Towed my truck and left a 500$ wheel sitting on the highway that has now been stolen. Tow truck driver could not care less about it either. Very poor service wouldn’t recommend at all. Scary service. DO NOT HIRE.

First class body repairs. Scheduled in quickly and repair timing were as promised. Very pleased with the work. Highly recommended.

VERY friendly group and gave me a quote on the spot. They gave me a date to bring my car in, this was a side mirror replacement, and I had it back the next day and it required some painting! The work looks perfect, you would never know that there was anything done AND they vacuumed my car….this was such a nice surprise! Great company!

After twenty years of relying on the same body shop for repairs, I had to find a new one. After repeated calls, I realized my old shop no longer wanted my business—especially after they refused my insurance and stopped offering cash repairs. I went to Chester Body Shop and Towing after several friends recommended them. I had always stayed with CARSTAR Alan Conner Collision Center, formerly Conner Brothers, but they gave me the runaround. Chester Body's staff made me feel welcome and helped restore my car to like-new condition. As with many repairs, more damage was found during disassembly. Chester Body worked with my insurance to cover the additional work. Whenever I called Chester Body, the phone was answered promptly—never, "please leave a message." Staff were knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The repair required ordering parts, which extended the completion date by only a few days. Delivering the repaired vehicle was easy and fast, and the office staff again made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Thank you to the team at Chester Body. The truck came back looking perfect and very clean. I should have probably cleaned it before coming in. The team was very clear, courteous, made me feel comfortable, and even did more than expected. I hope to not be back lol, but we live in a world of the unexpected. If I need work again or a friend needs a recommendation, Chester Body it is. Thank you again.

Our 4 month old Hyundai Palisade had $25.000 damage. Ready to go in 7 weeks. I was amazed, to say the least!

Their attention to detail is lacking with their paint repair. I was told multiple times "we can't get it to look like factory". I had to take my vehicle back and forth multiple times to correct paint issues. 3 months after repair I had a paint chip appear apparently as their paint job did not adhere correctly. The car went back, entire new bumper was put on and another poor paint job was delivered to me. I was asked if I had done something to the paint?! USAA does not have them on their body shop list and sadly now I know why. I do not recommend them to fix your vehicle the way it was pre collision status.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I had such a great experience with a process that is usually so painful. The team at Chester Body Shop was responsive, communicative, efficient and honest. They were able to complete the work on my truck while I was at the beach on vacation, and my truck looks better now than when I bought it. Well done, Chester Body Shop. While I hope to never be back, I wouldn’t hesitate to put my truck in your hands in the future and will gladly recommend your team to all who ask. Thank you.

Great group of folks who communicate great and provide great customer service. They went to my car in the shop several times to pick up things I left in there and needed while the car was in the shop. They also did a great job communicating with me, the insurance company, and the rental company -- and did a great job repairing my car!

My son had an unfortunate encounter with a deer recently. We used Chester Auto Body due to relationships between our children. They did not disappoint! The repairs to the car were spot on, and after insurance denied a small scratch repair on the front quarterpanel, Chester Auto Body took care of that for me, as well. Good, honest people that do excellent work. Well done, Chester Auto Body!

Don't let the cops call this place! They're really thieves... unfortunately, I had to go through this myself! But I'm warning you... you'll pay a lot of dollars!! More than 400... it's ridiculous... and in fact, you can't get in touch with them after they've come to pick you up because they're already closed, and every hour counts. Ni una estrella se merece...

This place is awful. Told me it would take 6 days to fix my car , then I had another thing added on so sure i’d understand a few more days to fix that too but I have been without a car for 3 weeks now. They don’t call to update , we had to call them. Mind you they didn’t even fix the “ other thing” and my car was there for that long. I’m never taking any vehicle here again nor would i recommend this place to anyone. I saw the reviews and thought to myself “ oh i’m sure it will be fine , that happens every once in a while” but yet here i am writing this.

These guys will do what it takes to get it right for you even if your car is brand new and damaged they can get it back to new for you and will make sure you're happy with the results ?

They repaired my car after it was rear ended. The repair was exceptional. They worked with my insurance company. I only had to pick up the car after the repairs. The new paint match was perfect on the new bumper and trunk.

These people are extraordinary. They are friendly, professional, and they do extremely good work. I had my truck repaired here two years ago. Today, I needed help getting a door panel back on. They saw me with no notice, were incredibly kind when I was reported to the office, and a manager came out to my car and fix the problem in about five minutes. He didn't charge me and he would not accept the $20 tip even though I insisted. Where do you get service like this anymore? This is old-time service that you seldom see. Get your work done here and you won't regret it.

Communication was superb throughout the repair work directly through the ownership. My repairs took longer than expected due to issues out of their control with the electronic camera system. They were very accommodating during the delays and if 10 stars were an option, they would certainly get them from me! To the entire team, thank you for your commitment to your workmanship and the high level of customer service I experienced during the repair process. My second experience with the body shop and I must say that I was even happier this time. Not only was the body work exceptional but the service was beyond reasonable expectation.. I had battery trouble before I got my car all the way home and the shop arranged for additional service the very next day. Even offered to send a tow truck to my house. Fortunately I was able to drive it to my regular service center the next day and did not need their assist. I cannot express the peace of mind that this business provides with each encounter. I will never go anywhere else by choice for body work. Exceptional service and beautiful body work.

They are local, and they do great work and are very friendly and professional. I've had them do work on two different trucks that I have owned, and both of them came out excellent. If you are looking for a great body and paint, I highly recommend Chester Body Shop.

My car looks so good! I am very pleased with their customer service as well. I was very confused about how everything works after filing the claim with my insurance but they took the extra time to explain to me the process. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of collision repair & if I need any repair in the future I know where I’ll be taking my vehicle!

Chester Auto Body went above and beyond on my CRV that they fixed recently. Our insurance company was a real pain to deal with, but they didn't miss a beat. Plus, after the storm this past weekend, I thought I had water leaking in my car due to the site where the car was repaired. They took my car in right away, checked and determined it was my sunroof, that wasn't a part of the accident, but cleaned the port anyway, free of charge. These guys are stand-up and very caring. They stayed in regular contact with us throughout the entire repair process. I would highly recommend them.

Asked for rental car and ignored after their poor work to my vehicle. Stuff falling off. He needs to be shut down. Liars and know they haven't order my parts. It doesn't take 2 weeks or over a month to order no parts. Insurance companies take them off your list. Needs to give my money back because I had to pay my mechanic to fix some of their mess and still have more to get done.

terrible terrible 6 months waiting for repair and paint paid 10500... in dec 22 and still dont have my vehicle back... USAA recommended them. Now i know to go back to delearship for all my needs.

These guys were great, repaired my car that was damaged in an accident. Only complaint is it took longer than they forecasted and the last few days felt like I was chasing their tails to get info. Other than that, the car came out beautiful and we’d go back if needed.
