Eric and Elizabeth treat me like family. They've worked on my 2014 Acura MDX a few times from changing struts to rotating tires.

Very detailed pre-purchase inspection on a used 3500HD we were considering buying. We did NOT purchase the truck due to the documented issues (major frame rust that was somewhat hidden by an applied sealant, several oil seals were failing). Very grateful those issues were revealed …. saved us $35K of misery.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP! I had my 2003 Mercedes Benz SLK 32 AMG towed to Premier Auto LLC after it stalled out in early December 2025. Worked with Eric, the owner, who told us, after doing the diagnostic and a smoke test, that he had found the problem! He said there was an oil leak and it was coming from around the supercharger gasket. Replacing the gasket would take care of that leak and the problem. We approved the replacement of the charger gasket, a $1,205 fix! Eric notified us that the car was fixed and ready to go, the “problem was solved”, the check engine light was off, and it “drove like a dream”, no more flooding or stalling out! I took off work to go pick it up and when I got to the shop, I saw that my car was parked in the same place it had been parked several days before when I drove by there. Eric said he would go get the car and bring it up front for me, but he never did. I walked to where the car was parked and it was still covered in snow from the storm we had days before, and there was ice on the windshield. It clearly had not been driven in the past several days. I cleaned off the ice and snow myself and drove the car about 13 miles to my workplace to finish out the day. About 2 hours later, on my drive home, a total of about 2.5 miles, the engine light came on and the car started doing the same things it was doing before with an added grinding sound! As soon as I got home, we called Eric, and to his credit, he said he would come and pick up the car on his tow truck and take it back to the shop. The next communication we received from Eric was a report stating that the “crankshaft pulley/Harmonic balancer is faulty and has separated from rubber dampener” and “the power steering pump having some play and recommend replacing”, another $1,200 or so fix. Then, Eric wrote a note in the report, “…there is no guarantee of anything else going bad nor can I foresee anything else that might happen to this vehicle mechanically or electronically due to having a swap that does not belong in this vehicle. Car is supposed to have a 4 cylinder motor and now has a v8 supercharged. If customer agrees to these repairs this will also be the last time I service this vehicle due to the above facts mentioned.” It is obvious that Eric is not familiar with the 2003 SLK 32 AMG and it is alarming that he thinks this is a 4-cylinder car that was modified to V8 status! The 2003 Mercedes-Benz SLK 32 AMG is a rare, compact 3.2L Supercharged V6 roadster. Eric’s confusion might explain why the vehicle was not repaired. At this point, I do not believe that Premier Auto LLC did the initial repairs to the supercharger gasket as they said and charged us for, because the car is doing the same thing. Now he has found something else wrong with the vehicle. We chose to have our car towed away from their garage and even that ended in confusion! Eric agreed to have the key in the glove box for convenience for the tow truck driver. When the driver arrived late last night, the key was nowhere to be found. Evidently, Eric forgot to leave the key, although, when we asked him, he said he left it on the passenger’s seat and it should have been easily visible to the driver. The driver checked the glove box, both seats, under the seats, and found no key! And why would he choose to leave the key on the seat when he agreed to leave it in the glove box? Unprofessional! I feel we got scammed. I will dispute the $1,200 we paid for the job that was not completed and will warn everyone about this garage. Whether it is the lack of professionalism or an outright scam, be careful about taking your vehicle to Premier Auto LLC!

Grear shop experience, my caliper siezed on my way to work, I called the shop dropped of at 1pm job was done by 5pm. Great service great prices great work.

This is the best shop I’ve been to in years. I’m new to the NOVA area, but they are the best shop I’ve been to between ID, WA, and FL where I lived previously. They are up front, communicate efficiently, and get work done on time. I really felt they care about customer service and I almost get that family feel working with them. Elizabeth is always very kind and calls back in a timely manner. Eric is very knowledgeable and seems to run an efficient shop. They fixed my vacuum pump in a 1999 Ford E350 passenger van with the 7.3L diesel. We had it towed there and they were able to turn it around in a day. I plan to start getting all my maintenance on my 2021 Toyota Corolla done there and to get my CEL diagnosed and fixed there. I can’t speak highly enough of them. I’m glad I found them.

Went in to have my spare tire hoist replaced, I was told it would take 2 hrs, they finish in less than 2 hrs. Nice clean waiting area, office staff and owner very nice and let me know everything in advance and the cost. The replacement was much less then what the dealer wanted. They did an excellent job, thank you.

Premier Auto was recommended to me. I knew my SUV would need some extensive maintenance. They provided videos and photos showing the work needed. Elizabeth explained the process along the way. Both Elizabeth and Eric were very professional and kind. This will now be my family and friend’s mechanic.

Wonderful experience coming to this service shop for the first time. The Premier Auto team did a great job thoroughly diagnosing a difficult problem with my vehicle, and the customer service provided by Elizabeth and Eric was exceptional!

I spoke to Elizabeth. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me with a pre-purchase inspection on a car that I was looking at. After the Inspection, she told me all about the car’s many problems. It saved me from purchasing the car. If I’m ever in the area again and looking for a car, I will come here again for another pre-purchase inspection.

This shop is a pleasure to deal with especially because the assessment of work to be done, is completely honest. They outlined which work needed to be done immediately, which work could be done later on and was discretionary. I found that they did not advise any work that was not really necessary and that their prices were very, very reasonable. Beyond that, the staff is friendly, polite and professional, what more could you ask?

Took my car in for an alternator problem. They found the issue and fixed it really quick. Also found an issue of ac lines were loose that VA tire and auto were suppose to fix (2 weeks prior and charged me for it) so they fixed that for me. Elizabeth was great and responsive. Eric was honest and had good customer service. Really hard to find an honest repair shop. Definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer!

This auto shop is very reliable and it's always a pleasant experience taking my vehicle there. The car tehnicians were able to replace my daugher's side view mirror quickly and efficiently. The part didn't take as long as I thought to come in, and as soon as it did arrive, they got to work on replacing the entire mirror, and her car was ready in a much shorter time than I expected. Elisabeth is always friendly and very professional. We will continue using Premier Auto Shop for all 3 of our cars.

Elisabeth and Eric are always professional and always take excellent care of my car. As a single woman I always feel that when I go for servicing on my car the mechanic is always ripping me off. BUT NOT Eric. Ex. When I took my car back to the dealer I was told I needed 4 new tires at 1200.00 each. When I went to see Eric he explained that I only needed 2 new tires for a fraction of the cost the dealer told me. Just recently the coolant was low on my car I was told that there was a crack in the coolant container and I would need a new part, but Eric check my car and Elisabeth explained what the problem was and why the coolant was low and that I didn't need a new part they just had to add more Coolant. I refer Eric and Premier Auto to all my friends and neighbors

Highly recommend Premier Auto. We had an electrical gremlin with one of the headlights in our 2019 Grand Cherokee. The dealership wanted $2700 to replace the entire HID headlamp assembly (and they tried for another $2500 of unnecessary upsell services), but Premier did a thorough diagnosis of the gremlin, replaced the HID ballast, and cleaned corroded contacts for a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Communication was fantastic.

I want to start out by saying, i went to multiple mechanics for my vehicle, and dealt with the same issue for almost 6 months with every mechanic failing to fix the issue. Finally, through a friend i heard of Premier Auto. I live 1 hour away from this location, but was running out of options. Erick and Co were amazing. He originally ran into the same issue as others, but actually listened to what I was telling him (Unlike all before him), and proceeding to dig - and found and FINALLY FIXED my issue. They did not try to sell me on anything extra, were very helpful in leaving it entirely up to me to decide, not overdramatizing things to make me spend $$, even aiding in helping me get my third party insurance to cover it. Thank you for your honest and great work. I will for sure be making this same drive again for any issues related to my engine.

Stop searching.. I’d highly recommend this auto shop!! The regulator in my driver side rear (backseat) window decided.. today was the day! I called 3 other shops before landing a solid.. “yes, we can get it done for you today! How soon can you get it here??” Not only did they get it done the day of.. when others were 24–48 hours out, the service was phenomenal, the staff was very kind and communicative! And they made me feel right at home! Thank you Premier Auto

I highly recommend Premier Auto. I had a very complicated electrical issue with my car that even two dealerships could not figure out. Elizabeth and the techs that worked on my car figured out the issue quickly and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a complex issue that they were able to resolve. Elizabeth worked with my insurance company and kept me up to date as the work took a bit of time. This place is so knowledgeable and thorough with their work. I will absolutely use them again.

I used Premier for the first time about a month ago. They helped discover that a previous auto shop had (shall we say) not completed services for which monetary compensation had already been remitted. Eric walked me through everything he had found and provided a recommended course of action. Elizabeth was very friendly and accommodated my scheduling needs. I will be definitely using Premier's services again soon.

Amazing service and work! I've have been coming here for years on a recommendation from another shop. Elizabeth, Eric and the team are extremely helpful and detail oriented. They have done everything to basic service on my vehicles to difficult procedures other shops didn't want to deal with. I've taken my Honda Civic Si, Chevy Cobalt SS, and most recently my Mustang V6 Cyclone to them over the years. All of my cars have had aftermarket parts and tunes. Premier has done custom exhaust work/repair, clutch replacement, chased down false knock, header installation, transmission service, and just about every after market suspension upgrade and replacement for my vehicles. They always come back running better than ever. Their prices are always affordable and I've never been pressured or advised to get a service I didn't need. (Unlike other performance shops in the area I've been too) It should noted too that they have have gone out of their way several times to accommodate pickup and drop off to help me accommodate my work schedule if needed. They have taken the extra time to hear my concerns and troubleshoot issues I've had that have been intermittent and that I'm sure I explain poorly as I don't know the technical terminology to explain some specific issues. They have taken extra time on the phone out of their busy schedules to discuss in detail with me and help me identify issues on my cars. I recently moved but continue to commute to Priemer for all my automotive needs because they are the best in the business! They have worked hard to develope a relationship with me and have always answered all my questions. Bottom line; they care, they are passionate, honest, and always do amazing work. They were very easy to deal with. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to service my car, they ordered parts same day I scheduled service and I got my car back the next day! Not the cheapest or the most expensive, but on the low end and no hidden costs that I experienced, very up front with cost of everything.

Took my car for some repairs it needed and Premier Auto was able to fix them promptly. No hassle, no pressure and with reasonable prices. Now days It's hard to find a reliable, trustworthy and honest shop, which to me is more important. I Will definitely be coming back to service my other vehicles. I highly recommend this shop.

Ever since I started driving, I have searched for the fabled Trustworthy Auto Mechanic only to be overcharged, swindled, and screwed at every turn. After a commercial chain said they needed to replace my whole exhaust system for $1400 because of a single hole that had rusted through, I decided to get a second opinion by looking up the best-reviewed auto shop in the area — and then I found Premier! The reviews do not lie; this place is great. They have so much expertise that they shared with me in an earnest, non-condescending way; their pricing is incredibly fair; they work fast, and they’re very friendly and communicative (Elizabeth especially!) I now feel like a weight has finally been lifted off my shoulders because I have found my fabled Trustworthy Auto Mechanic! I have already recommended them to several friends and family members and I will be taking my car here until she finally breaks down. Thanks Premier!

Had my oil changed as I did data transfer on the owner‘s, Eric, laptop. His pricing was very good, I asked him to check my breaks and he was honest about if I needed to have them replaced. I’ll need to change them in about a year, so I did get an estimate and his estimate for labor was lower than everyone else. His knowledge and advice to use OEM parts for the rotors/brakes really left a good impression. I’ll definitely be bringing my M45 and supercharged Miata to have it serviced by Eric! Very glad he came into my shop today, had been looking for a good priced but very experienced mechanic forever.

Finding a local mechanic you can trust is hard to find. We were blessed to find Premier Auto. After receiving an outrageous quote from the dealership for some repairs I searched for a second opinion. I reached out to Eric and he provided me a quote within a few hours. Eric addressed all my questions and concerns. He was able to save me over $1500, using the same parts and doing the same work as the dealership would have done. He was able to complete the work in one day and even provided me a free loaner car. I appreciate the time he took to discuss the repairs with me and the advice he was able to provide.
