Fantastic shop with very helpful associates. I called due to my serpentine belt starting to break and due to that I had called four or five different repair shops in the area but all were unable to assit until I phoned River's Bend Auto Care.
The ladies at the desk were very kind and efficient. Turned my car in at 2pm and by lunchtime the next day, it was finished! Didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee because I was able to inform them that I persume it was that belt was the problem.
So far I have had an amazing experience and plan to use then in the future for all my repairs & inspections. Definitely can't recommend them enough.

We moved to VA from a state that didn't require annual inspections. We realized our inspection was due on our truck and called right before Christmas. They were wonderful to get us in Monday morning after Christmas weekend. We dropped it off at 8:30 am and by 9:30, we got a text it was done. A great place that we will continue to use for car repairs.

I dropped off an Acura MDX for repair, thinking it needed a break and rotor replacement due to the grinding noise. I was expecting a costly repair. I received a phone call from the technician informing that everything was in good working condition and the noise was coming from a bent part that was hitting the rim. I ask for the diagnostic and repair cost, and to my complete surprise he said it was a quick fix and the shop was not going to charge anything for it. I have never experienced an auto repair shop that exhibited such a high degree of honesty and integrity. I will strongly recommend River’s Bend Auto Care to all the people I know going forward because it’s extremely difficult to find an auto repair shop that provides exceptional service like this.
I always come here for service/maintenance to my vehicles. The staff is always super friendly, personable and helpful. Affordable pricing, and great/efficient service. They’ll get your car right! Everything is top notch.

There is a reason they have 4.8 stars with this many reviews. Even with issues that they had from the provider of the differential, they made it happen. My truck was a headache for them and for myself but they overcame and conquered. Thank you to the friendly staff as well!!!
My husband and I took our cars here for an inspection. We thought we had some simple things wrong with our cars, turns out that wasn’t the case. They were simple fixes, instead of lying or trying to take advantage of us they were honest and told us what was going on. It’s really hard to find honest mechanics now a days. We will definitely be brining all of our cars here from now on!

This is a good honest Auto Care shop. I went here for a second opinion after my regular shop came up with a bunch of unnecessary repairs they wanted done to pass my car for inspection. Common sense told me there was nothing wrong with the car, because it has continued to drive great, so I took it to Rivers Bend Auto Care on a friend's recommendation. As it turns out, the vast majority of the work that the other place wanted to do was completely unnecessary, and the one thing that did need to be done, Rivers Bend was able to do for one third of the price. Highly recommend Rivers Bend. I'll be taking my car here from now on.

I had my Outback towed there because of great ratings. Although they couldn’t do the work in the time I needed (because I was out of state and need to get back home and the part wasn’t available locally), the two ladies and mechanic that I interacted with were knowledgeable and so helpful! If I need future work in the Richmond area, I would not hesitate to have them do the work!
River Bend Auto Care was excellent in checking my care and repairing after a scary moment of almost losing my front wheel on I-95. Just a half mile from the next exit someone referred me to them and it was a blessing as I was still 4 hours from home. Immediately looked at my truck and saw the problem, quickly ordered the parts from local shops and we were on our way. Cost was as I expected for the type of repair. Everyone from the 2 super nice ladies at the desk and all the mechanics were great, helpful and cared about getting us back on the road to home in MD!!

Quality work, very knowledgeable and professional. They definitely try to educate and help you understand why or what needs to be done instead of the typical “selling jobs” that you get from most places. Got the job done and went above my expectation. Definitely recommend this place for any type of work. From engine, suspension, brakes, drivetrain I thrown it all at them and was met with nothing but quality workmanship. No complaints.
I actually Googled this company because my vehicle was having some issues with accelerating and the check engine light was on. I took my car in to their shop that morning and the process was amazing. Within an hour, they text me to let me know they had found the problem and what my estimate would be. I held my breath because i knew it was going to be bad. Well, guess what? It was totally affordable. They completed the work and sent me another text letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup. All of this was done within the same day. I can't believe I drove around like this for 5 months with these issues. Li'l Red-My car now runs like she did when I bought it brand new 6 years ago. Your shop and your team are awesome and I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. ?
When I was growing up, my grandad made sure to teach me how to do all my own work on cars, and I appreciate that. But sometimes there's just some jobs I can't do, mostly because of the specialized tools required. I like bringing my car here for those jobs. This place is fast, fair, and honest. I've been to other shops for work I can't do myself, but this place is best I think. I hope it stays that way, and I hope they're around for a real long time.

Friendly staff made for getting my repairs there easier than elsewhere. They diagnosed the issue quickly plus did a free inspection. That was a good way for them to upsell me on the smaller, cheaper things that needed fixed while allowing me to keep in mind what I need to get done and how much that'll cost down the road. They were more comprehensive than other places I've gone to. Two people recommended them to me so I knew I found trust them and that they'd listen to me and actually fix what the problem is without a hassle, which they did.
New in the area and the oil pressure in my Volkswagen was low. I had no idea what that meant so I took it here to figure it out— and they’re the best! Got me in right away, everyone working there was so nice and informative. Car was done and checked on within just a few hours and they explained the issue to a definite non-car-person so well. Will definitely be going back!

I tell you they went above and beyond to get my truck straight. I appreciate you all so much. I missed my appointment but it is rescheduled 2 weeks from now. Everything worked out, Praise be to God. Thanks Staff of River's Bend! They replaced bearings and hub.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the pricing was fair. It seemed like a fun workplace too, which is a plus in my book. They were able to schedule me in pretty quickly and the oil change and inspection was done in an hour. And as a bonus, the sticker for next oil change was reflective of my actual car and the type of oil It uses (synthetic) rather than the generic 3month/3,000 miles other places have stuck on. All around pleasant experience and would recommend them as my friend and her dad recommended them to me. I live in Richmond city but it’s worth the drive for nice, honest people and fair pricing.

I had a emergency situation 3 hours away from home, luckily I was right down the road from riverbend! They took my truck right in got right to work on it and done a amazing job. The lady’s working inside the office are just as nice as they can be they’ll really make you feel at home, while you’re sitting around waiting. They got it done in a timely manner and I still made it to the river to fish they saved my day! These people are awesome and I would highly recommend!
River’s Bend is by far the best auto shop I’ve been to in my 36 years of living. From the quality of service to the southern hospitality. Was greeted so nice by the receptionist and the mechanic made sure they showed me everything that was wrong and fixed it in less time than I expected. I will come here for all of my auto needs. If I could give more stars I would. This place is second to none
I was trying to get a vehicle inspection for my vehicle for at least three months and every place I called or stopped at had a long wait to get it done. I was so excited when I contacted them at Rivers Bend Auto Care because I was able to bring my vehicle there for an inspection within a few hours. The staff is very friendly and was quick service. Loved how the staff was so nice and greeted by all and thanked for my business and to enjoy my holiday weekend. Recommend to all
I took my wife's car in for an oil change and an alignment. I did not have an appointment. I walked in and although they were obviously busy, they were able to squeeze me in immediately. They performed the oil change and then pointed out that one tire was damaged and may not need an alignment if I were to replace the damaged tire. They then contacted a local tire shop, provided the tire size, confirmed they had the tire I needed, and was able to get me "referral discount on the tire. Turned out that I didn't need the alignment after all. All completed within a reasonable time, considering I didn't have an appointment. Thank you River's Bend Auto.
I 've been using River's Bend Auto Care for several years now and they do a fantastic job. These days it's not easy finding a good Automotive Technical Specialist that can handle most or all of your vehicle needs under one roof. I would take my truck to them vs the dealer any day because they are faster and they stand behind their work.
The nicest benefit is that they are very close in-terms of being in the neighborhood/community and most of all they have flexible hours when making appointments to make it easy for drop offs. Highly recommended them
