Horrible experience this family started out appearing to be helpful until I kept having to bring my vehicle back over and over again for same issues that I paid for. Abdul got upset b/c of it and started raising his voice at me. I expressed to him that it’s not my fault that my repairs are not properly done I am not the mechanic . They kept my car in stall for hours as though they were checking/fixing it but wasn’t at all. I spoke Abdul & Ahmed but my car left with same issues. I spent 8,000 plus on several repairs and to this day the problems I not been resolved

Unfortunately, I did not get the excellent customer service others talked about. I dont know if they lack experience with my type of vehicle or if they are just dishonest. Neither is good. I took my vehicle to them based on a recommendation. Long story short, I've been without a working AC since July 4th. I've got nothing but excuse after excuse from this repair shop on the day that I'm in the lobby waiting to pick up my vehicle. First, they claim the wrong part was in the right box from the dealership. Thats not true. Its impossible to get the wrong part in the right box!! Second, they received another part on a Tuesday and didn't realize it was damaged until they were putting it on the vehicle! What certified place dont check the parts when they receive them? They don't communicate the status of your vehicle nor do they answer the phone. I am very disappointed!!

Their thoroughness, honesty, and expertise, especially with German vehicles like my Volkswagen Passat, are a breath of fresh air. It's clear they specialize in high-end cars, but their knowledge extends to all European makes. Ahmed and Sayed went above and beyond, earning my trust and loyalty; I'll be bringing my car here from now on.

I took my 2021 Mercedes to American Autotech and I've decided that this is the only place I'll take my car should I ever need any repairs after my manufacturer warranty expires. They fixed my rotors and brakes today (not covered by manufacturer warranty). Ahmed is professional and knowledgeable. The price they quoted me over the phone was reasonable and fair. It was also the exact same price I paid once I picked my car up. They know their stuff and I'm comfortable taking my car there.

Customer service is amazing. Cleaned my sun roof drain for free when I had no idea why my car was practically flooding inside when it rained. Just now changed my battery and programmed my BMW in a matter of minutes. Quality work by quality people. Highly recommend!

I've taken my car here twice, once for a major repair after a botched theft attempt and once for an electrical issue, and had really good experiences both times. They kept me updated regarding my repairs, got the car fixed quicker than expected, and had very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking.

Sayed at American Auto Tech is a life saver! I cannot tell you how grateful I am for what they did for my daughters car. She is young and did not realize the importance of only using premium gas for her car and regular oil changes. We took her car to two other shops trying to figure out the problem. They both told us other things and charged us over $2,000, but her car still was not working properly. We finally had the car towed to American Auto Tech and they immediately told us she blew the engine. The other shops told us it was a tune up, parts, transmission, and oil change. They found us a new engine very quickly and charged us a fair price to get it replaced. They kept in constant communication with us. Since then, we have taken my BMW there for regular maintenance and even my husbands Maserati. They can work on high end cars and do great work. I recommend them to my friends, family members and strangers all the time. Sayed is a life saver! EDIT: Since my last post 9 months ago, my husband's Maserati was hit by a truck. We took his car to Sayed and they have done an amazing job with the bodywork to put his car back together. Sayed worked directly with the insurance company to make sure we had a strong estimate in order to make sure we had the correct amount to cover the repairs. Once again, I cannot say enough about Sayed and American Auto Tech. We now take all of are cars here for oil changes, new brakes and inspections!

Absolutely love this place! One of the best mechanic shops i’ve been to by far. The staff were so kind , quick, and professional. They were very transparent about the whole process and what needed to be done. It’s rare you find this service anywhere else. Highly recommend American Autotech to anyone needing work done on their car.

The best mechanic shop I've ever been to!! The mechanics and the manager are all great and super helpful, they were able to figure out the problem i had right away and provide the right solution. I come here for my oil change/ inspection and I'm in and out before I know it. Great place overall. ?

The second I arrived at American Auto Tech I new this guy was going to be a smooth sailing experience. The employees greeted me with a smile and were able to take care of me quickly. Their service is top notch and the work is the best I’ve ever seen. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the my car. I had an engine knock resulting from a timing chain issue on my Mercedes and they were able to take care of it the same day. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is one of my best experience with car maintenance! The staff is very competent, honest and friendly! They are one hour away from my house but I prefer to maintain my car by them and have a peace of mind ! They handle most of the car brands with main focus in German cars (Mercedes & BMW)! They do state inspection!

Its hard for me to get to this shop because I live so far, but these are hands down the most genuine people I have ever met. Finding someone honest who won't try to get over on you is dang near impossible. I don't feel like a customer when I come I honestly feel like family. And just so everyone knows I'm not writing to help reviews. I'm being completely honest. If you have a foreign car like me and you want quality work everyone I promise you this is the best place

I drove 7 hours from Kansas for a weekend here in Arlington. Unfortunately my truck started acting up due to bad wheel bearing. I walked in and the owner was so kind and gave my infant son and I a ride back to our hotel. Truck was fixed in less then two hours and he even came back to pick us up once the repair was done. Exceptional service and such a kind soul, I applaud this owners work ethic and kind heart and I feel like he went above and beyond. Price was fair and I’m happy to give him my business.
