We have been talking about giving Clay Cooley Ford a try after shopping at another dealership for thirty years. We were shopping for a new Ford F-150 Platinum and called Clay Cooley Ford. We were extremely pleased with the service from our sales rep Chris Van Sickle. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasant, no pressure experience. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience here. I saved up $15k to put down on my first brand new pickup. I was very picky with what I wanted and how I wanted it. Angel Olivares was my sales guy and he got me exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise. No BS, gave me his best solid advice, and got everything done for me to the best of his ability. He was a pleasure to work with. Same with Virgil Owens over in finance. He was a blessing and got us all situated wonderfully! Everybody we met with here was extremely friendly and just pleasant to chat with in general. For a full day at a dealership (we were chatting it up. these guys are pretty efficient), it felt like it was just an hour or two. Not a single boring moment with these guys. And I finally got a new truck! I named him Owen and hung up the Angel necklace I’ve carried with me since I got my license. I thank y’all every day for making such a stressful process a complete breeze!

Jacob and Mike C were knowledgeable, professional, and fun and they made the buying process feel easy, something you can't say about car buying at most places. They gave me all the information I needed to confidently purchase the exact vehicle I’d been searching for over a month. Had a wonderful car buying experience with Carlos start to finish. He was professional, answered any and all questions with transparency, was personable with myself and kiddos. He took all the time needed to show me different vehicles I was interested in and I drove off in a new Explorer with all the features I wanted and more!

I have had a bad expecting when trying to purchase a vehicle in the past but at this dealership everything went smooth. I basically did mostly everything online or by phone call. Ali was helping me with getting best interest rate that works for me and would called me if any changes. Process was so easy honestly. I just went to dealership to pick up the card and went to financial which the gentleman who helped me there was super professional and outgoing. Never felt pressure of buying the car right away. Jacob was also so nice and helpful. Most of them greet you with a smile, good environment. This is my very first purchase and I’m happy how fast and comfortable the process was.

Only work with Jacob!! Jacob is the absolute best. No bullshit, no deceitful car salesman stereotypes apply to him. Jacob is upfront, honest, and goes the extra mile, with the best interest of the customer in mind. (I don’t know any of the other guys there, but ask for Jacob for a first class experience)

Jacob at Clay Cooley is super easy to work with. We drove 5 hours ONE WAY to get to the car I wanted. He stayed in touch and had it ready to go. Highly recommend giving Jacob a call. George in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Best finance guy I've ever run across.

Andrew Peeples helped us buy 3 F-350s for my business, Jurassic Lawn Care. I also bought some after-market equipment. It was supposed to take a couple of weeks to install. It took two months. Tamara Fikes in finance, and her manager Mike, agreed to pay the interest for the time that the truck was at Clay Cooley. I made two payments before the truck was ready for pick up. I have tried to talk to Tamara and Mike about covering the finance charges and am told that they are no longer there. I asked for our sales rep Andrew Peeples and he is also no longer there. I talked to sales manager Jesus Flores, and he said he would talk to finance. No response from anyone. We only got one set of keys for all three trucks and no license plates or temporary plates. Jesus said he would overnight us our missing keys and temporary plates. Never happened. I would think that they would want to provide honest and competent service to encourage our future business and to protect their reputation. Wrong!

Overall the purchase went ok. Izabella was a pleasure to work with and so was Drew. But, early on Nick stepped in and set the tone. He was quick to say they wanted to sell the truck by noon as it was the last day of the month. I let him know that I was looking at other dealers and getting prices. I was out of state so I was looking at the same truck and comparing prices. The Propack and family guarantee are things he pushed hard. I didn’t want them and didn’t want to pay extra for them. Nick proceeded to push and tell me that’s how their sales people get paid and that I didn’t care about that. I didn’t want to pay thousands for something I don’t want. There was also lack of clarity about the Ford loyalty cash I had available and the rebate that was offered. The rebate came up when I was getting my final numbers and financing. I was told they’d give me the rebate even though I was financing through Ford for the rate. That’s wasn’t the case. After that, dealing with Izabella and Drew went fine. She was nice and considerate when I arrived. The women I met when I got there and told who I was looking for was unenthusiastic to greet me and let Izabella know I was there. There are nice people at the dealership. Stick with them and avoid them BS and back and forth. Would I shop here again? Yes but not going through that nonsense again.

I had a really great experience buying my car here. Nick was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and worked hard to get the price down close to what I was hoping for. I never felt pressured, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. The whole team really put in the effort to make sure I left with a car I’m happy with, which meant a lot as this was a big decision for me. Cara was the best sales person that I have came across in a long time. She was very honest and caring about what me and my family needed from our new car. What a wonderful experience I had today at this dealership. It wasn’t guaranteed that I was going to leave the dealership with a vehicle I wanted, but the staff was incredible! Stephen Samuel was excellent in providing charismatic customer service and providing warmth as a dealer, while also showcasing great effort in making sure my needs were met. If it weren’t for the staff at Clay Cooley, I wouldn’t have left today with the Ford Ranger I bought, and I’m glad I did!
