There's a sign on the counter that reads 3% fee over 1,000 but if you drive a tow truck be prepared to pay 10% I was informed just now we have a different rate I guess you don't realize we are the first people customers ask for a referral from y'all just hit my list of where to keep them away from............................. Thank you for confirming that is a company policy it kind of ruins your day when you get back from getting your credit card after they say they will take it and some guy yells from the back rather rudely that because of my occupation I have to pay more money to a lot of people that would be considered discrimination I believe you should review your policy

Had the rear gate and front quarter panel replaced on my CR-V. Looks like new. Provided a comparable loaner car for me to use. Very pleased with work done. Friendly people, great customer service. Kept me informed through the entire process. Hope I don't need them, but would definitely use them again.

Firstly, drop all of your fears and hesitations, and trust your work to the CarStar team! You will not regret it! Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! Customer service was amazing, right down to the team doing the body work. To start, the actual shop itself is like nothing you've ever seen in other shops. It is impeccably clean and neat. You immediately feel safe and welcome there and cared for. That is such a gift at what can easily be an incredibly stressful time. Their co-ordination with the local Enterprise rental team is beyond seamless, and their co-ordination with insurance makes everything a breeze. Plus, Enterprise is just a few short miles away. I've never been in better hands with anything related to a car, and body shops are far from having great reputations, but this place is an absolute dream! Their work was top-notch, communication was great, everyone was so kind and professional, they explain the process in advance in great detail and leave room for no doubts and, get this, they leave your car clean! No stains, no stink, clean! They even leave you with the remainder of the touch-up paint for your personal use. Thank you! I honestly dreaded this process for so many reasons, but the Car Star Chester team made this process an absolute breeze. They even coordinated for Enterprise to pickup the rental from the shop once my car was ready. Wow! The team was so incredibly accommodating with scheduling when there was a hiccup due to my misunderstanding of the insurance co-ordination, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. I drove well out of my way to go to this shop, passing many others along the way, due to the positive reviews. Believe them! It's all true and more! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! Car Star Conner’s collision was awesome. They got the parts to fix my car quick and provided me with a rental. They went above and beyond my expectations in fixing my car and getting it back to me. They even washed the car and cleaned inside. I felt I had a new car. We definitely recommend as the best auto care center!!! Go Noah.

Everyone I encountered at Carstar were polite and helpful. My truck was dropped off and quickly brought into the shop for repairs. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and was very please with the workmanship after completion. I Highly recommend!

Was referred by my son and daughter in law I was not disappointed, Noah was very informative. He answered my questions, even if I had to ask him the same question more than once. Todd and the team at Alan Conner Collision Center were awesome! After my car was involved in an accident, I was worried that it would never look the same again. I was wrong. Todd and the team were able to repair my car super fast and now it looks brand new again! Also as a bonus, they put air in my tires and replaced one of my break lights for me that had just went out. I hope that I’m never involved in another accident, but if I am, I know exactly where to bring my car. 10 out of 10!

This was my second time using CARSTAR Alan Conner Collision Center on Chester Road (formerly Conner Brothers Collision). I am a repeat customer due to the quality workmanship of the guys in their shop, and the professionalism and detail that both Todd and Scott bring to the customer experience out front. You can tell that the work in the shop is high quality and is done with pride. I've taken a Honda Accord and a Toyota 4Runner here, and they both look great. Out front, Todd and Scott do an awesome job setting clear expectations for the customer, and handling the insurance company while keeping you informed throughout the process. Their industry experience, professionalism and teamwork is a huge part of why I chose to come back a second time.

Todd and Scott and The whole team at Alan Conner Collision did a Fantastic Job restoring my vehicle after it was hit parked in a Kroger parking lot. It looks brand new and better than it originally did!! They also vacuumed, cleaned and threw in a extra bottle of paint for any touch ups that I may need in the future for scratches. Fantastic Communication with me by email and phone. Todd is a Great Professional and they also got me a great rental vehicle to drive for the week. If I could give 6 stars then I would for sure! Thank you Todd for such a wonderful job on my Chevy truck. I live over 85 miles from you but had some friends who recommended you that I was willing to do the drive. I am glad I did. The body work that you did was wonderful. Even though you had to improvise and make a rocker panel since there were none to purchase, it looks great! The paint was a great match as well. In Feb of 2020, Conner Brothers did a fantastic job on my 2019 Honda Pilot. My car had been clipped on the passenger side rear bumper and rear side panel. The car was fully drivable but, with it being new, I wanted it back in original condition. When I spoke with Conner Brothers on the phone, they walked me through the whole process including how to minimize the time without my car. They reviewed the insurers repair estimate and ensured I understood the details. I was able to work with them via email and the phone until the day of my scheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment, the team removed all of the applicable parts to fully assess the damage then called me with the estimated time to repair (10 days) and also shared pictures and the updated repair estimate. They worked directly with the insurance company - I never needed to make another call. The car was completed in 9 days and truly looked brand new. Honestly I had heard horror stories from friends on dealing with auto body repairs. This was completely seamless and I ended up with my car returned to perfect condition. Fantastic people to work with and great results! As a bonus for Honda owners, they are a certified Honda Auto Body Shop. I highly recommend them - these guys are just great.

Todd and the staff were awesome. Very friendly, highly professional. He was very willing to answer all of my questions and explained exactly what they would have to do to get my car looking right. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and got quick approval of their estimate. Gave me a time estimate to do the work and explained why it would take that long. Then, they got it done early! Under promise and over delivery makes happy customers! Work was flawless! Could not be happier.

This was our first time visiting the Conner Brothers today. We had bought a used Honda Civic, and immediately found some hidden issues with it. We had gone back to the dealer, Jiffy Lube, and a family mechanic. No one could figure out what was wrong. The family mechanic advised us to seek out a body shop. I researched on Google who was the best body shop in town and found Conner Brothers. My mother and I decided to give them a shot. They found the issue, fixed the issue, and gave us a good deal. My mother and I will definitely be utilizing this business again in the future if we ever need it. Mr. Todd Stanley was kind, friendly, and made sure we got the best service. He showed us what the problem was, showed us indicators of past collisions contributing to the problem, showed us how they repaired it, and gave us a good price for the repair job. I was impressed and felt absolutely comfortable working with him and his crew. This is a great business, and I hope more people support it. It is not every day you find an honest company that cares more about giving you the best quality service.

The people at Conner brothers were so kind and great to work with! They were very helpful in walking me through the insurance process and were always easy to get a hold of and called back promptly if they did not answer. They also did amazing work on our car! We had our whole front bumper repaired and when I went to pick it up our car looked brand new again. They even detail cleaned the inside of our car, too! I am so happy and thankful for their work.

If you are looking for a repair shop, don’t look any further than The Connor Brothers Body Shop!!!! Took them less than 10 days to repair my Optavia (Kia Optima). Brought the car into the shop on August 22nd and Mr. Todd called my phone on August 31st saying that Optavia was ready!! Just when I was thinking that it would take a month to repair, it took less than 10 days!!!! Thank you Connor Brothers for fixing my babygirl up and Todd, thank you for waiting after 5pm to pick my car up when I was running late from dropping my rental off at Enterprise!

We have used Conner Brothers four times and each time we couldn't be happier with the results. Paint matching was spot on and their customer service is second to none. Both of our cars were completed on time and Todd always kept us informed of the progress and answered all questions and concerns we had. I've recommended them to friends and I wouldn't go anywhere else for body work in Richmond.

I never thought getting my car worked on could be so easy until I went to Conner brothers for a bumper repair. Kevin was upfront with me and very friendly about the entire process. They estimated it would take 3 days to fix my car and 2 days later I received a car saying it was fixed and ready to go. The entire staff was professional and very welcoming. My car looks better than it did when I first drove it off the lot. The paint job that was done on the bumper of my car was certainly the best I have ever seen. Thank you Conner brothers!!

We had a great experience with Conner Brothers. After they repaired our car earlier this year, we didn't hesitate to send it back after another collision. All personnel were very helpful and made the process worry free. It's clear that they've been repairing vehicles for a long time and know what they're doing.
