Had a GREAT experience with Renee (spelling?) On time, cheaper than the first company that towed me by quite a bit. Let me ride in the cab with the driver on the way to transmission shop. I'd happily call them again.

Y’all need to make sure your truck beds are cleaned off after towing vehicles. I got behind one of your trucks on I-27 and two different small pieces of debris flew at my windshield. One put a chip in the windshield of my car which is not cool. Please do better!

I’d give them no stars if possible. Absolutely HORRIBLE people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. One of their drivers popped our tire. He admitted it called his boss on phone. Said for us to go up there after weekend over on Monday to speak with owner. I was hung up on when asked when I would receive a call back. No calls back. My son went up there and was threatened about a gun and “bullets going through him” while the owner grabbed at his hip. A police report was filed. I cannot believe they treat people this way and are so dishonest. Call anyone else but this place. In response: post the pic I guarantee it’s not our tire. You were wrong and you seen two kids and took advantage. Then threatened them. All you had to do as a business owner is make it right and you didn’t. We even paid for the towing and it wasn’t towed because you popped the tire with the chain. You could have least refunded that money. Nope!! Where’s your driver? Ask him, he knows!!!!! Gods watching

Needed my car towed to the dealership. Clyde showed up 30 min later and ,despite my car being in a cramped parking spot, helped push it into a more accessible position and was out in about 10 min. Dispatch was professional and sweet, highly recommend!

Needed a tire change and possible tow if the donut wasn’t usable. They had someone there within 20 minutes and it took him NO time at all to change the tire. He even reminded me to turn the receipt in to my insurance company for reimbursement. Will be recommending them to everyone from now on. Thanks Senor Towing!

I called for service @9 am 10/31/2023 and they told me an hour to pick me up and is 12:11 and I called back after 3 hrs and they told me I can just cancel it if I don’t want to wait .. horrible service !!

Worst experience ever, was recommended by a friend stating they were amazing! For my first time using them I had to call them 4 times in a 16 hr period along with others calling for me. Said they would be here in 45 minutes, didn't see them until the next afternoon. Kept saying it would be 2 hours an waited 3 or 4 hours at a time before calling again. Always willing to give ok another, but not this time, they weren't even nice enough to ask coffer you a discount or something to make up for everything. Horrible!

Amazing company. Called for my daughters car to be towed back to the dealership, they showed up in 30 minutes, took care of the car, and got it to service department within an hour of making the first phone call! Greatly appreciated. Wish I could of gotten the young man’s name, but definitely a key component to your company. Thanks again for taking care of my daughter for me

Every time I call their truck breaks down either when it gets there to get my car or before it gets there I'm waiting on until now that was supposed to have been 45 minutes and we're looking at an hour and a half now because their truck broke down

My van snapped a ball joint and I called them and they were there with in 25 minutes. Not only did they send courteous professional but quickly assessed the first truck they sent wouldn't work and then sent additional truck to complete the job all with in 25 to 35 minutes. I needed a tire changed, waited 1 hour because all trucks were busy. A young man showed up who didn't know how to do the job. He informed me he tried to change the tire but couldn't do it so I needed to pay $65.00 and call someone else to change the tire. Senor towing ended up sending Kevin to change the tire. He had me back on the road in 10 mins! If you call this company make sure they send someone who knows how to do the job not a rookie

They are life savers. My sons dad was driving back from Arizona and his truck broke down. He called but didn't have someone who spoke spanish. I called (I'm in Dallas) and was able to get them out there. The dispatch lady was very sweet and the comunication between her to me so I could translate for my sons dad was amazing she was so patient.

Dad's car battery died and wouldn't hold a charge. I wasn't comfortable leaving his car in that particular area and wanted to get it home. Señor Towing was fast and the price very reasonable. Both dispatcher and driver were friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Señor Towing is THE BEST in Amarillo and surrounding areas hands down!! Luis went above and beyond to help my daughter and I out! He and Leah are the best and have such huge hearts!
