Getting a flat tire in the middle of your busy work day is not convenient and could have made for a frustrating few days if it weren't for Jose Villareal at Park Place Mercedes in Arlington, Texas. His level of care and concern for me and not just my vehicle was remarkable. He was not only polite and caring but he was responsive, found a quick solution to keep my work day moving forward. This level of service is why I continue to choose Park Place Arlington for my car service needs. It is clear they not only care about making money they care about taking care of people. Jose is a remarkable example of exemplar customer service but more importantly, customer care!

I had an excellent experience with Jose Villarreal. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with my car and made sure I understood the repair process before moving forward. He was also very helpful and patient with my questions. He was well-groomed, and carried himself in a very professional manner. It’s rare to find a Service advisor who combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Jose truly does. My experience at Mercedes-Benz Park Place turned out to be exceptional. While things started off a little rough, the team truly stepped up and made it right. Ken was the first to assist me and was very helpful from the beginning. Although there were limits to what he could personally resolve at the time, he remained professional and supportive throughout the process. Darren stepped in and made sure the issue with my tires was corrected and that my vehicle was properly handled regarding the CPO certification. He addressed the concerns directly and worked to ensure everything was resolved the right way. I truly appreciate his leadership and accountability in making sure the situation was fixed. And then Terry put the icing on the cake. He went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. His attention to detail, follow-through, and the thoughtful gift he gave me made the entire experience feel special and personal. He didn’t just close a deal — he created a memorable experience. In the end, I drove away with a beautiful vehicle and a smile on my face. I’m grateful for the effort the entire team put in to make things right.

Our experience with Jorge was, honestly, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting, no handshake (The only reason he shook my husband’s hand was because my husband extended his hand first, and I wasn’t even acknowledged at all.), and no enthusiasm at all. We felt more like a burden than customers. I had to be the one to ask well can we run numbers to see what the payment would be like? To make it worst when it was getting late, he didn’t even want to run our credit application he told us to come back the next day, until I mentioned that we had driven over an hour to get there. After leaving and having to come back, he still didn’t offer something as simple as water. He repeatedly told us the contract would be ready in 5–10 minutes, then went to the front and sat on his phone while we waited well over an hour. Even after everything was finally signed, there was no congratulations or appreciation for our business. If it wasn’t for the fact that my husband really wanted the car, I would have walked away and never given this dealership (Jorge) our business. I would not recommend this location, and especially not Jorge. This was not customer service at all. Their website states: “At Park Place Motorcars of Arlington, your satisfaction is our top priority. From the moment you arrive, one of our knowledgeable Sales Experience Managers or Assistant Service Managers will help you every step of the way.” Unfortunately, that was not our experience in any way.

Over a two day period, I had the pleasure of dealing with 3 stellar gentlemen in the parts department. CRAIG KIRKLAND, JOSH MATHIS, and JARED KROBER went the extra mile to make sure I had the EXACT (very uncommon) parts I needed for my wife's car. Craig even spent 30 minutes on the phone with me going back and forth via email exchanging pictures of the broken parts vs what he thought I needed. They were patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and turned what could've been a very bad situation into an easy fix. GREAT JOB GUYS...THANK YOU!

I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. I brought my 2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG C63 Convertible to Park Place Mercedes-Benz Arlington because the convertible-top trunk would stop about 1–2 inches short of fully closing. After keeping my car for over five business days, I was initially quoted $3,400 to repair the inner liner. Three days later, I was told the estimate was incorrect because a part had been left off, raising the cost to over $6,000. I was then told the total could be reduced to $5,000 to proceed with the repair. Their written diagnosis did not mention any bent hinge or structural damage. When I picked up the vehicle, it immediately had new issues that were not present before service, including a popping noise and visible misalignment of the convertible-top trunk. I returned the car, and they kept it for another four business days. I was then told by the service advisor that the convertible-top hinge was bent and that the entire top needed to be replaced for over $15,000. I declined and pointed out that this was not a pre-existing condition and was not identified in their original diagnosis. I was told that multiple managers had looked at it and confirmed the hinge was bent, and they would not correct the issue. Because this conflicted with their original diagnosis, I sought a third-party opinion from Mercedes-Benz of Plano. Their technicians found no bent hinge at all. They identified loose screws in the convertible-top assembly — loose enough to move with fingers — tightened them, and the top operated normally. No parts were replaced. The total cost was $215. This second Mercedes dealership’s findings directly contradicted the $15,000 repair recommendation. I encourage anyone facing major repair estimates to seek a second opinion, especially when repair costs change after authorization and post-service issues are not acknowledged.

The best Park Place! I scheduled a service appointment but inadvertently forgot to request a loaner vehicle. Jose went above and beyond by getting everything set up for me and making sure the situation was handled smoothly despite the oversight. Trent truly exceeded expectations by personally bringing the vehicle to my house and when I wasn’t home, he went the extra mile and delivered it all the way to me at work. He did this without any complaint and with a great attitude the entire time. This level of customer service feels nostalgic and is incredibly rare these days. Even though there is another Mercedes-Benz Park Place location closer to me, I continue to choose Park Place Arlington because of the exceptional client service they’ve consistently provided me over the years. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you, Jose and Trent, for making this such a positive experience.

Shout out to the parts department, they are amazing at helping those of us with older cars find the parts we need. Many dealers refuse to give out part numbers but Park Place has always been helpful and it has aided me tremendously. Sometimes I find the part cheaper online but this parts team clearly chooses helping people over profit. Refreshing to see.

The Park Place Arlington Service Department delivered the worst customer service experience I have had in my life—bar none. The staff was dismissive, unprofessional, and openly indifferent to my concerns. Basic communication was nonexistent, questions were brushed off, and there was zero sense of accountability or customer care. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. This dealership markets itself as “luxury,” but there is nothing premium about how customers are treated here. If this is their standard, it is deeply broken. I left frustrated, disrespected, and shocked that a dealership of this reputation would tolerate such behavior. I would strongly advise anyone considering service at Park Place Arlington to look elsewhere. This experience was unacceptable and embarrassing for a brand that claims excellence.

I want to recognize Don and Jorge at Park Place Mercedes for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. When I first came in, I was assigned to a different salesperson who was unfortunately inattentive. I was then passed to Jorge, who stepped in without hesitation. While I don’t believe Jorge was technically a salesperson, he took the time to help me with the test drive, answer questions, and make sure I felt supported during that part of the process — which I truly appreciated. When I was ready to move forward with the purchase, I was redirected back to the original rep, but follow-up fell through again, including getting the vehicle inspected. At that point, I spoke with Daren, the Director, who immediately took ownership of the situation and made sure it was handled correctly. He partnered me with Don, and that’s when everything clicked. I had briefly met Don during my first visit — he built rapport right away and made me feel comfortable. Once he took over, the transaction was quick, seamless, and professional. Don was attentive, efficient, and made sure nothing was missed. I was very close to taking my business elsewhere, but Jorge’s support, Daren’s leadership, and Don’s exceptional service ultimately made the difference.

It has taken me some time to write this post. Holidays and weather had made me forget what Park Place Mercedes did to my car. I had taken my car there for a windshield replacement. My normal dealership had not gotten any windshields in due to back order and they had one. I was also at 20k miles and needed new tires. I asked if they could hand wash my car due to a ceramic coating I had put on my vehicle 11 months prior. Well when I got home and the next day was sunny. Pictures show the severe amount of scratches. I contacted the advisor and service manager and sent pictures. They were going to look at camera footage of the time my car was there. The only thing is they asked if I could bring my car in. Well I really did not have time to drive 2 hours round trip during holidays and did not make that trip. Shame on me. However, I did want people to know what there handwashing can do to your vehicle. I will now have yo pay $1100 to have my car redone. Oh and the windshield had some strange film on it and it took me multiple types of cleaners to try to get it off. Edit… the service director contacted me within a few hours of me posting this. He plans on bringing a loaner to me and redoing the ceramic coating at his dealership next week. Once my car is completed I will post an updated picture and change my rating from a 3 to a 5. I received my car back. The service director had someone deliver a loaner and drop off my car once it was completed. They just started offering ceramic costing at the dealership. 4 out of 5 because scratches are still there but 5 out of 5 for taking the effort and trying to make it right.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Dealership! I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to be cautious before wasting their time here. I spent an entire day dealing with them, only to have my time completely wasted. Despite having a solid credit score of 750, they ran a credit check on me and then failed to respond or follow up at all. I was prepared to purchase 2021 Mercedes GLE63s 81k mileage with cash, especially since it was the end of the year and I was eager to finalize the deal before the New Year. However, when I made it clear that I wanted to pay in full with cash, the dealership completely avoided the sale. They declined to sell me the car because they preferred to benefit from financing. To make matters worse, they insulted me by implying that I might try to charge back the full payment after completing the transaction. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude. It’s been two months since my visit, and they are still emailing me, asking if I’m still interested in buying the very car I was ready to pay for in full. It’s truly nauseating to have to deal with such poor customer service and a complete lack of respect for their customers. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere. Did I mention I found out 2 years old car had full engine and gearbox removal at the some point and when I asked the reason, their answer was "usual maintenance"! ********************* ********************* Follow up after response from the owner: Your response has only made matters worse. Instead of addressing the core issues, you are attempting to justify an unjustifiable situation. First, regarding the vehicle: your sales team seriously underestimated my knowledge by labeling a full engine and gearbox removal as "usual maintenance." How can such a major repair be considered routine within the first three years of a car’s life? This alone raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity. Second, your finance team clearly lacks the necessary competence. After thoroughly reviewing both my business and personal bank accounts, if they had any doubts, they should not have proceeded with the finance application in the first place. The fact that I am here disputing this proves my legitimacy and highlights their failure in assessing clients properly. Rather than taking responsibility, you and your team continue to deflect and excuse poor judgment. I hope you find success in justifying these missteps, but your handling of this situation has been nothing short of incompetent. Good luck.
