I just want to say that Anthony gave STELLAR customer service today. From communication before the tow to quick service in getting me home, safe driving, very respectful, and even played good music during the ride. Lastly, after dropping me off, he noticed a strange drunk man behaving weirdly and intervened, deterring him and ultimately saving me from what could’ve been a bad situation. Anthony I cannot thank you enough and you deserve 100 STARS!!!

I contacted AAA and was matched with this company. Desmond and Warren both provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my car. I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to help.
Spoke to someone on the phone the employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. This company was reached out to via AAA. Despite the fact that we were told by an employee on the first call that it would be a 90 minute wait. After waiting nearly two hours we reached back out to them and was told that when they received the hot cal from AAA they knew that they weren't going to be able to come but accepted it anyway. Leaving us stranded. Terrible business practices. Would not recommend this company at all.
I had a flat on the side of the road this morning and AAA sent Armada Towing to help, they were there in 20 minutes and the technician was amazing he was so kind and changed my tire so fast. The next time I have an issue I hope Armada comes to help.. Thank you so much

We were in my brother‘s Range Rover and got stuck at a QT in Euless on my way to work. I have AAA they contacted this towing company and we got a gentleman named Desmond really nice guy handled the car with care delivered it to my brother‘s house without a scratch on it we were even a little bit late getting back to the site where the car was at in order to give him ID and our AAA card and he waited patiently for us. This gentleman was kind courteous patient and friendly this was VIP service. I recommend this place hands down. And if you can ask for Desmond You will not regret it

My car wouldn’t start and AAA sent out Kevin with Armada. He was so helpful, respectful and kind. I wish I would’ve had cash on me to tip because he was super quick changing my battery and fixing my flat tires, which he wasn’t required to do but went out of his way anyway. I’m so appreciative and have a good view on this company because of him.
The driver, Paul, came to assist me after dark. The business where I was visiting had just closed. Paul was polite, and asked to look inside my door for the vin number. He then proceeded to look under the hood, and check my battery. He offered me a battery, but I think my battery has a warranty.

My car battery was going out in my suv. Called triple aaa and armada towing came out. Ollie was very Professional and very nice.. he got my car up and running.
Horrible and unprofessional. I canceled my AAA services due to this company. They kept sending the same person who damaged my car the first tow. She damaged my vehicle more with her negligence. And when i called Armada, got little feedback about the extra damages she caused. dont remember her name, I just remember she was short and husky man lady. Or lady that looked like a man. Whatever dont care. I'll update with her name after I look through my photos.
If you use this company RECORD everything..from the moment that roll onto your property. I tried to submit a claim, but I see leaving my perspective Google will be better. I'm not interested in doing business at all. If you need a tow, I recommend Midway! They were respectful with my vehicle and was able to get it to the repair with minimal damages. On the roads again thanks to Midway!
