  We had a blowout just southeast of Claude on our way home to DFW. We called this company and wound up having a great experience! William was so nice and helpful, even with the multiple questions from our four-year old. We received an update too when he was about 30 minutes away. William dropped us off at the hotel just one exit away from the Walmart where the tire is being fixed. Excellent customer service, super communicative, and William was great! This was such a smooth process even with the headache of losing a tire.

  I recently had an excellent experience with Amarillo Towing. My car broke down and I was pretty stressed out. I called Amarillo Towing, and they were incredibly professional and quick to respond. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver, Keyvin, was very friendly and helpful. He made sure my car was securely loaded and took my car home. The pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Amarillo Towing for its reliability and excellent customer service.   A+++!!! My college daughter was stranded at night and she was 30 miles away from her dorm. We live in Kansas and I couldn't get to her. I called Amarillo Towing and they were there to help her in no time! Robert was fast and courteous to my anxious daughter, I cannot express the gratitude I feel. THANK YOU for caring - not just for my daughter's car, but for being sweet to her in such an unknown situation! Also, when they called me for payment, I was pleasantly surprised by the price!   These guys pulled through in an emergency during a cross country move. My dog and I were dealing with a flat tire on the side of the highway. Charlie could not have been more helpful for me and my dog. The tow was timely, communicative, and efficient. You can’t go wrong with Charlie at Amarillo Towing Inc.!

  I called after 2 1/2 hours of dealing with another company that sent to the wrong place. I called was told it would be 30 minutes, he was there in 15, jumped me, told me to keep it running for 20 minutes. Super polite and friendly. I have used them over a few times over the past 12 years and they are always great.

  I was on foot as my car was broken down. I had left the keys in my vehicle so the tow truck could pick it up even if I wasn't there. Charlie called to say he was on the way to get my vehicle. When I told him I wouldn't be able to get there to meet him because I was walking, he offered to come pick me up and take me home! He certainly didn't have to do that. Great customer service! Charlie was a life saver!

  Wonderful people. We were headed home when our car broke down in the afternoon. Most places were closed. Amarillo towing was busy but they squeezed us in for a tow and took 4 of us to the auto parts store. Would recommend them if you ever need a tow at a reasonable price. Thank you Amarillo Towing

  I called and explained my situation. They said someone would be there soon. It was in the middle of the night, I understand. People are asleep. After an hour I called, no answer. Still haven't heard anything back. I wasn't outside of town or anywhere far. Would not recommend. Do not call. They won't answer after you call to check up on the driver.

  They will leave you hanging. They lie about the ETA they have. I was told 45 mins. I waited a hour and a half and called to check. They placed others in front of me and told me that they were still towing one car and one in front of me. I cancled it and Ricky's Towing showed up in 30 mins and did not lie to me.

  awful service. They took advantage of my 77 year old Dad. He asked to have his pick-up towed to his house and put under his carport. When the driver brought his pick-up he informed my dad that he was too busy to put it under the carport. He dropped off his pickup in the middle of the street blocking his driveway.
