I've been a customer of Wright's Complete Automotive since approximately 2017 and I've consistently had great service whether it's routine maintenance or an unexpected issue. This week I had to drop one of my vehicles in with no notice and Matt was able to accommodate me. I will continue to bring my vehicles here because Matt is consistently honest and friendly and helps keep my vehicles run great.

Great service good guys. Had a flat during a delivery and they fixed it in no time on my flatbed trailer loaded. Thanks guys ???

Matt is a class act. If the job can be done quickly, he will make it a one day turnaround—even on short notice—and charge a fair price. As someone who is new to the area, I look forward to continuing to work with the team at Wright’s.

Wright's is the place to go for me. It is hard to find a place you trust to work on your vehicles where you don't feel like they are just trying to squeeze every dime they can out of you. I took my truck in expecting to have my tire pressure monitors in two tires replaced because another shop had told me that it needed to be done. When I took it in to Wright's, they checked them out, reset the warning light, and all was just fine. They have been fine ever since. Matt didn't try to replace something that didn't need to be just for the money. I have been back several times with my truck and our other family vehicle and won't be going anywhere else.

Quick and flexible service. Reasonable prices. Matt is an excellent mechanic and overall really nice guy. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Excellent customer service and very accommodating and seemingly honest. My TPMS light was on. I called other local shops and was quoted $85 just to diagnose. Matt told me he cannot quote me a price to fix until he knows what’s wrong and didn’t charge to diagnose in the event the issue was just low air in a tire or needing a hard reset. He also did a more thorough inspection of my newly purchased used Jeep than the VA safety inspection which gave me the peace of mind that I did not purchase a lemon. Even providing me the print out of codes that were previously linked to my vehicle. Will definitely be back if I have car issues.

Awesome service and diagnostics. I thought it was going to be a $1,500-2,000 full A/C repair. Ended up being less than $400 fix. It’s not always easy finding a mechanic you can trust, Matt is definitely one of the good ones!!

Was looking for an honest and skilled mechanic. The search is over. Matt performed a 4 wheel alignment on my vehicle. He gave me an accurate estimate and my car was ready a bit before I anticipated. He was thorough and kept me advised of progress. He provided me with document showing the readings for toe, camber, etc., upon completion of the alignment. I Highly recommend Wright’s Complete Automotive. Other car maintenance shops could learn a few lessons from Matt. Honest and thorough. The location is also very convenient to 95/395 and the Springfield area.

***I intentionally waited +3 weeks for this review so I could give an honest take*** PROS: - Incredibly honest and direct - Can handle significant repairs for autos (replaced my engine and ball joints) - Customer service is truly top-notch and I don't say that lightly - Quote and price is very reasonable and spot on - I was never nickeled-and-dimed or pressured for an upsell throughout the process CONS: - Honestly, I really can't think of any. I selfishly kind of don't want to make this review to keep them as my hidden gem, but they deserve all the praise I could ever give a repair shop. I'm taking my cars to Wright's for everything now. In early February, my 2010 Ford Escape engine cylinders started to go out. After several months of trying to see if my family could go down to one car, we decided we needed to fix the engine. After being ghosted by multiple businesses, I got lucky and found the number to Wright's Automotive and immediately felt assured. Matt was very attentive to my needs went out of his way to help me decide between a new engine or a salvaged one, and helped me save a ton of money in the process. Throughout the repair, he stayed in communication with me to provide status updates and handled an issue with the parts supplier effectively and professionally. It's been over 3 weeks now since the replacement and the car runs great. He also fixed both front ball joints and was the only person to ever fix my brake issue after 6 years of shaking when I stopped. I've taken it to multiple dealerships and they could never find the issue. It's so refreshing to have my car back.

Matt did an alignment on my 93 Corvette. He did a great job, the work was done in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable. He also accommodated me when I could not pick up the car until after hours the following day. I'll be back next time I need automotive work. Thanks!

I've been bringing my car to Wright's since I moved to Springfield. Matt has been taking car of my car and giving me advice that I feel confident in. As someone who doesn't know cars, I have to rely on the mechanic which has felt really uncertain in the past. Matt is trustworthy and gives it to me straight every time. I now live in DC but still come to Wrights for my car. I broke down recently and had the vehicle towed to Matt's shop. Even though my car has run it's course and I am no longer in Springfield, I'll be bringing my cars here for as long as I am in the area.

Had a coolant leak that I had seen another shop for and unfortunately my car was still leaking. I found Wrights from the better business bureau website and saw the great reviews and was confident I was choosing the right place to go to. The owner Matt is very professional and did the work on my car in a timely manner for a great cost! I’ve had no issues since and Wrights will be my go to from now on.

After seeing all of the negative reviews for the acura service dealerships in the area. I decided to bring my new to me 08 TSX to Wright Automotive. Upon arrival Matt greeted me and asked what I came in for since the online portal did not mention what I had requested. I told him an oil change and a multi point inspection. He quickly pulled up the info on the car and what service recommendations it had. He checked my filters and informed me that the cabin filter needed to be changed which he did. Now the car has quite a few miles so I told him if he saw anything out of the ordinary please let me know. After he completed the oil change and filter. He informed me that the car was in tip top shape and if I choose to continue to come to him he will continue to let me know of any changes in the vehicle to help keep it going for years to come. I will continue to take my car to him as he was very honest and upfront with no pressure to try and make “repairs” that were not needed. He has earned my future business.

Matt did an Air bag suspension modification that helped improve the ride in my 1978 Chevy Van. I now enjoy my vehicle even more thanks to Matt.

Probably the best mechanic I've dealt with. My car died on me a few weeks back and mechanics in Woodbridge told me I needed to replace my entire AC system and other parts for $1400. Believing the problem to be less severe, I took it to this repair center for a second opinion. Come to find out, my car issues had nothing to do with the AC system and when the problem was diagnosed, I paid a fraction of what I would have paid in Woodbridge. An honest mechanic is hard to come by and Matt and his people are true professionals.

Only gave a five because it only allowed me a five. This place deserves a six. I've had multiple vehicles through this shop and everytime they are friendly, respectful, and dedicated to the highest quality for your vehicle. This shop takes pride knowing that your vehicle is your lifeline and they do their best to fix any and all issues immediately so that problems in the future do not occur. I will continue to help this buisness with my buisness and I would recommend Wrights Complete Automotive LLC to my friends and Co workers.

Excellent service. Matt and his team were able to schedule me in the same day that I called. After listening carefully to what I thought were the issues with the car, Matt did a thorough diagnosis and provided me with an accurate and detailed estimate of work. Although the repairs were more extensive than I planned due to the age of the vehicle, Matt worked with me to reach a fair price and completed the work when he said that he would. He also helped me find a creative and inexpensive solution to some body damage that was not a part of the original repair work but something I'd been planning to get repaired for months. I visited Wright's Complete Automotive today because my car air conditioner was blowing warm air. The owner, Matt, took the time to explain to me the diagnostic he would perform to determine the issue. When a leak was found in my valve I asked to see under the hood and he showed me exactly where the problem was found. Matt Wright is a competent mechanic. His employee on hand was helpful and courteous. Wright's Complete Automotive has reasonable prices. I recommend it to others and I plan to go back in the future.

I was on my way home to SC from a trip to CT and pulled off to get some grub. My engine light came on and car shuddered. I called and was able to get in for a diagnostic check late on Good Friday. Thankfully the repair was simple. But the stress of thinking I was stranded was eased by the kind staff at Wright's. I would highly recommend these guys. If I we're local, I would use them for routine maintenance.

My car died in a parking lot a few miles from the shop. I called a few places and stumbled on this shop. Matt gave me the number for a family owned tow company that picked me right up in about 20 min. They dropped my car off around 12:30. Matt took a look at it and diagnosed the problem as the starter. He had the part delivered and installed before 3:00 the same day. I didnt even get stuck in traffic. Great experience, reasonable price, military discount. Highly recommend!

I own a 2001 Benz and I had work done with several auto companies and my car still was not driving right. When I called Matt's auto shop, first of all, he was very friendly and professional. I told him the problems that I was having and he suggested that I bring the car in so that he could drive and evaluate the problem. I drove from Stafford, VA on a Saturday to his shop in Springfield, and I can tell you IT WAS WORTH IT! Matt identified the issue and fixed my car.
