My son's dad blew a tire while driving to pick up our son, on a highway in Wakefield, on a Sunday night when nothing is opened. I called AAA for Roadside Assistance and we were quoted roughly an hour before Dave's was able to show up due to other calls ahead of us. Dave's contacted me to ask a few questions and told me multiple times to please be safe. Much to our surprise, our 1 hour wait was only a 15 minute wait. Ryan was so incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. We had a happy kiddo knowing he didn't have to stay sitting in a parking lot for an hour. We will most definitely be referring people in your service areas based on the great customer service we received. Thank you for your speedy response and please make sure Ryan gets kudos - he was fantastic and now our kiddo wants to be a tow truck driver! THANK YOU!

if I could give no stars I would I called made an appointmentfor a 4 wheel alinement they Wright nothing down and do a 4 wheel balance on 4 brand new tires that were just balanced1 week ago I will never go back or recommend them very very disappointed

This is my first time coming to Dave’s, I brought my son’s s car for an inspection, and both rear tires were bad, they offered to get them replace the same day. I was so thankful; because he is going out of town in 2 days, they were very kind and helpful. I recommend this place 100%. While I've never used the body shop. I appreciate ryan and Vicky so much. They go out of their way and show that small town hospitality. While still maintaining the business aspect, their compassion shines bright. Thank yall for everything yall have done for me and do l will do in the future?

Dave is absolutely wonderful. He is such a kind man. I was bringing my car in for maintenance and there was extra work to be done; I wasn’t aware of at the time, and they graciously took care of all of it. I have received the best service I ever had at a service center and 10/10 will be back every time I’m in the area with automotive work to be done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs their cars serviced.

Dies most of my auto work, and Ryan does 100% of my tows. Has always fixed my issues since they opened. Prices are a little bit higher than others, but they do a great job.

Terrance was extremely rude. He called my phone over a car that was towed he wouldn’t let me explain nothin too him and he was going back and forth with me. I will never work with this unprofessional company again. He talked to me so rudely and wouldn’t let me talk to his boss. He told me he was the boss and wanted to argue more once he called me back. At this point he can have the car. I will never ever deal with them again and I Would not recommend this company to anybody. Please go else where if u need auto service or if your car is towed go get it asap !!!!!!!!!!!

We had a fender bender and ended up getting the car towed here. The towing was good, people were friendly (except 1) but they charged us 100.00 just to run a diagnostic test (we have our own code reader and didn't need that) the car didn't start after the accident and we were hoping for a little more.

I have been there customer for over 15 years. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Excellent service. Very straightforward and honest.

Wonderful Service Center! I have been a customer with Dave's Service Center for over two years now. The staff is wonderful!! We have taken all of our vehicles here for service. So far we have had them do a/c repair work, tires, rotors, electrical work, motor and transmission install, alignments, and basic vehicle maintenance. They provide quality work at great pricing. We have referred several people to them that have had good experiences as well! We personally love this center and have become lifelong customers!

Ryan came to 7-Eleven on Carrollton Blvd and opened my van for me. He was so courteous and professional. I will use y’all for towing if I ever need it.

I had a broken fender on my boat trailer and was under the gun for a long trip that was coming up. Dave got me in and out in one day, nice job on the welding and even did some spray paint touch up. Nice quick job, everyone was great to deal with there. Thanks again! Jim Coughlin

Dave's has always been great to myself as well as my friend's who recommended this place to me years ago. I was kind of caught in a bind this afternoon with needing something done, and although they asked if I could drop it off tomorrow (which I couldn't), they found a way to work me in and take care of me. Great people there that treat you like family. I highly recommend them.

This is a top notch company. I would highly recommend them. Not only was our driver helpful but also very compassiate during our crisis that required expert towing. He was an excellent driver and navigated a huge truck through backwoods trails without incident and got us unstuck fast! He even gave us a ride home. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
