The day before Christmas Eve we were on our way to see family when we had to get our car towed. They were fast, friendly, and we had to drive over 100 miles through DC traffic and it was not a problem at all. Thank you for getting us to our family safely!!

I would not trust my car with this tow truck company, they cut multiple people off on the highway with someone’s wrecked car on the back. Whoever is driving this truck is going to cause a major wreck.

AAA sent them out to pick up my old HMMWV when it broke down. Got to me fast! And got me home fast! Highly recommend.

I was broke down on 301 triple a said it would be 2 plus hrs. Will the driver got to me in 30 minutes. He was kind and very respectful. Im disabled so he helped me in his truck and out. Very professional driver. I highly recommend tgem!

Thomas has been absolutely amazing! He was patient as we were just inexperienced girls with a broken down car! He calmed the car owner down and explained everything in layman’s terms! Slow down. Move over. Isnt that the saying for tow truck drivers. But it must be just for them. Cause one of your drivers just about ran me over when i am on the side of 895. Literally came on the shoulder while I was replacing a tire.

Found myself in a jam and used my insurance roadside assistance. Anytime towing kept me informed, calling me to check up on me which I really appreciated. Chris was a real professional and took care of my car from the towing location to the garage. Five star experience!

Had to get my vehicle towed to be serviced. Used AAA and they dispatched Anytime Towing. What an amazing experience! The young man was pleasant, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and did a very good job taking care of my vehicle. I highly recommend!

Good evening. My name is Karl D, and I am writing to commend the excellent service by your driver Morgan Germani. Morgan was sent by AAA to help me with my 1999 Suburban which would not start despite my replacing the battery yesterday and repeated attempts to start the vehicle. When he arrived, he was going to tow my vehicle , which had not been driven in over a year. To my shock the car started. Morgan offered to follow me to the nearest service center and then dropped me off. I greatly appreciated his assistance and kindness - because he did not have to follow me since the truck was operational. Please give him my thanks.

Trent from Anytime towing is very professional and informative about my flat tire experience. He walked my son and I through the changing tire process in case we had any questions. Very happy he and his company were sent out to assist us through AAA.

Anytime Towing wanted to charge me $315 to get my truck out last night (6pm on 3/15) or I was told but the receptionist / dispatcher if I where come back at the next morning (8am on 3/16) it would be during their “normal business hours” and she wouldn’t have to charge me a “gate fee”, bringing my total to $270ish on 3/16, which I was willing to pay. When I did as the receptionist / dispatcher said, I was met with a different receptionist, Carla, and new total of $395. To my confusion, I questioned this new total and found all these unnecessary added fees, such as a $90 fee for holding the truck for two days even though the truck has been in their possession for less than 24 hours. I asked for an itemized list for all the fees I was being charged with to which she said I would have to “take her word”. Carla, the receptionist, was very rude, short and unwilling to honor the price I was given even though it was their mistake. When I asked for someone higher up than her, she refused to give me the phone number or information of someone above her. When I went to pay, the $395, she refused to take my payment and refused to release my vehicle. I was told I would have to come back tomorrow (3/17) where she would charge me an additional $195 admin fee. WHATS AN ADMIN FEE??? Caroline Country sheriff’s office had to intervene and ask Carla to release my truck, which she did very rudely. She charged me $395. I will be reaching out to Sheetz, Anytime Towing’s owner, the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, other appropriate authorities and will continue to post in other Caroline related groups.

Traveling from NJ and of course had a flat tire.. only to realize the car didn’t have a spare tire… called AAA and Logan from Anytime Towing came and saved the day. What a pleasure to work with such a respectful knowledgeable employee. If ever we need a tow again.. Anytime is the way to go and Logan may be requested.

On 02/13/25 around 3:00 AM, I experienced a blown out tire (front passenger side) about a mile south of Exit 110 on I-95 South. I pulled off to the side of the busy highway and was unable to change the tire due to the buildup of snow on the side of the road. I reached out to Geico for Emergency Roadside Assistance, but they were unable to find anyone available that time of night. I reached out to Anytime Towing and they were able to send help within 20-30 minutes. A tow truck driver named Logan arrived and took absolute care of myself and my car the entire duration. I cannot express how grateful I am that Logan took the time to ensure that my car, with a low clearance, was not damaged while getting it on and off of the tow truck. He was a true professional. We coordinated with the Sheetz on Ladysmith Rd. to offload the car under their outdoor canopy. Logan ensured that I was able to get my spare tire on before leaving. I appreciate all the help he was able to provide especially considering the cold wintery conditions that night. Thank you for saving me Logan!!! To Anytime Towing, you're lucky to have such a great, caring driver like Logan. Thank you sincerely!

I hate to share this review because I have used them in the past successfully. However, my last experience with this towing company was not good. The dispatcher told me to expect a driver in 1 hour and that turned into 3 hours with no call back or updates. I finally called them and the lady on phone insisted that her supervisor denied service due to location. Even though they had already come out the day before to exact same spot. ??‍♀️ She also apparently had no intention of calling me to let me know either, just let me wait for hours. I called another towing company who responded in 20 mins & got my car to a safe place in record time. My complaints for Anytime Towing are unprofessionalism and poor customer service for dispatch/mangement. **However, I want to make sure I thank the 2 service men who initially came out to assist me. They were very kind and tried to help me. I don’t want this review to be a reflection of them.** 5 stars for them!

After getting frustrated with AAA who wanted us to call a Lyft driver from the side of I-95. I called the company direct and they made sure that I got to the shop before they closed so I could get my repair done. They still honored our AAA account and had accomodations for both myself and my wife to ride to the repair shop. Their dispatcher and driver were professional and pleasant helping our family get off the interstate and get back to our 14hr trip fast and efficiently. Thanks again

This company is simply amazing. They saved the day on a family road trip from our home in Massachusetts to Georgia to visit family for Christmas. We needed our packed van towed to the dealer on December 23rd, and Chris from Anytime got out to us in 15 minutes, loaded on our van, and got us down to the dealership in enough time to get the repairs handled so we could continue on our way. I can't express how grateful we are for this company's kindness and professionalism. Thank you! Definitely give these folks a call for any of your towing needs.

Idk where to begin but the receptionist was beyond kind. I didn’t deserve her lol, i was upset about needing a tow of course so i admit i may have come off a lil rude but she understood almost unconditionally! So sweet, definitely got me picked up in less than 30 mins AS “SHE STATED”. Nils was my tow truck guy, i have a dropped honda accord and it’s very low. He took his time, was VERY cautious and got my car on the flat bed like a dam pro for real!!!! I was definitely impressed because I expected slight or minor scuffing on the front bumper but my guy got it up WITHOUT A SCRATCH! Got us to. The tire shop safe and quick also had the same energy when he lowered my car. Very cautious, safe and kind. Thanks u guys helped get my family and i back home to NJ! Much appreciated. TWO TAKEAWAYS: AVOID THIS COMPANY AND NEVER AGREE TO PAY ANYONE BEFORE THEY DO A JOB. Called at 10:31 am and was told a tow truck would be there in 20 minutes. The tow truck showed up at 12:10 pm, just as a good samaritan was pulling me out. The tow truck driver said they would not offer any partial or full refund. I had paid $275 before they even dispatched the tow truck. (Additional fees could be added if they deemed necessary btw) They said if I have full coverage(which I don’t), I could try to get reimbursed by them. I’m not going to argue with them anymore, but you should all know this is the kind of business they run. $275 for driving over 20 minutes huh?

I was driving from DC to Richmond and got a flat tire near the Fort A.P. Hill area. I called my insurance company and after waiting for almost six hours for the road-assistance that never showed up, I cancelled the request and found this AMAZING company that came to my rescue in less than 20 minutes. Mr. Kenny (Senior) was such a professional and ensured he followed me to a well lit area after he changed my tire to put some air in my spare. He really cared about my safety and even though I was miserable and stranded all day feeling helpless, this gentleman made me finish my night better knowing there are Angels out there looking out for us. GOD BLESS YOU SIR!!!

We had a truck catch fire at the fuel pumps. Truck stop called the tow company they towed the truck away. The trailer we disconnected ourselves, it wasn’t burned or damaged at all. We used another tractor we had and towed it to the tow yard for safe keeping while we went to florida to get another truck to come back for it. They agreed to charge us storage until we returned for it, gave us a business card. We towed it to their yard ourselves! Next day we call to ask what the storage charge will be and they said, it’s all one recovery job, we can’t get our trailer or cargo. It’s been since just after Christmas! They won’t even speak to us or answer the phone with what our total per day is or anything. Have contacted lawyers, the attorney general, consumer protection, everything is a process and takes times. It’s already been over 3 weeks our elderly customers are without their medicine and their cars! Danielle is extremely unprofessional towards us and unhelpful in anyway.

Their service was wonderful. The driver was outstanding. Everything was as it should have been and the cherry on top was they didn't send messages wanting us to praise them. They did what they were supposed to do and with a smile!!
