Been coming here for over 7 years and always had great service in the PAST. I spoke to the manager Marlon today because they gave me wrong fuel pump which was being installed at the Jeep dealership down the road and I waited an extra day because Carquest had to order a new one. During that day, I had to have a rental car for an additional day. I simply asked that they pay for my rental car for one day because they gave me the wrong pump and I had to wait till the following day. Marlon refused to pay or even try to mitigate the situation. Unapologetic about their mistakes. His reasoning was price matching the right pump that they gave me later on, which was only a $30 difference. Incompetent staff and lack of customer service.

My car started overheating as I was driving home and thankfully I parked right next to this place. I went in and they were quick to assist me locate the antifreeze/coolant my car needed. The gentlemen working here are very kind and went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this place, thank you!!

Dropped off a package to return here. At first didn't understand that it was a UPS drop off site. Couldn't see a sign or anything on the windows. Went in and asked. The person who helped me was nice, even helped me carry one of the packages inside! Once I figured out I was in the right place then it was smooth sailing!

I know parts are returned as a normal routine. But when they sell returned part as a new one at full price at least they should clean it before repacking and giving to next customer.

They almost screwed up my order but were nucw about it.

Went in needing an electrical connector for a modification I'm working on. So obviously the car is irrelevant and I have no part number? Marlon was helpful right until I had to run out for a family emergency. He's got my number before I ran out. Next thing I know, he's got my solution! I had to come back the next day and Marlon was off, but Hamilton stepped right in, again going above and beyond to take his time and make sure I got what I needed. I guess I finally have a favorite parts store!

Solid staff can get what you need in a timely fashion. They are knowledgable and helpful.

Well stocked on parts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking appears a bit limited at times.

It's a good little place, easily overlooked because of its side street frontage on Backlick Road just below Old Keene Mill Road, staffed with good people and stocked with nearly every car part you could ever need, short of complete engines or transmission assemblies.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. We always go here and we live in Woodbridge . The service is alway fast courteous.

When I waited a very long time to buy a quart of oil I commented that Im not building a car today just need a quart of oil the lady that seemed to be the manager started telling me off saying Im no better than anyone else and I have to wait like everyone else.

The staff is very knowledgeable. If in doubt they always look up the parts in the their mechanic Bibles.

The guys behind the counter were very helpful and friendly. If they are unsure about how good a product is, instead of trying to push it, they actually gave alternatives to try before spending the money.
