I call to see if they had a starter for a 2016 Volvo. After two hours waiting for a call went there and the guy that was looking for it went for lunch. Don’t bother to call this place, I see why they don’t have people at the counter. They don’t care about your order or if they can find it or not. Very bad reviews from this place they need to changed management and the sales people.
To bad I buy everything from Fleetpride but the one in Brownsville have excelent service and they do care about customer service.
The reason I was here becaused I was fixing a tire at Southern Mart and maybe this was a big warehouse but they don’t care if they had the part or not
Don't hire this company! They charge $205 per hour for roadside assistance, but only worked for two hours and charged us for three and a half. Including transportation and phone charges, fixing a single water pipe cost a whopping $1090. They ended up charging us $940. This behavior is disgusting. Their greed is appalling.
Very good service. Michael Bedwell was very nice and respectful, did a great job on roadside service, got my back up and running in an hour of the time I called. Will definitely do business again with them
Michael Bedwell , great dude and great service ! Alternator caught fire and he did what it took to get me back up and running in a timely manner . Appreciate ya bud !
