I have to say the owner along with her tow truck driver Tim that covers livingston/goodrich area was very nice people. They worked with me on time of pick up little after hours then even worked with me on getting help from family to get my car out. Tim him self was very nice wasnt rude at all or made me feel rushed. Kwik Tow is basically the Avengers of towing. They answered on the first ring like they were just waiting for our call. A truck was on the way faster than I could say "uh-oh," and the driver called us immediately. He showed up, scooped up our car like it weighed nothing, and somehow bent the laws of time and space we were at the mechanic before I could finish my coffee. The driver was super friendly, professional, and possibly a wizard. 10/10 would break down again just to call them.

Excellent service! Dwayne came out to unlock our vehicle. My son accidentally locked the keys in the car. Dwayne was very kind, polite, and had an enjoyable conversation with him.

I got a flat tire on the side of 59, and Dwayne pulled over from the feeder road he was on to help me. If he was willing to be a good samaritan, then I think this is the business you should use for all your towing needs.

I wanna give a huge huge thank you and shout out to Kwik tow. Around 5:30am this morning my wife was on her way to work, and it was dark, she drove off into some very deep rushing water on county road 388. She was forced to abandon the car, there was a bunch of important documents in the car that we was not able to get. We called 4 or 5 other tow truck companies to try and retrieve the car. Everyone else said no. But Dewayne from Kwik tow showed up, was able to get the car despite the very dangerous conditions. Risked his life....By the time he showed up, the water was around 3 feet deep and rushing violently. He got my wife's car home safely, I was able to get it back running, spark plugs, air filter, and starting fluid. But the carpet is wet. Either way. Thank you so much Dewayne for your brave actions, and thank you Kwik tow for hiring him. He definitely deserves a raise. We cannot thank you enough!

So today my car was in water and the water was getting deeper and deeper and no other tow company or wrecker company would come and touch this car to try to even get it out I happen to call this company right here Kwik tow... These people are so amazing not only did they come and assess the situation he was going to do what he had to do to help me Dwayne is a very nice and amazing man and the woman that owns the company or runs the company I don't know her name but she is so amazing too these people have like the most kind heart ever and they made sure whether the car survived or not it was what was in the car that meant the most so they made sure to get that car out and that's what meant everything to me so I am leaving the most amazing review that I can because anybody and everybody that lives in this town Cleveland Texas and surrounding areas because they have multiple locations use this company because they are amazing

The dispatch lady is very nice and pleasant! This was my second time using them and Mr Dwayne picked my car up in Huntsville and gave me a ride to Houston! He's a nice guy and I really appreciated feeling safe riding with a stranger in this day and time!

This place deserves no stars! The worst experience de ever! We called about needing a tow truck we’re on the side of 99 where cars are coming 80+ mph and after getting hung up on we get a text from the person we spoke to, from their personal phone saying this. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, the person who answered said they were the manager and proceeded to argue with us saying we didn’t want to answer her questions. As a business owner, I would never want my employees to treat someone who is clearly in need of their service to treat them this way. After arguing on the phone while we needed their help, they decided to text me being super disrespectful.

I was stranded with my little brother with a flat, and one of your workers, Dwayne I believe he said his name was, stopped to help me. He towed my car to a nearby tire store and helped me talk with them and get everything situated, and I’m driving away with four new tires, and I really appreciate that as a young woman.

My car broke down in the heat of the day. Tim and his son towed our car. They are very nice, helpful, and respectful. Like family. They got there quickly, also. They also kept us updated, how long before they would get there. They were familiar with the area where my car was, and also where to tow it to. No problems. Also gave us helpful information. My car broke down in the middle of hwy 59 crossroad. Tim was nice and very helpful. He asked for a cop to block the road but took.forever so he figured a safe way to load my car. I greatly appreciated it! I couldn't have asked for better service.

I was in a HUGE mess with my car not being able to start + needing it towed quickly to get it worked on before the auto shop closed! Jarvis came within 20 minutes, was able to get my car in neutral without starting it, & even stayed after towing my car to make sure I got everything taken care of. The owners are so sweet & the customer service was top notch. I will never use another towing company! You will not regret giving them a call! Incredibly impressed ❤️

KWIK Towing is the best towing service in the San Jacinto and Polk County Area. I highly recommend them and had a great experience with a father and son team named Tim and William. They are very professional and experienced!

It was almost 12 AM my son had a blow out. I called three other towing companies in town and no one could help me but this company did and Dwayne was very sweet and got the job done very quick thank you kwik tow!!!

My kids some how managed to lock my mother in laws car with my 5 month old daughter in the car, while the car was still on but we were still frantic about the situation. One KWIK call to KWIK Tow and they were on the way in a hurry. They got to us in less than five minutes and got the door unlocked in a matter of a minute. So extremely thankful for these people and their hospitality!! They were so fast and beyond helpful in assisting with getting the car unlocked and my babygirl back in my arms. Spoke with Sissy and she was amazing. They went above and beyond in our case and even took several extra steps they did not have to in order to ensure we got my brother's pet back. Very easy to work with and will without a doubt know who I am calling the next time they are needed. They handled our call as if they knew who we were and as if we were lifelong friends. Cannot say enough good about them. Very honest people!!

Nice people even in a difficult situation they remained friendly, helpful and informative. They even went out of their way and helped by inflating my 2 flat tires. Way to go guys keep up the good work and stay safe, your job can be very difficult and dangerous.

Kevin and his son Bradley are the most down to earth people ive ever met, we just bought a truck in Houston and had some major problems with it leaving us stranded on the highway only 30 miles from where we bought it. Kwik tow showed up to give us a tow to the nearest shop. They basically stopped their work for the rest of the day to help us get to a parts house an hour away, they took us to get lunch, and they dropped us off at a hotel. I would recommend these guys a million times over!! Thank you guys for your awesome service and hospitality!!
