He towed us 2 exits and fixed our car we were on our way back to New York he waited patiently in the rain with us while his other family member went minutes away to get the parts we needed!! I drive an 300zx and its a very old and low car. They took the time to show concern for my front bumper when i sent them a picture for reference so i was able to take the bumper off prior to their arrival to prevent any damages to facilitate their Wonderful and timely service. I would reccomend anyone to use them and support a local family owned business.

While in Doswell Va for work our car’s gas tank was vandalized, we used Harris Family Towing to get our car to a local shop. Karl was beyond helpful during this stressful situation. He got to us very quickly, was very kind, and went out of his way to send up an update and picture of our car when he parked at the repair shop. This Family owned and operated business is second to none in my book. They came out in 23° weather and stayed with me for over two hours trying to fix an issue and they never gave up. I wish they were closer to me in my hometown of Luray Virginia I was traveling I was over two hours from home I had been pushing snow for three days exhausted and wore out. This family is top-notch second to none please give them a buzz

This company (crooks) towed(STOLE) a Honda accord I left at a truck stop with permission from store manager. They claimed someone from the store called them and said the car was abandoned(LIE). They stole the car between 12-27-21 (monday night) and 12-28-21 (early Tuesday morning) By Tuesday at 10am they had already took the car to the junk yard and cut the catalytic converter. ( what legitimate company tows an abandoned car and disposes of it the same day? ) What legitimate company would offer to return the car free of charge, but wanted to make sure we canceled the stolen report before returning the car? When the car is towed back to the truck stop the glove box lock is broken. The locks for the trunk were also broken . He also put an after catalytic converter inside the car and claimed it came off of my Honda accord. The cuts didn't even match. He was arrested immediately after unloading the car. I don't believe this is the 1st time they've done this.

Very professional! I Having a break down is always stressful but when it happens to you, must happen next to a very busy interstate, it's so much worse. Carl got my car on the truck quickly and we were on the road, Carl drove excellently and was a real pleasure to talk to on the trip back home. He dropped off the car perfectly and even gave me some very good tips on what may have causes the issue with the car, Thank you so much.
