I know corporate thinks they close at 7 on weekdays, but they in reality close at 6. I've heard from their employees that they've had fights with corporate over the posted hours. But when there is a mismatch, it's the customers who suffer.
The guy at the cashier was very professional so not giving this place a one star.
However, the day before, store was already closed when I got there after 6pm when the website says it's open until 7. They only indicate 6pm at the store. Wasted time and gas.
I hope they close this place down. Disrespectful employees at the highest degree. I've been shopping at Napa for almost 20 years. The return policy has changed and the parts aren't what they used to be. Went in for return with lifetime warranty and was met with an attitude that did make sense. Like one of the previous reviewers mention, I was heckled the whole time about a return. Told I can't return it because it's not bought in that store. Call the store in AZ and they told me that this store is being ridiculous. Called customer service and they stated that that's a corporate location and not a franchise. They should warranty the item. PEOPLE, unless you plan to go to that store for the rest of your life, don't buy any parts at any Napa locations. Otherwise you have to do a "hike". In my case, they wanted me to drive all the way to Arizona to return my radiator fan. I tried to be collective and to be honest it took me all I had to not jump over the counter. This is the last time I'll ever buy anything from Napa especially after replacing three radiator fans.
NAPA Auto Parts is an oasis in the desert of auto parts in Springfield Va! They get this. Call and give a few details about my vehicle and what parts I need, and the parts are on the counter when I get there! NAPA has never let me down! The rest are at best 40%

I bought a battery from here but it wasn't needed. I sent my lady to return it and the guy asked her so many questions. It was like he was looking for anyway to deny the return. She came back to the car frustrated with the interrogating tactics of the employee. It was a totally different experience from the one I'd received when the battery was purchased. You shouldn't have to feel heckled or interrogated because of making a return. Especially if its in the return window to do so without being questioned. Lost future business from me after today performance with my lady.
The representative here was very informative and helpful. He told us we can get 5 dollars off after spending 100 dollars at any napa by telling the rep our phone number at the end. He also gave my husband a muscle car calendar. We didn't catch his name, but he was a black gentleman.

Me and my friend needed something important. And whoever picked up the phone helped us find the part at another location. He helped better than autozone, or advanced. Napa the BEST!
What a joke . The hire a bunch of guys from the street . I would rather to buy part from Advanced then them the don't know nothing about parts. The phone rings like 5 and 6 times call overtime if you lucky to reach them and then except Jay none of them even have basic knowledge of any parts
Terrible customer service. Left me on hold for 15 minutes. Drove to the store still on hold walked in and they were doing nothing. They don’t have correct labels where their engine oil was so I bought some thinking it was going to be $15 as advertised and instead it was $27. Poorly run shop.

Another Napa store called in this store for a part that they had in stock for my van. They held it for me and I was able to join their reward program as well as get my military discount!

Nice parts, a lot of them made in USA, Japan, etc, but terrible experience buying here, fake inventory, if you order online, they never have the parts, lately had bad experience with NAPA, so i will stop buying from this company to avoid drama.
Very bad services, they sell the equipment not telling the customer about it’s quality but while returning the same equipment after a week or 2, then they are asking you to bring our equipment with its box. Very ridiculous.
Who is keeping the box of an equipment for a week or two after purchasing.
When u purchased stuff with its box then u trash the box not keeping it for decoration of ur home.
Shame on NAPA management for such services.

When I need an elusive, uncommon or hard-to-find part or tool, I don't hesitate for a second and head directly to NAPA. If they don't have it on-hand, they know where to find it or order it. Still America's Best Auto Parts Store.
This place is sooooo sketchy. It's in a business park... next to the train tracks... which is a great place for the set of a horror movie. It's a postage stamp of a store. Most of their business must be done ordering online, because they have next to no inventory in this tiny place. All I needed was a can-o-air or fix-a-flat.... which they did have, so I guess I'll give them an extra star for that.
Ordered parts online to save money but when i went to pick up the part they charged a hidden freight fee without mentioning it, i do not mind paying the fee but I need to be informed where my money is going. Mechanic fixed the car without needing the part. I went to return the part the guy started to give me an attitude about the return which he also did not return the freight fee. This place has horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Your best bet is anywhere than here.
If this was the only place to get car parts. I'd let my car go to the junk yard first. Idiot on the phone tells me he can't find the part, and have to go to the dealer. I tell him, it's listed online for after markets. Some of us prefer to get things the old fashinoned practical way of buying on site, and taking it in hand. So I informed of this, so the village idiot asks me if I have a napa part number? Yes, i work for napa, of course i know the sku number for this body control module for an 08 Subaru. And people wonder why this country and the economy is falling apart. Jackass, incompetent employess, following the leadership of same qualitiy of management.
I go to this location b/c the guys are knowledgeable. -1 star for almost a complete lack of friendliness, and my standards are not high. Their selection is ok, but I've had to check elsewhere a few times.
This store took over two hour to deliver parts for us. When it was brought to their attention they said and I quote "You guys don't buy enough from us so it's not a priority to deliver to you." the manager also said that if order over $2,500 a month from them, then they will deliver on time. that is just POOR business management.
Don't waste your time. While in store, they closed and refused service. Also are not helpful unless you give them the make and model of vehicle. Location sucks and is sketch.
