Very professional. Cassandra was in contact with me the whole time. They had to go through the alley to get my car from my garage as my water pump and timing chain went out on my explorer. Driver was professional and there weren't any issues! I would highly recommend them!

Called the day before for an 8am tire to a shop. Was told no problem. Called the day of at 8:15, and was told "he's getting gas. He'll be there soon. Called and cancelled just before 9 and just towed it myself. Hung up on me when I called and cancelled. Extremely unprofessional.

Called to request a tow at 1:20 pm, the woman on the phone was nice, asked how many riders would be riding back with their driver, I said 2, they said “ok, give my driver about 40-45 minutes to get there”. 1 hour goes by, no tow truck so we call for an ETA. They said he’s at their lot and has to unload, give him about 30 minutes. We wait another hour. Still no driver. We call again. This time they said the driver is making a drop at a place that’s close to our location. He’s about 11 minutes away from us, and give him about 20-25 minutes. We wait and ANOTHER hour goes by. So we call again. This time they said there was an accident so the truck that was headed out to us went there instead and they had to send another truck out. Nearly 4 hours after we originally called for a tow, the truck shows up and there’s the driver along with a child and another adult in the single cab truck. The driver gets out and says “There’s no room to take both of you, they didn’t tell you that?”. I told them from the start that we’d have two people that would have to ride! We were so frustrated at this point that we told that driver to leave. We called another tow company and they were amazing! Got a driver out to us in less than 30 minutes, couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. As for this place, I will never try to use this company again.

As if listening to him trash talk his wife and small son wasn't bad enough he then repeatedly called me for relations over the entire weekend gross no thank you he also tried to basically steal my car from me by saying it was probably a head gasket when I just needed a fuse for my fan!!! Dishonest cheater if he would cheat on his wife who answers his phones of course he will cheat you out your car. Clearly the good reviews are friends and family.

Needed a tire change and possible tow if the donut wasn’t usable. They had someone there within 20 minutes and it took him NO time at all to change the tire. He even reminded me to turn the receipt in to my insurance company for reimbursement. Will be recommending them to everyone from now on. Thanks Senor Towing!

I called at 8:30 spoke to Cassandra and was told it would be 45 min to an hour. Called at 9:30 and was told to expect another 15 min. Cassandra called back at 10:00 and said he was 5 min away. After waiting 30 min I called back to ask what was going on and why I was told an hour at most but am still waiting close to two hours later and Cassandra was extremely rude saying “our tow trucks don’t fly” followed by “should I cancel??” in a condescending tone. I feel like she under sold the time to try and keep business. I would’ve called around to find a quicker less busy option. Imagine it being a Monday at 830 and you need your car towed and the receptionist thinks it’s in the job description to have an attitude. A shame because the actual driver was quick and professional.

Owner yelled at me repeatedly because of coming back to look my car again to find a missing item. Item is black and interior of my car is black, so it could have been missed. I had been there prior to clean out my car, and after going through all of the things I discovered an item was missing. I just wanted to look through the car again before it was towed off to make sure it didn't fall somewhere. That I couldn't or didn't see before. I called the company to see if my car was still there, and if I could go back and look, and they said I could. Owner yelled further when I asked several time for him to stop yelling at me. He not only kept yelling, but yelled worse and louder. Then he threatened to call the cops and have me arrested for trespassing, and he would kick me off his property. Owner accused me of telling them they stole it from my car, or that it was stolen from my car while at their lot. Neither of those things did I say, and tried to tell him that several times but, he would not let me talk, and kept yelling. Owner was not evolved in the conversation I had with the 2 ladies at the counter, they where nice and understood that I just wanted to make sure the item didn't get left behind. This is a horrible way to treat customers, and I will never use them again. I also would highly recommend to be very wary of using their services. No-one needs to be treated that way, and for a male Owner to be yelling at a female customer is completely wrong. I called the place before I went back and asked if I relook through my car, to see if the item was there. Unfortunately it was not, and I am thinking it may not be found. The owners wife did come out with me to the yard while looking through my car. She apologized, but to be yelled at repeatedly, and threatened is not how to treat anybody or a customer.

I cant speak for all the drivers but I used Senor towing for my challenger tonight and the driver Nichols had amazing customer service didn't mess up my rims scrape my bumper or anything. Took real care in what he was doing. I recommend senor towing!!

I’d give them no stars if possible. Absolutely HORRIBLE people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. One of their drivers popped our tire. He admitted it called his boss on phone. Said for us to go up there after weekend over on Monday to speak with owner. I was hung up on when asked when I would receive a call back. No calls back. My son went up there and was threatened about a gun and “bullets going through him” while the owner grabbed at his hip. A police report was filed. I cannot believe they treat people this way and are so dishonest. Call anyone else but this place. In response: post the pic I guarantee it’s not our tire. You were wrong and you seen two kids and took advantage. Then threatened them. All you had to do as a business owner is make it right and you didn’t. We even paid for the towing and it wasn’t towed because you popped the tire with the chain. You could have least refunded that money. Nope!! Where’s your driver? Ask him, he knows!!!!! Gods watching

Worst experience ever, was recommended by a friend stating they were amazing! For my first time using them I had to call them 4 times in a 16 hr period along with others calling for me. Said they would be here in 45 minutes, didn't see them until the next afternoon. Kept saying it would be 2 hours an waited 3 or 4 hours at a time before calling again. Always willing to give ok another, but not this time, they weren't even nice enough to ask coffer you a discount or something to make up for everything. Horrible!

Amazing company. Called for my daughters car to be towed back to the dealership, they showed up in 30 minutes, took care of the car, and got it to service department within an hour of making the first phone call! Y’all need to make sure your truck beds are cleaned off after towing vehicles. I got behind one of your trucks on I-27 and two different small pieces of debris flew at my windshield. One put a chip in the windshield of my car which is not cool. Please do better!

My van snapped a ball joint and I called them and they were there with in 25 minutes. Not only did they send courteous professional but quickly assessed the first truck they sent wouldn't work and then sent additional truck to complete the job all with in 25 to 35 minutes. Towing and Vehicle Repair: My daughter recently passed through Amarillo, TX, on her way to Ohio from Phoenix, AZ. She is one of the many people who have been devastated by COVID-19, losing her job, all her savings, and ultimately her small apartment. She was coming back to us to try and get on her feet when her car broke down on a very hot summer day on I-40 W just past Vega, TX. I called Senor Towing to get towing services to Amarillo, and learned they had a 24/7 service with a mechanic. They picked her and the car up within 40 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts needed to repair the vehicle. Out of shear human kindness, they took her to a safe hotel and picked her up the next day once the vehicle was ready. She arrived in the following evening completely safe and without further incident. The quality of the fix on the radiator and coolant system was high and quite fair. The vehicle had the same work In Phoenix prior to my daughter leaving the area, only to botch the job horribly and charge her tow dollar for poor service. Unlike the repair shop in Phoenix, Senor Towing is a decent, honest, and helpful service that I personally attribute to ensuring the safe travel of my young daughter. Not only did they repair the issue, but they looked over the entire vehicle and serviced the fluids and tires to ensure they were road worthy. They guys are top notch and simply good people, and it helped reinvigorate my diminishing faith that there are still decent people in this world who care about people, regardless of who they are or what they look like. Thank you, Senor Towing! You guys are awesome!
