O’Reilly Auto Parts of Marion, Va has a great staff from what I know of them and their hospitality is absolutely hands down the best around here. They are willing to help you with any part or piece you may want or need! Keep up the good work O’Reilly Auto Parts of Marion, Va!!
Went to O'Reilly to get an driver side upper control arm for my truck,so I had it installed and the mechanic couldn't get my alignment fixed,so upon further inspection we found out that the guy at O'Reilly gave me the wrong side,so I had to pay the mechanic again to swap out the control arm again to fix the alignment and O'Reilly refused to pay for their mistake so I'll never go back to O'Reilly again.you shouldn't hire someone at an auto parts store if they don't know the difference between a driver side control arm and a passenger side or not even smart enough to read the part number from the computer
Thank you for the kind, and considerate service you displayed to my Dad who is staying at a local campground there from Maryland. He needed new windshield wipers for his motorhome. A considerate gentleman went to the campground, and put them on for him. Thank you again!
Always have some of the best prices in town. Excellent employee knowledge and customer service skills. Don't forget the loaner tools are an extra plus and price match is the best.

Very nice people working there. My mother is battling cancer and we didn't have enough money to pay for a water pump kit. One of the employees paid for it himself and said he hoped my mother gets better. Without him we would've really had a hard time getting my mom to her treatments. God bless him and his family.
Left the store because the employees were standing around and I couldn't get anyone to help me. Pathetic!! Went down the street to Advanced and found very helpful employees.

very knowledgeable staff. had an issue with a radiator hose on my truck they even knew that it needed a special clamp that connects to the fire wall, any other parts store would of just sold me the hose then I would've been in trouble when I got it home and tore my truck apart. major kudos to this place. im going here for all my parts from here on now.
I broke down on 81 heading towards texas, my altenator had given up on me. I checked Google map and God being so good there was an oreily close by, I called them 30 mins before they closed and explained my situation and location to nice guy branson..I told him I needed help and he said no problem. He came out with another gentleman and they helped change my altenator with their tools...am so grateful guys..where am from if a man goes out of his way to help you, you are in his debt ....am oreilly member for life and I will be friends with the guys 4eva...thanx guys
Sal, the manager was really nice and extremely helpful. These guys know their stuff and are willing to help with a really good attitude. Even though my car had broken down, these guys made the experience much more tolerable.
