Avoid this place if you can. I came in put my work order in 2 hours later I was told all mechanics left they would have to do it tomorrow. They doesn’t care about you driver they just there to collect a check. ???

There is zero respect for customers. All the bay are empty and they make you wait until someone deigns to start work. I waited an hour for someone to call and no one called. Do not remember

Some clown try to charge me for using the air to pump my tires up that works here. I've never heard of any shop trying to charge someone to pump there own tires up. Tall lights skin guy look like he's in his mid 20s on night shift a straight goofy!!!

Didn’t have a bad experience at all…needed a jump while in the lot Ms lady had one of the mechanics drive their truck over to me he jumped the battery and made sure batteries were good and it only took 20 minutes for them to get to me and done in 3 minutes max,also fairly priced so maybe it’s just hit or miss here??‍♂️

Don't waste your time, avoid this place. They have the worst mechanics I've ever seen. They were too lazy to fix the rubber tube where the air was coming from.

Terrible Customer Service One of the rudest places I’ve ever been to. The people there clearly have no respect for customers. I couldn’t even tell who worked there — two of them were sitting on the couch acting like they were the ones waiting for service. When I asked where the mechanic was, they said, “Maybe we are,” then started laughing like clowns. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. If that’s how they treat customers, I can only imagine how they treat their work

female answering the phone is so unfriendly and she felt so unprofessional that we decided not to use them because of her!!! Terrible experience based on the first contact!!! How they can except us to approve any work with them when they can not even talk properly!!! She was able to tell us price which was ridiculously high!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!

The staff was very rude. I wanted to get my car repaired by them. I asked the manager if they could help me with my issue. The manager was rude and said call me tomorrow without even answering whether they provide these services. I turned to another company that is more customer-oriented.

The service writers and techs are super nice and friendly. However, the service this place uses for parts dispatch is utterly abysmal. I have been waiting for parts for my truck for over four hours now and the parts dispatch is getting later and later. I only need two freaking airbags replaced. It don't take no 4+ hours to get the parts for it, especially when the Kenworth Dealership has all the stuff necessary for it in stock. Get it together, Boss Shop.

Is the worst mechanic shop, I have been waiting for over than three hours to change the tires and the mechanic. It was empty just group of people sitting inside laugh and playing with your phone when the customer wait lazy people nobody wanna work and have a attitude.

The tech was nice but this place has some serious issues no one really takes pride in what they do and the whole area is a dump.

I've been a truck driver for 30 years and this technician Chase is in the top three tire text I've ever dealt with. Would definitely use him again ?

The girls there are really rude. I’m glad they’re not the owners—if they were, who knows, maybe they would’ve treated me even worse. The shop technically opens at 9:00 AM, but they didn’t show up until 9:15, and then they still needed time to set everything up and log in. If I were the boss, I wouldn’t keep them on staff. With their poor communication, arrogance, and lack of punctuality, they’re likely driving away both current and potential customers.

Verry rude. No good mechanics not recommended

Went to get steer tires replaced, and they only put 90 PSI in my front tires which we all know your tire should be at 110 psi after spending $1800. Poor service

Been wait for service for 4.5hrs and was told they called me a few times no answer I'm literally right in front of the shop in a truck with big ass lettering they could have knocked on the door I went in twice was told I was next the mechanic was dialing the wrong number..finally the young lady on the second shift got me in when I explained my situation I don't recommend going on first shift it clearly she didn't care about the mistake she made kept moving me to the end of the pile for know reason at all and I was very nice through out the whole process 2nd shift save my day First shift still gets 1 star 2nd gets 5. stars

Brought my truck for tire and rim replacement and I got a very reasonable price and friendly service.

Having air issues in the parking lot of the pilot. Chase comes out and didn’t diagnose the problem. Stood on my step instead of searching for the issue These technicians now of days suck!!! But charging Bentley prices for tempo work. Called a 2nd service out and they figured out the air dryer was bad. Why you couldn’t figure that out CHASE??? I paid for a service and didn’t receive the service I expected. Boss Shop yall should be ashamed of yourself for this dirty practice. Hire mechanics who will go above and beyond instead of these barely want to work mechanics. Now another bad review added to the archive of other bad reviews but I’m assuming it isn’t stopping business as normal huh?

We were on the way back from Arlington National Cemetery in a hearse when we had an issue with our muffler. Phillip and Ivan helped us out so we could make it home safe. They were grateful for us taking a Veteran to his final resting place, so they helped us at no cost. We cannot thank you enough for your help, and for being so kind and understanding. Stand up service and crew!

Worst experience. If I could give a zero rating I would. Staff is very unprofessional. Alot of cussing and socializing. I arrived at 9:45am on Saturday and no mechanic on site due to being on vacation. I was told a tire tech could fix my tire inflation issue at 3pm. I was the only customer at that time. I came back at 3pm and was told tire tech called in to be late. At 3:25pm he arrived and talked for 10 min after clocking in. He came out to look at the situation ans said it would take 15min to fix. I'm thinking cool. I sat an extra hour while he helped another guy on tires on a trailer. This is unacceptable since I was there first, and my fix could be done that fast. They could have had a happy customer instead of an upset one. I see a lot of bad reviews at this location. Apparently. management and corporate don't care about service! Wont be back.

Horrible service, Truck just needed a new battery but mechanics failed to realize that, and did several “attempted repairs” which concluded to a $300 plus dead fee and 2 days being broke down to eventually be told to get a tow. “They can’t fix it here”.. asked Mechanics can I just borrow a tool I’m broken down outside the shop so I can see if it’s a battery, they told me no, “they don’t lend tools” Mechanic was Andrew and he didn’t want to explain what the issue was directly to me nor actually take some hints I was giving that may be the problem Called a mobile mechanic told him the exact thing I told Andrew and he came out fixed the issue in 2 hours and made him look like rookies in Tech School.

They had me waiting for 3 hours then they called me and said we can’t change your tire until tomorrow, very rude and disrespectful stay away!!

I had to delete my first review of this place because I responded out of anger. With that said, here is my review of this shop. If it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all. My water pump went out on my 2014 KW with a ISX Cummins. I went to a KW dealership and picked up the pump. Apparently, Cummins replaced the original water pump with a more advanced, turbine pump. Well, one of the bolts that was in the aluminum bracket stripped and had to order a new bracket which holds the alternator and air conditioner compressor. Much more labor involved including having to do a vacuum on the compressor. Then it took two days to get the new bracket. All in all, these guys have been pretty awesome! As for KW, not happy with the price of the water pump with the minting bracket. $915 not counting the NEW bracket. These guys are a God send.

Pulled in at 20h00 with def issue. I was told to get me in the morning as the mech who works on def issue would be available in the morning. Checked in am,parts were ordered..they arrived late in the afternoon. By the next afternoon,I was all patched up and went on my way. Pretty friendly staff,Andrew did a good job on replacing the clamps on filters,and some hoses that were burnt off....at a fair price I believe. I was happy with the job done. As compared to the previous guy who messed it up a bit . If you have def censor issue, Andrew is the guy and he is extremely polite. Thank you BOSS SHOP. And Thank you Andrew. I wish you guys a great new year.

Friendly staff, experienced mechanics. First come, first served so you might have to wait a few hours if you're unlucky but they can't control how many people blow tires, breakdown on a given day. Would be cool if you could schedule appointments for DOT inspections or tires/brakes so you could drop the truck off rather than wait hours - presently they seem best suited for emergency repairs.

We were stranded with a flat tire on the RV my son had to put the tire on the rim (because the rim would not come off the RV)but he couldn’t get the bead to pop so we called Big Boss and it did take them a little time to get to us however it was a Sunday evening. Once they got to us it took them only a little time and the job was done. Thanks to Big Boss we were finally able on our way. We were very happy with the service that we got and if I would ever have another issue with a tire I would for sure use them again.
