I went into this store super frazzled and was greeted by one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Jerry helped me get the parts I needed for my lights and helped me with replacement. I am forever grateful for his kindness and help.

I went to your East Hundred store and had the pleasure of being serviced by Mr. Terry Jarvis. I needed a new battery for my truck. I was greeted with a smile and a nice hello, which made me comfortable being a female looking for an item and having no clue as to what I needed. I explained to Mr. Jarvis what issues I was having and he quickly waked out to assist me. It was a cold day, but he explained to me the item I needed, I purchased this item and he installed the battery in the extreme cold. In addition, added extra plugs and items to secure the bigger battery in my truck. He reflected extreme professionalism while assisting me. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. A great employee, which speaks to your company! Definitely will recommend to my friends!

I came in recently and met this kind young man I think Cody He helped me me find everything I needed and was super helpful! I was in and out relatively fast. I needed some parts and also some recommendations on a few things he was so nice and straight forward. To the manger you have a great sales man! Come see Cody he’s the man.

He keeps me informed throughout the entire process whether that is battery testing, diagnostics, or installing a battery! 10/10 will always come to this location for my car needs!

We have had nothing but exceptional service at the River's Bend AutoZone, and today was no different. We recently purchased a "new to us" vehicle. After having to have the battery jumped three times, we popped in to have it checked. Jerry hooked it up, and it was dying. He quickly installed a new one for us. He took the time to make sure it fit securely and ran some additional tests. In doing so, it alerted us to a potential problem with the alternator that we can address before it becomes an issue. Given that our daughter will be driving the car to college in the fall, I am grateful to be able to address any potential problems ahead of time. He was friendly, professional, and efficient.

Jerry was very helpful and professional while teaching me about how to put Freon in my Jeep AC compressor. I recommend Auto Zone for all your auto needs! Kudos to Jerry.

Man I had such an experience I would love to think it was specialized but I know it was literally because of the great people that work there. There was this awesome Crew I wish there energy could stay there forever but the reality is they are blessings and should be taken care of accordingly. I mean if autozone clears their yearly goal and is in business and hit the green at the end of the year those star people deserve as much as you can to empower their future and help them go above and beyond! Anything some incentive like a $500 gift card to spend anyway they like and a note that encourages them positively. I was having a time with my vehicle and no matter what they stuck it through with me , shifts changed and they went out of their way to know I was taken care of. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at the Riverbend location. Today was nothing other than exceptional as Angel taught me how to change out Windshield wiper blade adapters. Her ethics are next level and should be inspirational to every employee as I tried to give her a cash tip and she told me that she could not accept. I would highly recommend this location And if you need to learn something new, angel might just teach you a skill that will last longer than someone doing it for you.

Jerry the Manager of Advanced Auto Zone went out of his way to help me get back on the road. He changed my battery and gave some helpful tips on the future. Jerry helped me with my oil and after it was all done he offered me a job. I’m so thankful I came in today he saved my car!!!

We had a problem with our engine that was fixed very easily. The worker named Terry helped us and was very kind. He deserves more than five stars and we will be back.

I want to THANK the team here at this store so much, I can’t even put in words how much I will remember and appreciate the folks at this store. SPECIFICALLY Jerry…you helped me through something with my car that I didn’t think I could do….you didn’t do it for me but you told me I could do it….and I did it. Not sure who needs to see this but Jerry is the epitome of what customer service is supposed to be. Calm and collected, helpful and insightful, just a great person and a REAL compliment to the AutoZone family. He and his team guided me while my vehicle experienced some serious car issues. I was literally stuck in a place where I had no contacts, my wife and 4 year old son were in the vehicle and I was panicking. We sat there in the parking lot on our ride from Nj for over 3 hours and Jerry never hesitated once to come and check on us and help us with whatever he could help us with. Jerry if you are reading this - THANK YOU from the very bottom of my heart…we got to FL safe had the vehicle looked at we got a fix….for now but I will be taking the vehicle for further inspection as you recommended. You’re an angel man…I even appreciate the follow up call you made to me and my family while back on the road to make sure we were good. Terry and Jerry went out of thier way, so far above and beyond to help me today, providing outstanding customer service the entire time. I am so impressed and very glad I decided to stop at this location toady, so much so, I decided to write this review as I stand here with them. I will definitely return to this location for all my auto needs. More employees should model after thier behaviors.

I am SO pleased with my visit to AutoZone today on E Hundred Rd, Chester! The person that helped me was Gary. I highly recommend asking for him by name, if you stop at that location. He went above and beyond his job description probably to help me figure out what the issue was with my car’s AC. I will definitely go there for all questions about my car from now own. He explained everything and showed me exactly what he was doing so that I could understand it too. I really want to learn more about cars, so he was more than happy to slow down a bit and help me understand this. I’m telling you guys if he doesn’t know what the answer is, he will get a second opinion or find out. And if that still doesn’t work he will point you in the direction of a good mechanic. I’ve never left a Google review before but I’m so incredibly happy that I went there today. I left knowing how to check certain things for myself in the future. I also left there feeling great about the amount of money I didn’t have to spend going to a mechanic.

Gosh! This location is amazing! I absolutely must shout-out Jerry, Fritz and Terry for their support and expertise in helping me select and install my battery! Jerry worked painstakingly hard to replace my battery and he even showed me how to do it! Thank you so much for your encouragement Fritz! (Lincoln 2018 MKX battery is very difficult to replace fyi) Thank you again guys! You rock! This is my new "home" AutoZone now!

I went to this AutoZone completely distraught because my car’s AC decided to stop working on the way to the airport, but Jerry & Dan did an amazing job replacing the filter. They were able to squeeze my maintenance in between the influx of customers going in and out, as well as worked outside in the weltering heat for almost 1.5 hours. Both of these gentlemen deserve a hundred gold stars, especially now when it’s hard to find employees who go above and beyond for customers. By far the best service I’ve ever experienced at ANY AuroZone in the country. The AC is now up and running perfectly! Thank you guys!

We came in and Jerry wasted absolutely no time helping us with EVERY question I had! He and his coworker worked incredibly well together with helping me grab all the things I needed so I didn’t have to wander all over the store. I was never pushed to buy anything I wouldn’t need and he made sure I was aware of the store deals and cancelled my transaction to make sure I had my military discount before I left. They were great and I’ll definitely be back.
