I walked into Ladysmith Auto Parks hoping for professional services, but instead, I was completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment just 3 people at the counter talking among each other. I stood there feeling invincible, and the lack of basic common courtesy made me feel deeply disrespected whether intentionally or not, the experience felt racially charged and that’s not something I say lightly even if it wasn’t the way I was treated left me feeling like I didn’t belong. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and I hope this business take a hard look at how they engage with all their customers, I will not be returning until they treat people of color like a human being and not like a fly on the wall. God bless them??

I can honestly say Jeff at Ladysmith auto parts is the place to go for all your auto parts needs he knows all about any parts you need great prices compared to the big chain stores like advance which is across the street I promise you you won't be disappointed
Went here this morning for a battery terminal and wiper blades. It was SO NICE to be treated well at an auto parts store! I used to go to Advance and most of the time they would just ignore me, play on their phones, and look right past me until a MAN came in. Will definitely make this store my go-to parts store!

Ladysmith Auto Parts is the way to go. The service there is awesome. My car battery went dead and I needed a car battery. When I got there after getting a jump, he checked the alternator first and then he checked the strength of the battery. He immediately knew that I need a new battery and my alternator was good. He put a new battery in and my car run like "new money". The car battery at Ladysmith Auto Parts is very reasonable at a great price compare to Advance Auto Parts and Auto Zone. I strongly recommend to go Ladysmith Auto Parts for awesome service.
Ladysmith Auto parts is great. Owner always seems to know what part you need know the years that will work. All in just a great guy to chat with why you look around. Has just about anything.
My mother in law’s car wouldn’t start yesterday - dead battery. And I didn’t have a socket extension long enough to release the battery from the housing. Jumped the car and drove it to Ladysmith Auto parts. The team there brought out a new battery and installed it on the spot. Saved me time and frustration on a day when I had no time to spare - from this point forward, this is my auto parts store. Thank you for your help!

I depend on Ladysmith Auto parts for all my parts. The owners are very knowledgeable in most all areas and don't mind going out of the way to help. We are so lucky to have a family owned business that actually cares about the customer in the area to depend on. Unlike chain stores that have to look up everything and still get it wrong.
Best parts store around. Owner is super nice and knows what he's doing unlike a lot of the big part stores. Competitive pricing. If have to order parts almost always there next day.
Local auto parts store. Great service! In my own experience, despite being busy on a Saturday, the owner spent 20 minutes helping me troubleshoot my malfunctioning tail lights. We figured it out and got them working.
These guys have been around for a long time for a reason they have great customer service and customer care sell great parts at good prices and if you have questions they will actually go out of their way to assist you with the correct information and product
I needed my altenator and battery checked came in the staff was nice and helpful came out and checked out the battery and altenator for free it turned out i needed an altenator the staff was very helpful and extremely intelligent about the problem i was having ,I have been going to this store all my life and will go many more in the future if you need any parts or advice I would go there first or give them a call

Excellent service, excellent prices - good people. I highly recommend to all. Friendly, helpful and cool. I've been here about 6 times and I've always been treated well, they've always had what I needed and for a good price. I will definitely be back. I'm not going anywhere else anymore.

If you're just skilled enough with a wrench to get yourself into trouble, this is the parts store to go to. If it's not on a shelf in the back, it will be within a day or so. Jeff behind the counter may even offer some free helpful advise if you ask nice. Great parts store - competitive prices, great selection, amazing customer service!
