I would not do business with this company again. The clutch on my car went recently, and being a northern car with significant rust, the mechanic agreed it wasn't worth fixing. I called this company and discussed with the owner over the phone, and he offered $500 for it. I found the offer more than reasonable and set up a time for pick-up, between 6:30 and 7:00 the next day. Well, I waited. And waited. For two HOURS. I tried calling, but it only went to voicemail. I couldn't even leave a voicemail because their voicemail box was full. As soon as I got home, I got a call from their driver saying he wasn't able to make it (yeah, I kind of thought so after nobody showed up). The mechanic wanted the car gone from his lot, and I couldn't blame him, so I set up an appointment for the next day. They only showed a half-hour late this time. And tried to offer me $300 for it, saying their boss had come and looked at it and said it wasn't worth the $500 he'd offered. I called bullshit and still managed to get $400 for it. I'm that the car's gone and I don't have to worry about it anymore, but these guys were a huge headache to deal with. Never again.
My girlfriend's car broke down on the side of the road. After having it towed and looked at , her car would've cost more to fix than if we just got rid of it. So we sold it we called up this spot and they offered us a really really good price for the car. Really glad we did business with them
For Christmas I decided to remodel my parents house, which sounds good in theory! The inside of the house was done however, we still had the two cars that my father had been working on for the last 10 years sitting in the driveway which was an eyesore! When the job was done, I battled my father for weeks to have the cars removed. After calling around, getting quotes and praying my dad wouldn't have a change of heart I found Junk Car Buyer Austin!
