Went in bought asked about a trailer and couldn't find a new one in my price range, they offered a used one that "needs some work but its as is" when I got it home I found that it was simply a broken wire that was keeping the lights from working. Great deal and quick process.

RENTING trailers (yes, they also rent trailers) has never been simpler! Go see Harry if you are interested in purchasing a trailer or would like a custom trailer. The parts guys are more than knowledgable and the service technicians know their stuff. Go check them out or settle for less if that's what you're into. Great company, great staff, excellent GM - shout out Justin Jackson for having the dream team!! The entire Superior team goes beyond and above frot their customers, and if you don't check with Superior first, you're just a fool.

Greg in Parts was awesome. He went above and beyond to get us an oddball size travel trailer wheel/tire to replace a blown out tire. Even met us after hours so we could pick it up on our way out of town. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We sent our new delivery trucks over to Superior to have flatbeds installed on them. Staff was helpful, trucks got turned around quickly, and look really clean. We'll be sending our new trucks over for our flatbeds in the future.

I took my truck over to have my bed cover installed, and they did a great job. Thank you.

Super friendly staff. I've come in for parts AND advice on how to fix my trailer. The counter guy walked me through my problem and even took me to meet a technician who also gave me some advice. 10/10 would come back

I had a tail light harness problem. The gentleman in parts not only fixed my wiring problem (provided some extra wire and fasteners), but didn’t charge me for anything. I highly recommend them because of their great service and excellent attitude.

On cargo trailers, their pricing is better than the competition. Also, they can add options in their own shop.

Very knowledge staff. Very friendly. The amount of common trailer parts they offer is amazing. Searched all over and at many part stores for sale grease caps to fix me trailer answer other places were lost. The people here brought me right to it and the prices were more than reasonable. Will definitely be back

Most of our trailers has come from Superior trailer and others that we have are hand me downs these guys in service and parts are outstanding they're always there for you and make sure they get you going with the right parts.

These guys know how to take care of customers I highly recommend these guys if you are looking into getting a trailer or getting repairs.

A little high compared to some of the other trailer dealers in town but they do have the best trailers Higher quality always costs you a little more

I was in Rockport for a job when a part on my work trailer broke. These guys were recommended to me from several other places I called looking for parts. Although they were backed up with work and didn’t think they could get to my trailer for a couple days they had me back on the road in 30 minutes! Would recommend to anyone needing a repair done.

I had a concern that my trailer coupling needed to be replaced. I went to a few other trailer repair places, but finally found great customer service here. Ross and the guys stay very busy and know what they are doing, they will help you get your trailer needs and parts repaired to get you going. The rest is up to you. If you don't know what your doing leave it there they will fix it, or take it home and cross your fingers..... I have been a customer there for 15+ years. only place for me.

Very unprofessional service from this person. You know who you are. I would go with a competitor anyday, as a matter of fact I did and I got a better deal and a better made trailer. They are located off of Ayers and SPID. Go check them out...You wont regret it..

This is one baaaaaad to the bone service they offer, a traveler was passing through and lost a wheel bearing!!!! I called them at 5:00pm closing time and they waited for one of my guys to drive 30 minutes to get all the parts to repair the traveler. Thanks guys and your part were spot on!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t pass this company up for all your trailer needs
