William was so nice and helpful, even with the multiple questions from our four-year old. We received an update too when he was about 30 minutes away. William dropped us off at the hotel just one exit away from the Walmart where the tire is being fixed. Excellent customer service, super communicative, and William was great! These guys pulled through in an emergency during a cross country move. My dog and I were dealing with a flat tire on the side of the highway. I was on foot as my car was broken down. I had left the keys in my vehicle so the tow truck could pick it up even if I wasn't there. Charlie called to say he was on the way to get my vehicle. When I told him I wouldn't be able to get there to meet him because I was walking, he offered to come pick me up and take me home! He certainly didn't have to do that. Great customer service! Charlie was a life saver!
It was great. (Aside from breaking down) the operator (Sammy) was really nice and friendly. The tow truck came in a timely manor and the driver was super polite and respectful.

Wonderful people. We were headed home when our car broke down in the afternoon. Most places were closed. Amarillo towing was busy but they squeezed us in for a tow and took 4 of us to the auto parts store. Would recommend them if you ever need a tow at a reasonable price. Thank you Amarillo Towing
awful service. They took advantage of my 77 year old Dad. He asked to have his pick-up towed to his house and put under his carport. When the driver brought his pick-up he informed my dad that he was too busy to put it under the carport. He dropped off his pickup in the middle of the street blocking his driveway.
The gentleman who picked up my car was very helpful and empathetic! Never have I ever had a positive experience with a towing company. They exceeded my expectations.
Do not use that company ever.This is layers and robbers !I have quote with them tow truck and trailer from Memphis,TX to Amarillo,TX freightliner dealer for $750 when towing was compleated they charge $1014. they said driver came from his home and add 20 miles extra plus ,layzy driver doesnt remove drive shaft,but remove half shafts from axles. Office workers very rud and dropped phone calls when i asked why price is $264 more. I working with towing companies every week ,and we dont have in fleet mechanic transmition ,and all our equimpment in automatic transmittion. Nobody increasing price for same kind of towing when we agreed quate !!!!!
This is by far the best experience I've had with a towing company in my life. They went far above and beyond what they had to do to get me back on the road after every tire place in town was closed.
My truck was tow there to be secured why I was on home time, and they stole everything from my truck. I need my stuff back ASAP. Maybe, they thought I wasn't going back. Criminals!..
They will leave you hanging. They lie about the ETA they have. I was told 45 mins. I waited a hour and a half and called to check. They placed others in front of me and told me that they were still towing one car and one in front of me. I cancled it and Ricky's Towing showed up in 30 mins and did not lie to me.
I called and explained my situation. They said someone would be there soon. It was in the middle of the night, I understand.
People are asleep. After an hour I called, no answer. Still haven't heard anything back. I wasn't outside of town or anywhere far.
Would not recommend. Do not call. They won't answer after you call to check up on the driver.
I called after 2 1/2 hours of dealing with another company that sent to the wrong place. I called was told it would be 30 minutes, he was there in 15, jumped me, told me to keep it running for 20 minutes. Super polite and friendly. I have used them over a few times over the past 12 years and they are always great.
