They are the worst Towing company you can deal with they give a price over the phone and they will ask for double the price and they gonna waste your time it’s like a scam
I called and was quoted $150 for an in town tow. When vehicle arrived the driver charged $250. Sketchy co. to say the least. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or trust these guys.
Definitely wouldn't use this company if they hire drivers like this. Has a car and a motorcycle and he is speeding through town riding people's behind in this size of vehicle. The definition of not smart. After he noticed I took a picture of him started driving more erratic, making gestures of some kind. I'm a FedEx driver, how I took the picture was by holding up my phone while keeping my eyes on the road and maintaining a safe speed, when he passed me I was looking for a phone number so I could call and report him and notice he had his phone out and was taking pictures or a video, childish. To this driver: be professional and grow up.
I could not have asked for a better experience with a towing company and driver. Billy Vasquez, the driver, was amazing and helped an old lady stranded on the side of the road, feel like everything was going to be ok. If I could I would give him and the company he represents 10 stars!
My husband used Cierra Towing company last night and did a great job of arriving in a timely manner and Hunter was a very respectful and helpful guy. Great service. Recommend highly

You should thank the driver who towed a truck to TA service at Petro for earning this one star in the middle of the night. Sadly, he could’ve earned more stars.
To the towing truck driver:
1: I was told by TA service employee to park by the curbside. I had a service ticket. I wasn’t lying.
2: As you said, I am not parking at your property. Then why would you bother me by air horn and knocking on my door and wake me up in the middle of the night? It’s none of your business to ask me to leave.
3: Because of the truck issues, I already spent much time buying parts and repairing and had less sleeping hours than normal. I checked in at TA service around 12:00 AM. I went to sleep around 1:00 AM. You woke me up around 2:00 AM. You put my life in danger because I didn’t sleep well.
My kind advice to you:
1: Please be humble and polite. Please have less pride and prejudice.
2: Please keep your mouth shut and hands short if it’s none of your business.
3: Please have a good day.

Hoping I won't need a towing again in the future but if I do I will certainly be using these guys! A guy named Justin (not sure last name) came and as he did, I was in the worst mood about the situation (because no one usually is necessarily happy when you need a vehicle moved) Justin was personable, prompt, patient, kind and professional. His attitude changed mine for the better and he is definitely who you would want around to come service your car. I appreciated his willingness to hear me out as the whole thing went down. Had a great experience in a really unfortunate situation. Car broke down 45 minutes northwest of Amarillo at 11p on a Friday. Called a few places, and not only was Cierra a good price, they were very kind and communicated well. Shout out to Jake, the driver who loaded up my car and drove us back to town. He was very professional and nice to talk with. I hope you don't need a tow, but if you do, definitely give them a call.
After 26 years of trucking this is the first time I've been put on a hook I was really nervous cuz I didn't know what to expect this company hands down five star. Carl came to pick me my truck and my dog up..Took care of me got me to shop helped drop trailer and to the hotel me and my dog what a great experience. Our RV broke down in Delhart, TX and Cierra Towing sent out a truck from Amarillo to assist us. Carl was awesome! He spent an hour working on our RV, and got us moving enough so we could limp over to an RV park without needing the tow. Was a silver lining to a long day.

Cierra towing was awesome. RV broke down near Perico, Texas. Had AAA, called them, they were absolutely no help & didn’t really care! It took 3 hrs to get a response from AAA & the tower they called told me it would be $1800. So I searched for a tower and found Sierra. He came and got us and did a tow for so much less than AAA contact and was so nice. He restored my faith in humanity. Well done.
10/25/22 After leaving a voicemail at 5:30 and being blown off by "Senor Towing" for 2.5 hours, we called Ciera Towing. My husband called at 8pm and met the driver within 30 minutes. He was polite, helpful, very professional. Their pricing is very reasonable too. I would recommend, and use Ciera Towing again.
Received a certified letter from these people about a vehicle they towed that I had absolutely nothing to do with. I saw what I believed was the reason (that being one number difference in my plates than their towed vehicle's plates) and tried for most of the day trying to straighten out their mistake. Two calls to them and a very long call with the Texas DMV. On my first call to this towing company I was told my reasoning was wrong because they only used VIN #'s. After finally getting a live person at the Texas DMV I was assured none of the #'s listed in their certified letter had my name on it. Called them back to let them know what I had found out and was told it would be handled. It has been 3 or 4 weeks and I had to refuse another certified letter from them today! After another call to these people, I was told to disregard the last letter. These people seem awfully haphazard to me!
I used Cierra crushing for a job. I started off with high hopes of making a better payout that our local scrapyard boy was I wrong. I was quoted a price and then after the operator finished my loads they said the prices had dropped and they couldn't honor the price. Okay then we shipped out the loads and I was told we would be paid withing 3 days nope it's been 15 days and I still haven't been paid. Here comes another problem they say the load was light and that they could only pay the average of the loads they have sent in. I know I had more weight than what they are paying for and I feel like I was cheated . DO NOT USE THIS CRUSHING SERVICE nothing but problems.
My car has been there since the 31st of August and I cannot retrieve my personal items, due to the owner, who I was purchasing the car from, failed to register it. I just spent $1700 dollars trying to fix it and Mienike Car Care Center didn't even put the new radiator in it that I pre paid $650 bucks for.
Ladies at the front were super helpful and friendly, came to pick up one of our sold units that was impounded, and they were quick to get us in and out. Dealt with quite a bit of towing companies before, and their customer service was easily one of the best we've had the pleasure to work with.
Bad experience. They were called when my car was totaled. I tried for 3 days to call their office only to be put on hold and/or hung up on. When I finally got to clean out my car, someone had gone through it. Things were scattered all over the front seats, my husband's wedding ring was missing bout of the glove box and several cd's I had in the door pockets were missing. I asked the girl who took us to it if anyone had touched it since it had been there and was told "no, we just park them and leave them until we're told what to do with them".
Lesson learned.
I am very pleased with Cierra Towing! I called them from out of state to have a vehicle towed, they were very nice and very flexible. Thank you so much for your professionalism, I will most certainly keep you in mind if I need towing down there again.

I used this company with the mindset that they were a great company, now before you think that they are not by my star rating plz let me explain!
Had them tow my truck from a house that wasn't mine, thats were it ended up breaking down, to a shop of my buddies that he just works on cars when he has time, not his full or part time job.
I paid over the phone because I wasn't supposed to be there when they picked my vehicle up, and I told them that I needed a receipt to turn into my insurance company for reimbursement.
Every thing went smooth, did take them almost 4 hrs to pick up vehicle, I ended up following them for the drop off, because my buddies needed the truck parked in a certain spot, once unloaded still had to wait another 15 min and several calls for them to verify that I paid , was told the system showed that it was unpaid, once it was finally verified, told then again, (2×) that i need a receipt, was told again it would be emailed to me.
Over the weeks I still never received any email or receipt, I called a total of 4 times in the weeks past, asking then demanding my receipt!
Every time I called was told that they need almost every bit of information thats conceivable to even try and find me in the system!
Not familiar with any towing systems but , I would think with my phone number you should be able to pull me up in the system and find out if and when any towing had been done, but I could be wrong.
Over the past month was told several times , we found you and we are sending you an invoice, all said ok, thank you and that was the end of the call, but as many of us know emails sometimes take a bit to go thru, lots of reasons why It may take a while,, but never did I receive any email/invoice, so when I just got off the phone with them today, had to go back n forth w all the same stupid questions, then the girl that supposedly told me she's sending me my invoice gets on the phone, because she remembers me from just last weeks phone call and tells me " I sent you an email" and I tell her I never received, her, but I sent it, me , if I did receive it do you think I'd be on the phone again arguing with you about not receiving 😀
So in the end I stayed on the phone to verify that I did receive it, and yes I finally did!! Yeah
So back to my rating, the rating has nothing to do with the service they provided, all of that was great, it did take them almost 4hrs to get to it, but other than that it was great, they were very professional, very nice, wasn't in an extreme hurry, actually had a nice conversation with the tow driver!!
The rating has to do with the people in the office who would in my opinion make the business run smoother if they had more training or maybe hired another person to help in the office.
Not sure why they had the small problems they had with this simple tow, but alot of small problems will eventually equal big problems, I have never used this tow company before, was actually referred to them from someone I trust more than anyone in the world!
Could have this just been an isolated incident, yes, I have my doubts, but once again this is my opinion stemming from my experience I had with the company, next time I will gt a receipt, then and there,

When we unexpectedly broke down 600 miles from home, Cierra Towing took great care of us. From the dispatcher to the driver, everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Even though we were 35-miles outside of town, they still promptly got right to us so we could get our rig (and our kids) safely off the highway and into town. Thanks everyone for making an unpleasant experience more bearable, we appreciate you!!
I had a tire blow out in the middle of nowhere on interstate 40 about 70 miles from Amarillo. The first place I called was not helpful and said they were too busy to help unless I was driving an 18 wheeler. I tried this company next. They were helpful and friendly on the phone. The driver Keith called when he was on the way to give me a heads up and he arrived quick. All around super friendly and helpful and made sure my car and the rim with the tire blowout took no damage so I wouldn't get stuck in Amarillo on my way home to Arizona.
If I could leave 10 stars I would! Less than 30 minutes from the time I called my car was at towed from where it crapped out on me to my home a good 15+ minutes away. The driver was awesomely quick and professional and the rate was beyond reasonable. It's never a good day when you need a tow, but this experience was definitely a silver lining. Thank you for the amazing service!
