Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Jamie and the crew are the most honest, most accurate, and most efficient team in town. We’re long time customers, and they continue to outdo themselves every time we take a car to them.

They do great work, but since they fixed my suspension on my car, they are always too busy to do anymore work. I feel their favorite words are "no" and "can't." Addendum: All you said in your response is "no" and "can't." I have been to your shop three times in the last year, four if you include the time I came with my son, and I haven't gotten my car fixed. You wouldn't even make an appointment. I am happy you have time to respond to a comment, but no time to do the work I need done. If you need to hire people, offer pay that would attract the best and the brightest, and stop giving me what you won't do.

To all my other girls out there- They are so honest and give fair prices. Moving down here for college I was scared to have anyone but my dad look at my car (I drove a hunk of junk that always needed something fixed) these guys really made me feel comfortable and they explained everything to me, broke down prices of parts a labor, compared different part deals and helped me make informed decisions on things. I never felt pressured to follow through with expensive fixes and they were more than happy to give my dad a call when he had questions. I recommended this shop to all my gals and still use it. If you’re scared to be up sold or have felt like people took advantage of you (especially as a woman) I can not recommend this shop enough. Local business with real people who care about you. I deal with Jamie and my dad did business with his dad as far back as I remember. I’m 63. My mom trusts Jamie as he will NEVER oversell you. Call ahead for appointment day as they are BUSY. Never a long wait and service is fast, typically same day for routine service. Take it in the evening before and he secures vehicle for overnight. Cannot recommend enough. Honest service in this day and age of over priced poor service and shoddy work.

We had our Jeep serviced w/ Pro Automotive Center twice for two unrelated issues. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and communication was professional and direct. The diagnosis was quick, and the issues were resolved. We are very pleased w/ our experience here. Great job!

Hit a pot-hole that absolutely killed my tire. Thankfully, I stumbled across these amazing men who stopped what they were doing to help me get to my spare & put it on for me. They don’t even do tires and only do appointments, but they stopped and helped. Character like this, makes the most trustworthy mechanics. I’d trust them with any car issues. This shop is well known for great work - but while in town from San Antonio caring for my mom after a hospitalization, my van suddenly developed what could have been a serious suspension issue and they took me right in, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Got me back in my van within hours. So thankful for an honest shop that helped this out of towner so professionally and promptly! Thank you again for the five star service!!! Highly recommend!

Geniuses. My '01 Xterra was suffering poor gas milage despite starting and running smooth. Attempted repairs at the dealer and a local mech to no avail. Jamie and his team got right to the proper repair and now my soon to be classic is back to right! Thanks guys!

Fast, professional service and fair pricing. Took my Jeep Wrangler in due to AC not cooling. They took my Jeep on a Friday about noon and I had it back later that afternoon with AC working fine. This is kt go to garage now.

I have been a customer here for more than 20 years. They are quick and will not over sell you. You get a quote for the work, and you do not get surprised with "oh, we also found" or "the parts cost more than what we said." Yes, those are from a different "well rated" shop we tried when Pro Auto was just booked, and we needed the work done right away. Never again! This is a shop that you can trust.

I’ve used Pro for many years and have never had a problem. They are honest, efficient and their prices are reasonable. I use to be an office manager for a Nationwide collision center and they used them all the time. That’s why I was so comfortable trusting them. Honestly happy with the service I received, the time it took, and the price paid! Unfortunately, after I picked the car up there were 3 pretty big unidentifiable metal objects in one of my tires causing quite a tear to the wheel, which now needs to be replaced …so it absolutely sucks I have to go spend money on that now when the liability should be on the shop, but will unwaveringly be placed on me and my wallet as a single mother 😓 Make sure to double-check your cars before leaving the lot.

Jamie and his Crew are the BEST. They do quality work at a reasonable price. They are also honest and efficient. They repair your vehicle in a VERY timely manner.

If you have a kid in college down here far from home, send them here for help! They are always so patient and understanding when I have to hang up and call my parents and then call back (as per typical college girl fashion) and have never made me feel dumb or guilty for asking a million questions. they’re always honest about prices and if something is worth doing or if it would be a waste of time/ money. Literally the best guys ever.

Absolutely love their work & customer service. It may sound silly but as a female who does not know much about cars in general or mechanical issues many times it feels like I am unsure when I go somewhere if am being cheated or not. Also if I am doing what I am supposed to be doing and not just taken advantage of. I have never felt this way here. I have always been very thoroughly informed., told what could be waited on but what needs to be done as well as never having to wait excessively to complete any service. Above all else their customer service is phenomenal. James at the location on Saratoga has always gone over and beyond as well as other employees. To this day I have never had a single negative experience in any way at this location. I highly recommend their service.

In my opinion this one of the best auto repair shops in Corpus Christi. I stumbled on them in the late 90's when I had a little exhaust leak. I STILL use them and so does my whole family. My dad, brother and his wife. Now, the aren't cheap or expensive, somewhere in between but they stand by their work and do quality work every time. I highly recommend this shop.

Jamie was able to pin point exactly why my engine cooling system was starting to fail! He even took the time to explain all the details of it. Very professional and courteous! Update: Had my radiator fan & thermostat sensor & housing unit fixed here back in May 2020 and it’s been running amazingly! They did exceptional work very pleased with my experience here highly recommend! My official go to place for any repairs

I'm a retired mechanic and hate working on my vehicles. My wife had used them in the past on her car and decided why not. I was very impressed with the service reps and the service mechanic on how they were able to repair it so quickly. It was towed in on Wednesday knowing that it would be Monday before they start on it and by the next day it was done. Thanks for getting it done.

I took my vehicle to them because they were recommended by the transmission place I went when I thought I had transmission issues. Jaime the mechanic who helped me was great, friendly and was able to fix my car. He answered all my questions and explained what needed to be done and was quick to fix my car.

They did a break job for me, and even though the service was good, when I got my truck back I noticed that my rim had some scratches on it .

There are only 2 mechanic shops in town I can fully trust, this is one of them. Jamie is awesome, great at diagnostics and meticulous on his work. I send everyone I know to them confident they will get great work done.

I have gotten my inspection from this place on several occasions and have had the same bad experience. I go to them because they are quick, convenient, and their lobby is clean, but the people are not friendly on all occasions I had gone but this last time was the last straw. First the don't get up to tell you hi or ask you what you need. The owner just spoke from where he was sitting. The man then did my inspection in a quick matter (which was great) but then he gave me the price and when he gave me my change he threw it on the table in front of me and didn't even hand me my paperwork. Very disappointing, this place has great potential but disappointing that they say they are Christian's and act like that. I always tell them to have a good day but don't get the same. Place has great potential but if you want a friendly encounter then this is not a place to go.

Paul (owner) and Jamie ( service manager) are great, honest men. I have taken our cars and truck there multiple times. I've always been treated well. They also do state inspections on cars, trucks, motorcycles, and trailers in the morning M-F. I also appreciate they play Christian radio in their shop.

Brought my truck in for several services prior to having to ship it overseas. The service was prompt and recieved a great inspection summary via email with pictures prior to them starting repairs. Having worked in a auto repair shop in the past, I was very satisfied with the service and the estimate was on spot with what I expected in my experience. Fair and honest repair shops can be hard to find but Pro Automotive is the place to go. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good service at a fair price!
