I came here to get my engine checked because it was overheating. I have a 2015 camero so I was a bit afraid it was going to be costly . But thank God that the shop owner gave me a good price. He changed my thermostat and coolant chamber ( it was leaking) now my car is running and sounding like the day I first got her . Thank you.
Awesome experience with Sam for towing our vehicle l, he was friendly and professional. Here is my experience with In And Out Auto. First off their towing service is good I would recommend the J Hook Towing. My truck was/is having some electrical issues which caused it to stop working while driving down SPID, I had it towed to In and Out to have this issue diagnosed and repaired. The mechanic found some wires that had been chewed on by a mouse/rat which they did provide pictures of so I am thinking so far so good, also there was a blown fuse. I was told the fuse was replaced and the damaged wires have been replaced as well and the truck starts but there are still some codes showing up on the scanner. The code was for a bad cam shaft sensor. Sensor was replaced no labor charges for that so I am still thinking so far so good. I pay my bill- which was $473.55 and go pick up my truck. I opened the hood to check out the "New wiring" the new wires were simply spliced and electrical taped back together- that was a 2 hour labor charge. After picking it up I take it to an Autozone and have them hook a scanner up to the vehicle to check the codes, exact same code comes up- Bad Cam Shaft Sensor. So my truck was at this shop for a total of five days, I spent nearly $500 for some electrical tape and the exact same engine codes that were showing up the first day I dropped it off. Their communication to and towards me as a customer was lacking at best, I would call a few times a day to check the status and I would be lucky to get ahold of anyone.
Honest and fast. We went to pep boys first and they were charging way over price and gave a wrong diagnostic. These people want to help not just take your money. Go here
Very happy with the service Mr. Mike and his staff gave AC repair and Brakes repaired working perfect. Highly recommend them very honest and services were fast with reasonable prices.

Well we are j hooks towing and recovery dropped few customers vehicles to in and out auto care and these customer where happy with prices and fast service Accept few customer because was electrical issue , any regular work like tires alternator starter suspension , A/c or brake job are same day job . they do my oil change and I am happy with service

These folks are awsome, very customer friendly, they scheduled an an appointment for me at 2pm and I was there onetime, and they fixed my car in no time. I highly recommend them as your car doctor and very fair price.
