Phenomenal experience, they went through the entire state inspection, told me what needs fixing to pass, with a quote on hand. No sales pitch, "You're need this, this is out" etc. Had parts on hand, at a fair price. Couldn't be happier
Just had my state safety inspection done and had an excellent experience. Friendly staff and one thing I take note of is the inspector cared enough to put the decal on straight and with care, unlike some places that just slap it on crooked (drives me nuts). Thanks Jones Auto!
Don’t waste your money with these crooks! They overcharge people. It’s doesn’t cost $600 to take a thermostat bolt out & then they tell the owner of truck $900
Prices to high..car brakes locked up after service and now gonna cost me 2,500. To get fixed .. Would not recommend going here. If i could givw 0 stars i would ..
Don't be fooled, ladies. Know how much the materials cost and the labor time. This place thought I was born yesterday. Gayle, was it? at the desk wanted to charge me $1500 to replace spark plugs and the coil packs in my average Nissan. I've been hanging in garages for most of my life, and I know damn well it does NOT cost that much. I found what I needed on Amazon, and my neighbor was kind enough to change them out for me. My cost was $107 for the plug and coil kit. It took my neighbor all of 40 minutes to get it done. Of course, I gladly paid him for his time. It's unbelievable AND shameful to overcharge customers by that much. And they want loyalty. Disgusting.
By the way, I knew what needed be done when I scheduled the appointment and even put it in writing (via email). This guy took it upon himself to rediagnose the car and then charged me $86 for it.
I do not recommend this shop.
Communication is AWFUL! I stopped by for a quote and she said she would call me. A week later I went by again still no quote! I left my truck and she said it would take an hour because they had one person in front of me. 7 hours later no quote so I went by and truck hadn't moved. She then said they couldn't work on full size pickups. She should have told me that when I checked in. At this point, I don't trust them to do anything on my vehicle because they won't even tell you they can't do it. A waste of my day off.
We recently made the switch to Jones for our auto service needs. They have gone above and beyond fixing our vehicles after some previous shoddy repairs. Communication is great and prices are affordable. Definitely recommend.
Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Kevin was awesome and thoroughly discussed the issues with my car and how to go about fixing it. He even physically showed me what he was talking about. Great customer service and I highly recommend.
I've gone to this place a few times and everytime the thing we ask them to repair breaks again after a day or two. They repaired our window and it stopped going down again after 2 days. Supposedly fixed our starter and it stopped working the next day, and when we called to see why they told us 'to figure it out'. We got it running again but now it sounds even worse than before Jones repaired it. And $60 for a simple diagnostic? Ridiculous
I went in today to check on availability for work on my truck and got service later in the afternoon. They fixed my truck in record time and came in below their original estimate. Really pleased and highly recommend them for work on any vehicle. I will visit them again with most any repair. Also got a roadside warranty for the work done.Great price....Great work....and roadside warranty...it is the best of everything.
I am very picky about my truck and these people have fulfilled my expectations.
