This sorry company was sent of by my moms insurance company to help my mom and left her there I’m going to make sure this place is not sent by insurance company to help anyone else
Very bad customer service we paid $75 a week before and a week later its a $100 and the lady on the phone said it wasnt $75 it was $100, like ok i know what we paid very rude and unprofessional
Listen to all the 1 star reviews, I made two appointments to view my vehicle which was at their yard. On the first occasion they were 30+ minutes late. On the second occasion they were 1 hour late. I would avoid these sticklers at ALL COST.
They have no benefits over any other towing company in town.
1.) Prices are higher and will charge you over the quoted price
2.) Unprofessional and frankly lack of care
Don't go to these liars they scam you I called in the office to get my truck towed and the lady at the front desk listened to what I had to get towed and to where and she gave me an estimate of $200 and when the labor was done the tow guys that were sent asked for 350, don't believe in these liars.

I heard they're the best I have the number on speed dial just in case my truck broke down about a month ago some guy recommended this company. I would have called them but I had already been waiting for a long time for this other truck to come by. But I will use this company if I ever find myself tight spot
Disgusting, threatening, and dishonest. I have made a video to represent the experience I've had with K3 Towing. They tried to take advantage of the situation and charge my company for an unnecessary procedure. Once they began performing services without permission, one of the Brand New units was damaged. The K3 representatives became completely unprofessional and threatened me with assault. To top off an already contentious situation, the other rep. lied and brandished his weapon. These guys are not who you want to call if you are vulnerable and need help. They are predators who have tried to take advantage of my company and me. Be careful!
Was over 30mins late. Left my car parked in two lanes even though I told him where I wanted parked … he wanted to charge me extra $78 dollars to fix his own mistakes, so I just told him to forget it about. Also they left my driveway stained with hydraulic fluid
Very inexpensive, quick, great servoce. We were on a bind moving from rental house to our brand new house. This was last minute, last day and we had a project car about to be towed and put in a lot. Needless to say, we called and within 20min, we got towed from spot A to B in 10min. They even placed car where we asked!

Needed a tow late Thursday evening and they answered the phone and showed up within about 30 minutes. Paid $75 to get the car from North to Central Amarillo so I could work on it at home. Professional driver who made sure to do everything correctly. Would use again.
We blew our engine 12 miles into Texas in the middle of our 19 hr road trip. Our insurance tried 14 companies in texas and New Mexico and were told no one was willing to come help us. K3 was the only company not just willing to, but more than happy to help us. In the middle of a thunderstorm, our driver Kyle picked us up from a rest stop and then drove us to tow the car. He went above and beyond with finding us a place to wait for a ride (from family driving to get us) at a place that would accept our dog. You can tell Kyle and this company truly care about their customers and love what they do. Can't recommend them enough! They were truly a blessing in a situation that could have been so much worse without them.
Absolutely amazing service. I’ve never been in a position where I needed to use a tow truck so when Kyle pulled up for my car, he saw I was nervous, overwhelmed and embarrassed. Kyle talked and coached me through the whole process and made it fast and easy. Will always recommend this company!
Every time I call K3 they have quickly responded and the drivers are always super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.
They damaged the fender on VW Golf. I cringed when my car scraped the ground hard due the angle of the lift bed and the low clearance of my front bumper. I was angry when it was dropped off and noticed the driver side fender sticking out a few inches. Do not recommend for low clearance cars.
K3 really helped me and my stepdaughter out of a sticky situation. I want to sincerely thank k3 for the tow. Sammye got right to it and Joseph was on scene in 20 minutes. Joseph was amazing and made the whole experience very easy!

Our rv died sitting at a gas pump. We waited on Good Sam service to send us a tow. After 5 hours and being 1am we found you all on line. called you and you had a truck to help us within an hour. Kevan came out and got our rv working!!!! He is my hero. He was so nice and was even worried about me being cold and let me get warm in the truck.

Ricky towed me 108 miles from Tucumcari all the way back to Amarillo. For anyone stuck in this small town with options running thin I totally back this company and this employee. He had my Ram 2500 with a bad engine loaded in 7 minutes flat. He hooked chains up, put small tension on them and put the truck in neutral to properly and efficiently load the vehicle. You could tell he knows what he is doing and when the bill came it was cheaper than the rest by almost $100. Customer service was top notch and I do not have enough good words in my vocabulary to speak to level of service they provided. I felt like a valued customer and was more than fairly priced. They were contracted to transport a rental car trailer to me, about 3 hours away, after my original trailer broke.
Even though the information they received from the roadside assistance program was sketchy, the driver took the time to follow up with me, as well as calling when he was near to me so I wss ready for him.

Why don't you people got 4.7 they should be having a 6 or 10 for the service they gave me today I called them this morning telling them my situation he asked me how fast I needed the truck I told him today he said okay will see you in 2 hours my mind is blown these guys deserve a 10 all the way around if I can give it trust me I would and especially the driver who told me humble today is Wednesday October 20th I'm pretty bad with names but he was the one that drove the 13 speed today thank you for all the services you gave and to that truck driver thank you for the free cup holder🤣
