By far the best shop I have ever encountered. My truck was throwing me issues for a bit and even had a big failure recently.... They got me in, got me out and fixed EVERYTHING I had asked about. The guys are chill and have a great attitude about their work and outcomes.
Pricing wise, extremely fair for the jobs and keep you up to date on what's going on with your car! LOVE this shop and go out of my way to visit them when I need anything.
Visited this shop for the first time yesterday. I had an issue with my air conditioning in my 2022 vehicle not blowing cold. I called them before I went down and MP gave me an estimate on what I could expect pricewise before heading over. He let me know that my vehicle uses a more expensive type of freon and that I had an option to go with the cheaper type, however it could contaminate the system and make it a more expensive process in the future.
I went for the more expensive service in order to avoid future costly repairs. MP worked on getting it going but the problem wasn't fixed. He called me right away and let me know that there seemed to be an issue with my compressor which they couldn't find to order. He used the full amount of freon for my vehicle but because he felt bad that the problem wasn't fixed he didn't charge me the full price. He actually charged me hundreds of dollars less than it should have cost me and most likely cost them for the freon alone. He also gave me advice on how to get the part needed and a list of what would be required for him to complete the replacement of my compressor. If you want an honest an informative mechanic who will do their best to help you, go here. I will be back for any future repairs or diagnoses.
If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, look no further. It is so rare to find a mechanic who provides high-quality work without the 'overcharge' headache. These fellas are the REAL DEAL! So automotively talented and gracious towards their clients. It's obvious that they LOVE cars (they'll tell you!) and take pride in the work they do. The service is amazing, the work is stellar and the cost is reasonable. Run, don't walk, to their location, if you want excellent, trustworthy service at a decent price.
I absolutely love this place. As soon as I walked in, I was attended by Hue, and his amazing energy!!! I had bought this truck from someone else and they recognized it right away. I was impressed by their great attention to detail.
I came for an oil change, and as I sat inside waiting for 40 mins, I was able to sit back and watch them run this business with other customers. I absolutely loved their HUSTLE, HONESTY and CONNECTION to their customers!!!!
A customer even came in because a sensor light came on, and instead of trying to take advantage of them, they were honest about the simple solution of getting a new fuel cap, and refused to charge them for that. Their honesty was refreshing! Many of their jobs include a warranty for an extended amount of time. And they sure had a lot of customers in that small amount of time.
I live an hour from this location but I think I'll return for more work that I need done!!! They were super friendly, honest, fair with their prices and warranties. Definitely coming back.

Your one-stop auto shop! It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely loves what he does and treats every customer with kindness. Definitely not your typical mean-mugging auto shop. I’m 100% confident sending my girl here knowing she’ll be respected and never taken advantage of!

Honestly, had a great experience because they were HONEST with me. I came to them with my tire issues and check engine light. Hieu was able to help me resolve the check engine light asap and tell me exactly what was wrong with my tire. He made sure I understand every part of the quote and ensure me what I can do.

We are from Michigan and were looking for a good plae to do a used car inspection before we would buy. Perfect experience. Came in to check for a sound coming from my driver side front tire. They found out it was a problem with the axle, gave me a very honest and reasonable quote, and fixed it within an hour. No BS shop.

The best place to get work done for your car! Needed a new alternator and belt and they did it for me quickly with the best price possible. Service was also amazing and everyone was super friendly. These guys run a top tier shop. Their customer service, speed of work, honestly, and affordability is amazing. I don’t brag about many experiences but I do about MP Auto. They have worked on my two older vehicles for several years now (Probably 10 visits) and they do a great job of getting the most affordable parts and get the cars back to me the same day. I trust M P Auto to take care of my cars. These are great guys who run a great shop.
As a woman, it is very difficult to find a trustworthy shop. Hieu helped me each time. I ran a turo business and took my vehicles here every-time, and each time it was a pleasant experience. They deliver great customer service, and are very transparent. I am so thankful they are not just about taking people’s money. They actually take the time to find the issue, and a solution.

Came here to repair my car and I was dealing with the insurance company, they refuse to pay of course as usual, the guys help me the fastest they could, even lowered the quote helping me a lot.
Nowadays days is hard / impossible to find a honest mechanic but this is the place to go, it’s been a month and the car runs perfectly, without engine lights or secondary issues.

It's been a while. 5 years. Hieu is probably one of the last honest, great mechanics. Bought flipper gears for my 2012 Infiniti G37 convertible off Ebay. Took the car to Grubbs Infiniti. Included is their invoice. The gears in the flipper assembly are a known defective part. Grubbs wouldn't replace the gears, only the full assembly at $2053 per arm. I needed two. They wanted $800+ diagnostic fee, $811 labor, $4446 for parts. GTFOOH. $6100 to put in parts known to be defective.
The replacement gears I bought a CF. So I took them to MP, offered them $2000 if they would please take on the challenge. They researched it. Called me with a yes, bring it in.
Hieu said he'd have the car back by close of business. 3:30 I got the incredible news... my car was fixed. I was pumped. Drove to the shop. Yep, flippers working beautifully. How much? Not $6100 as with Grubbs. Not $2000 I offered. $711. OMG. I counter offered $1000. Hieu said, we made enough, we're here to fix cars, and save our customers money.
What? In what world. This is seriously old school, small town love. Expert craftsmanship, but not the expert pricing. You'll never find this elsewhere. I put up pics of receipts.
M P Auto Repair never ceases to amaze me. Great customer service, acknowledges the trouble at hand, and finds a solution to every car issue I’ve ever encountered. Recently got a timing belt kit service and AC done and I couldn’t be happier! If any of you need anything car related M P Auto Repair will be attentive with open arms. Hands down best Auto Repair in the DFW metroplex.
