This place is so bad like bru they give me the wrong pieces 4 times wrong and it’s lwk crazy this is my first time doing a review never seen bad customer service and everything. They were “helping” me fix smt didn’t even work.

Fast competent service when I needed it. Might consider propping the doors open on a nice day like today, as it was actually less pleasant stepping into AC. Food for thought

This place is awesome because of people like Odie , not only was he great at finding the right product he did it with a smile the entire time . My first time at this location of Advance Auto Parts. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a Gentleman named Ahmed. He made my day, he helped me above and beyond. such an experienced and caring person. He found a problem with my car very quickly. also saved me money and the trouble of dealing with mechanics. He also notified us that our air filter and cabin filters need to be replaced, which we missed since last year. Highly recommend this place with Ahmed. Advance Auto Parts is just another part store but this guy made it special. The warranty on batteries that Advance Auto Parts has is amazing and money saver. They also have a great selection of tools. Thanks Ahmed.

Came here for help with my headlights and thought I bought the wrong kind. Turns out I was wrong and one of the staff Odie, came out to assist and showed me the correct spot to place the bulb. The staff here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. One of the better reasons to support shops like these than always going from Amazon.

Changed battery for my cx-5. Odie helped me from the second I opened the door. He has great energy, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was quick to make recommendations and replacement. Great experience.

Poor poor customer service. Counter help would prefer to sell most expensive parts. Be smart and shop around. I got a better deal on battery at the dealership. This is a place to shop smart because they are all about profit.

Great customer service! The clerk let me borrow a rod with a magnetic tip to get a 10mm socket out of my engine bay. I thought my socket was lost in my engine forever and I was about to buy a new one. Thanks for saving me a few bucks!

The staff named Cliff, a black African staff is extremely rude and aggressive when he doesn’t need to be using his finger gesturing and hostile body language; seems to have no patience at all. Also Needs to clam down, gets defensive and disrespect to his customers. Never seen anything like this. Talks down at his customers. Please take note to anyone who visits this location. I will definitely write to the corporate about how they train their staff. Whoever is reading this, avoid that location at all costs.

Please double check your items when sales people pick it up for you. I always had a great service at this location. Yesterday when i stop by to pick up some oil and other stuff around 1130ish. The guy behind the counter was rude and full of attitude. From any point he was not there to help you or answer any question. Lack of knowledge or not willing to help customers can be seen clearly behind his face mask. When he ring me up on register i find out that he gave me the cheaper version and on asking question he was responding proper. There were customer standing behind me so without making any argument I end up cancelling my order. I loved this place for years and bought pretty much everything for my cars. First time I went to other auto store and paid even more to fulfill my needs. Till they fix this issue I'm certainly not a customer for them or recommend anyone!

Always have a good luck at this Advance. The staff has always been helpful and patient. They actually helped me save a little by helping me buy online with the pickup option in the store. Also appreciate them trying to nicely enforce masks being worn in the store.

I make a point to go out of my way to this advanced auto parts. The cleanliness and organization of the store make it very comfortable. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always polite. I usually seek out Fayra, as she is always so happy to help "solve the puzzle" (the puzzle being whatever the heck is going on with my car at that moment). She, and all the other employees, have never hesitated to help me. Always an amazing experience. The icing on the cake? The stores music selection. 10/10

I’ve been going to this auto shop since 2005. These guys are helpful and 90% have the parts I need and in stock. Just bought 6 spark plugs there. They had the exact brand my 2004 Honda used. Inexpensive, too!

I went there to to see if they had the parts for my 2004 Honda. They can have the parts by 1 PM tomorrow. I think that is very good. The person helping me was very knowledgeable about his catalog system. I was very pleased.

Jay was super helpful and friendly! When my car battery died, he got my new battery installed quickly and efficiently. He also made helpful recommendations and took the extra step to make sure I was back on the road safely. I would recommend Advance Auto Parts to anyone in the neighborhood.

Seriously don't go here. I went in with a simple problem of needing a new low beam headlight. They looked up my cars make/model then took me over to the headlight section and sold me the wrong headlight. When I tried to install it I realized they sold me the wrong model (H11B vs H11). I went to exchange it and they refused to reimburse me because the package had been torn. They intentionally sold me the wrong item so they could effectively double charge me. These people are not experts and you shouldn't go here unless you know the exact item you need. Do not trust this place!!!

The African male associate was very rude. You should not scream to a customer just because he/she doesn't understand the difference between low beam and high beam. If I ever do go back to this location I would ask for someone else to help me

Taylor was a friendly associate. She helped me out when I was unsure of my vehicle's issue. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I am very thankful as my car is once again running smoothly. I will seek her guidance the next time something is not working properly. I recommend going to Advance Auto, especially this location. She was terrific.

The coupons they send me in the mail almost never work seems like a scam just to get you in there and then the guy at the computer says it's not ringing up right and there's nothing he can do. Sometimes I go in there to buy a quick oil change and it takes forever just to check out is really a stupid waste of the customers time when it should be a very simple process. Always amazes me the type of problems that come up every time you're just trying to check out some simple items that should ring up correctly
