These guys right here are great. They truly want to help and not just dig into your wallet. We had so many different issues with my broke down car and they came back as soon as they could when I called, thinking I had resolved the issue. Clovis bent over backwards to try to help.
Listen, needing a tow is hard enough, make sure you do it with Tiger so it can be a bit easier. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they also work with Roadside Assistance
Michael was very respectful and professional. He helped me fix my car so it wouldn’t be damaged during the tow. We even shared a couple laughs on what happened to my car. Overall great experience and he alleviated stress off of my shoulders.
used them through AAA, they took over three hours to come and when the driver came he looked annoyed to do his job. Was not friendly and didn’t come with a welcoming environment. And then he started driving fast, and irresponsible on the highway and the cherry on top was he had hot ac blowing and had the windows down? Almost like he wanted me to have the worst experience ever. I don’t even know the guys name I think it was ray? but really rude individual. If I could do zero stars I would. PLEASE ASK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO DO YOUR TOW SERVICE.
Tim was my driver and was super helpful and really went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and my vehicle was safely towed to the destination!
We went through Allstate and it was a wonderful experience. The tow driver was jason. He was fantastic. He went out of his way to help us. He got there earlier than we expected. We are very grateful for this experience. Thank you Tiger Towing.
I think there's another towing company called Tiger Towing that's a different company. That was a little confusing when I was going to write this review.
This company is a complete joke, especially AlexI don’t even know how they’re still in business. I waited over THREE HOURS for a tow that was supposed to take 45 minutes max. When I called to ask what was going on, the dispatcher acted like I was bothering them no apology, no explanation, just pure attitude.
When the driver finally showed up, he was rude, careless, and looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. And guess what? He damaged my car while loading it. Scratched paint, and now my alignment is off, but of course, they’re “not responsible.”
Trying to get help from their office is like yelling into the void. Nobody calls back. Nobody takes responsibility. They’re fast to take your money but vanish the moment there’s a problem.
Do yourself a favor: DON’T CALL THESE CLOWNS. I’d rather push my car across the city than ever deal with this trash company again.
Orlando was honest and a blessing. Had to make a choice when setting the pickup; either try a jumpstart and risk it, or go ahead with a tow. If jumpstart failed would have had to pay for both services (double $$), went ahead with a tow having tried to jump start it with another vehicle. Orlando discussed it with me when he showed up on time and he advised letting him try and jump start without charging for both services just to see. Ended up getting me back on the road and back home saving $$$. Greatful for the honesty and professionalism. Saving his # for sure.
Just plain awful. I was dispatched to this company by AAA. They never showed up after I waited 5 hours. Not only that, they would not answer the phone when I tried to reach them. They don't provide updates or anything. I ended up canceling with Tiger Towing and Recovery and had AAA use another company. Plus you'll notice they have a lot of fake "success stories" on their company website with polite words and fake photos.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company, go elsewhere for more professionalism and a faster response time.
Needed a tow, this company was very professional and courteous. Will Recommend and use in the future if needed. Michael was a great guy and took the time to speak with me for a few minutes after the job was finished.
Tiger towing was great at communicating with me and kept me informed on the ETA and when they were a bit late due to traffic.
Michael was professional and friendly. He towed my Nissan to the dealership and went inside to talk to my service agent and really went the extra mile to make sure my car was dropped at the right spot. He handled my car as if it was his own. Good hearted guy with extraordinary customer service, thank you Michael.
They responded to a AAA call-out when the original tow company couldn't make it. Jason was fast, friendly, and efficient in what was a slightly tricky tow. Would recommend!
My 2nd time using this company and once again excellent service. George was amazing and helpful. He went out of his way to speak with attendant at Discount Tire because my tire was damaged more than I realized and it was recommended to take it to another shop because of the extensive damage. He prevented me from having to pay another tow fee and hassle. Thank you for your excellent customer service! Will continue to use this company and refer to my friends!
Great experience some people come off rude and mean but not this guy I never got his name :\ but I promise he did a hell of a job a great one at that ! Takes care of his customers I promise .
Jorge was very professional and helpful, we called around looking for a tow truck nd everyone said 30mins to 1 hour wait. So I googled a different tow truck company nd I had came across Tiger towing, when I called he was very nice nd said he will be here in less then 15mins and he did just that! If I need a tow truck I will most definitely give them a call
Friendly and honest. Good equipment and safe. The best part of the service for me was the communication. Jorge was very knowledgeable and professional.
