I live in Lake land 'or !!! It's a very beautiful community with a large lake, pool and tons of ponds. Very nice club house and gym

I was told about this place. I think it's ridiculous that the owner hasn't gotten an estimate for the dams but wants to put a lean on every single house when people that live pay dues and they knew this since 2011 and now they want to do something about it. Ridiculous they need to be investigated.

We were bless to be able to purchase our home at lake land ,this place is beautiful, on my days off I will be relaxing by the lake

HOA Great place to live.

It is a nice place. I brought a house here, but my neighbors behind me are "TERRIBLE". One Breeds Squirrels (he lives on Southampton Street/come visut the excitement) and The Other lijes to have trash thrown in my yard (they live on Norman Street)

Most of the people in this community are awesome. HOA is a joke though. Can't really tell what our expensive dues go to!

Had a good time at the easter egg hunt. An the lady who had set it up was very nice

Lake life great neighborhood

Nice place. Celebrated baptism. Well kept beach, adequate facilities, and generous amount of parking. Excelent place for a family celebration.

We love visiting this beach! It's relaxing and never too crowded. Plus there are two playgrounds close by for the kids.

Great Amenities...Great Neighborhood...Great Neighbor's... Unfortunately it's what some would classify as... "Podunk" or the "Sticks" & is located within.... The Towne That Never Develops / Grows...

My cousin lives here. We used their pavilion for a family gathering. Very nice facility.

Large neighborhood with fun things to do

The lake is pretty, but just standing in knee deep water, you can see gas and oil floating on top of the water from the boats speeding up and down.

Great beach for family fun.

Great 4th of July celebration. Well organized, good food lots of fun.

Great community, the HOA fees are not equal to the services. Went downhill in the last five years and getting no better.

Nice community but the lake area is way to small for the amount of residents who live there. This is a gated community who has "security". The homeowner fees are largely out of proportion for the value you receive. The Lake's balance sheet clearly shows the over spending on security and amenities that are only used from a small fraction of the residents.
