When we called the receptionist on the other end of the phone was very polite, friendly and eager to help. When the truck got to my friend (in less than 40 minutes) the driver was friendly, polite, and very helpful. Broke down outside Amarillo and called T Miller by chance. It was Saturday night before Christmas. Saundra was kind and helpful. Our driver, Steven, was beyond kind, patient and helpful. He helped us each step of the way, going above and beyond what he needed to do. At a time when I so overwhelmed, they took their time to make sure we were safe and good before leaving us. Truly appreciate and would highly recommend.
