The worst customer service ever. I stood in front of the cashier for minutes and she didn't say a word to me. She went out to do something and didn't even say anything, so I took my purchases to the counter and left. It seems like they just don't want to sell anything.

Tim the store manager knows cars. He will not up sale you and will tell you how to fix your car or truck with the most economical parts!

I appreciate their willingness to help their customers with a variety of car issues.

Sales rep Gunner took care of my issue from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and took his time .

The worse experience I’ve ever had. I immediately found my product and stood in line watching staff members walk around the entire store looking out of the windows for non existent customers entering the store. Never again. I’d rather drive across town to another town to another locally before ever wasting my time

The battery was tested and was bad so I bought a new one there, and they installed it. Very courteous and professional staff. Little to no wait and there seemed to be adequate staffing.

Excellent customer support and service, my son’s car needed a new battery and Dunner was very efficient, from picking the correct battery to replacing it, in less than ten minutes he installed a new battery and we were back on the road, thank you Dunner!

Just stopped in for a light bulb. Tim the assistant manager was not just helpful, but personable and got us in and out. Highly recommend this location!

went to chick-fil-a and our car battery died in the parking lot. luckily advance auto parts was next door and the gentlemen working assisted us with jumping the car and eventually installing a new battery. They were helpful and efficient, the store manager was very kind and i will definitely come back in the future.

It was a true pleasure to work with Jon today. He helped me find the correct part and helped me order it. He went above and beyond, even calling the other store to ensure they had the part. Fantastic service!

Worst customer experience ever! The manager was not helpful what's so ever! They gave us a defective oil filter causing me to loose most of the oil in my car. Do not waist you time coming here and go to another auto parts store.

You are better off if you just keep one associate to run this location! No need to keep whole team who doesn’t know anything about parts and lazy! You have to beg consultant to look for specific part! All they do is just to look in computer and if they don’t see it, they are not even bothered to check the back shelves which are full of stuff that laying there for decades!!! Zero skills and zero knowledge! Advance auto parts is useless! Many needed parts are only available per order! You won’t find anything beside oil and windshield fluids!

Went to get my jeep compass battery chech out,ended up purchasing a new one, the technician "Cesar " who attended me was professional and efficient, he definitely brings valve to Advance Auto Parts.Thank you Cesar.

Horrible management which declined to return the item even with original receipt and packing. They even couldn’t show the policy states that the customer can’t return open items. Finally they did it after a long discussion.

Cesar was amazing, I came in, had a battery problem, he took a look at it and he had it fixed in no time! I was in and out and was very happy with the service, definitely recommend coming here for parts and good costumer service!

Dunner helped me out. I was in and out In less than 5 min. He went beyond the typical customer service by walking out to my car to help me replace my windshield wipers. I really appreciate that type of service! I’ll be back because of this.

Best customer service, I have ever have experienced in my life!! After getting denied from two other advanced auto part stores in the area for just replacing my car battery that I bought from them. A gentleman from this store went out of his way to replace the battery for me. I want to let everyone know this store goes beyond great customer service!!! Thank you again for all your help!!!

I visited on a Thursday morning in an emergency. The representative was friendly, concerned, and helpful in providing the necessary recommendations to address my auto problem that I was working on in my home. They had one of the two items I needed but called another location to secure me the other item. I would come here again. I had an excellent experience.

Went there to buy oil and oil filters. Jim R. was the clerk. He was unhelpful, blunt, and rude. The oil change special included an injector cleaner. I didn't know that. So, I was perplexed when he said you can get the filters back there, because I didn't know the filter model. Rather than providing details about the extra item included in the special, he loudly said you're not listening and then stormed out from behind the counter to grab the cleaners that were on a shelf located just several feet behind where I was standing. I've been a loyal customer for many years (though not at this Backlick location), I've never encountered such rude behavior. No professional courtesy. Lousy customer service.

Excellent service when their competitors wouldn't even answer my call. I bought a car battery online, went to pickup at the store and they were kind enough to replace it for me at no additional charge and with a great attitude.

Lots of parts, tools, and accessories either on the shelf or in the back. They usually offer parts delivery between stores, but I didnt hear them offer that to another customer this evening. Anyways, they're good of you need something simple and common; but, will brush you aside to ring out another customer if what you need requires a little digging in the computer.

Not worth your time, went to get an alternator checked no one knew how to do it. The guy asked his manager she gave him an attitude and said plug it in when she finally saw the item wasn’t in the car it hit her no one knew what to do. A manager not trained? I asked if they could check at another auto parts then guaranteed me there would be someone there but it wasn’t worth it. Went to autozone they were more than willing to help.

It's a shame that these employees do not open on time. They are supposed to open at 7:30AM. It's 7:50AM. I have waited 25 minutes. I really needed to get parts before I get to work. Wasted my time. Hopefully they learn some professionalism in the future and realize that opening on time or minutes early it's part of it.

This location is very bad. I asked to talk with the manager, but the cashier said that the general manager is busy and he can not get out to talk with me which is disrespectful. The cashier was talking so badly and inappropriately. I do not recommend any person to shop at this store or talking with these disrespectful associates. The associates do not have any idea about the customer service.

They're pretty good here. It's a convenient location and pretty friendly staff. It was also easy to get hold of them on phone and get some answers. I usually do online order and pick up there. Recent orders didn't get a separate pick up ready email but the orders were fulfilled when I arrived at store. I think it's really good that they got free battery check and even free install of battery bought there.

The staff starting with the Manager doesnt have any idea of what Customer Service means. I bought a product to fix a flat tire that has a deficiency, it simply didn't work; I went back to let them know that the product was defective and if i can get a return or an exchange. The person at the front who was supposed to be a Manager didn't help! She didn't provide any solution, had no idea where can I put a claim about the defective product. If this is coming from a store Manager I can't imagine how it is for more complicated items. I ended throwing the $10 product in the store trash can!! I called back and the same person told me that she was the manager but to call back on Monday to talk with the General Manager! Simply ridiculous! I will never come back to this place. Terrible customer Service! And if you run into issues no solutions will be provided.
