After searching for a towing service near me and calling a few places, Carsmart Towing Services was the one company who immediately provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with. After hanging up, the service took about 15 minutes. Upon dropping off my car, I was provided with photos at the drop-off location.
I was originally told the driver would be about 20 minutes out, but to my surprise he showed up even sooner, which was a great start. As soon as he arrived, he wasted no time getting everything hooked up quickly and efficiently. What really impressed me was the extra effort he put in when I asked him to squeeze into a small, concreted backyard. It wasn’t the easiest spot to get into, but he handled it with skill and patience. You could tell he cared about doing the job right rather than just rushing through it. In the end, everything was done smoothly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how it turned out. The whole experience left me really happy with the service.

Carsmart towing also sells lemons. Can't believe the money i spent to not even enough the vehicle for a whole 24 hours. Than to not even want to work with me is absurd. The least they can do is give me another car. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE EVER. WISH I COULD OF GAVE 0 STARS THATS HOW UPSET I AM WITH THIS COMPANY. JUST STRAIGHT TRASH ???????? ?
My wife car needed a tow and Zaid responded in about 10 minutes after the request. Really fast ?? he asked for location and gave his time frame and showed up earlier than expected. He was nice and very respectful of the car and load the car up with any issues. Very professional, he took pictures of the vehicle once it was loaded and took pictures after he delivered it and notified me of the delivery. I would definitely use them again if I needed a tow. Great job and service.
