Such a lovely company we have here. One of their idiotic drivers pulled out in front of me as they were leaving a parking lot. Window down clear as day this man didn’t look both ways before pulling into traffic on I-27 and western. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid t-boning him. You should really tell your employees to be more cautious while driving.
They quoted me a price on the phone. When I got there an hour later, the price went up $100. They told me i could use my credit card. When I got there, they said the card machine wasn't working, but they could run my card to Plainview to run it and then bring my card back! REALLY!!!!! Like I'm gonna give then my credit card to go out of town!!!
Not only is this staff incompetent, but they have the absolute worst customer service. I could let stupidity slide if they would at least serve it with a smile.
My bike was towed because the police called competition after I already spoke with dispatch and the store it was located at. They charged me 400 for a gsxr 600, because she said they had to pay the police for the tow! This is a horrible company and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one they extorted with the help of Amarillo police department. They also dropped my bike on the opposite side causing 100's in damage, but I will file a complaint since this has happened. The tow was 2 miles at most, this is crazy how these slum companies take advantage of people! I would never use them! They also sawed off my clutch handle at some point, truly ridiculous!
I like the staff there and they try and work with you on your car or vehicle that they stored for you while you come up with the money for your car, so thanks everyone for your service and they have reasonable prices as well and very professional too.
Towed my daughters car after an accident. They did a great job, it was easy to get an appointment to get her things out and they even moved her belongings from the trunk to the backseat due to the trunk not being able to be closed. Great service-went above and beyond.
Way too high! My bill for tow across town was $407. I called their competition and got my car from Competition Towing's lot and tow about the same distance and the cost was only $65. Their customer service also lack!
Don’t ever use this company they are disrespectful and think they know everything and are very unprofessional and I have reported them to the BBB they shouldn’t be aloud to be in business.
Friendly, fast service, great price. I had to get the vehicle towed to the service garage after a break down in a big box parking lot. Called after 6:00 pm. They answered by the second ring, the truck arrived in less than twenty minutes. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed. Thanks Competition Towing!
The individuals who run this company refuse to answer the phone or let us know that they’re not coming. We called an hour before to ensure that we were able to pick up the vehicle from their lot. Doors to the building are locked when we show up and no one around. Called and are told someone will be there. Another two hours go by and no one shows up and they refuse to answer any calls.
These people won’t even answer a call. When you do get through they won’t take any initiative to assist the customers and pawn it off on other employees who do not even show up.... NEVER USE THIER SERVICES
I called to verify pur car is there after a wreck to get it to a body shop, and they answer without a business name, then as i ask questions, all she says is yep, uhh huh. Not professional at all!! Never again!!
Rude, unprofessional, refuses to answer the phone.. picked up my vehicle on a Thursday and wouldn't to give me the invoice on Friday I'm assuming to squeeze out the storage charge over the weekend which they are closed.. crooked!!! And what can you do about it other than pay the ransom?
I would give them less than one if I could. Made us wait over 8 hours to reclaim a car. "I am out of town" Really unprofessional and snotty attitude. I would not let them tow my tricycle.
No ones where there, no ones answer the phone before noon, we waited for two hours before someone came in, like five people waiting as well, one of them really angry. Etc etc
