My husband and I went to check out and there was a woman (Nicole i think is her name) and she completely ignored us for a few minutes while we stood directly in front of her. We then proceeded to walk away to a different person checking out people so we could leave. I know sometimes it's hard to be at work but this very rude behavior for a business that is very client based. It is not difficult to communicate with people when you are not available to help them.

The people at this location are very attentive and professional. A young man named Jason assisted us with our vehicle issues, and he demonstrated a vast knowledge far beyond any person I have encountered about automobiles, RVs, and pick up trucks. If you are in the area and need anything whatsoever for your vehicle, even if you aren't sure what it is that you need, I highly suggest stopping by this location and giving them a chance at becoming your favorite auto parts store. I will definitely be back!!

Looking for bolts. They do have a nice selection of metric and sea bolts for your Auto needs. The HELP section is nice as well.

Great service! Dylan and Revva (sry if I spelled that wrong) helped me get into my truck when I locked myself out! So thankful for their help. I have always gotten parts here and now I’ll permanently be doing so.

Had alot of issues picking up a part they told me they had. It was awful...sent me on a wild goosechase that cost me a few hours worth of driving.

They always have what we need. Staff is very friendly. The reason for only 3 stars is because, the outside of the store is very dirty.

Bought a big decal of a skull on fire with a cool snake and barbed wire wrapped around it. Good price cool decal but it bubbled up in the heat and I had to remove it.

I have had nothing but good service from this store . I do a lot of business with them and they always treat me right . This store stays very busy and is sometimes hard to get a hold of due to the amount of customers in line. They have always ordered me parts and they have arrived on time. A couple times I've showed up at closing and they stayed over and got me taken care of. A very good staff . I give them an A+ rating.

Of all the O'Reilly auto parts locations I've ever been to, I've never felt compelled to write a review for them but, this store gave exceptional service today on my visit. I was greeted at the door and directed to the aisle that my part was located on. When i got to the aisle there was a gentleman there ready to help me, asking all the pertinent questions about my issue, and offered to come outside with me with the parts before i purchased them so I didn't have any trouble and had to return them or go through any extra hassle. A++ guys and you all deserve a pat on the back from O'REILLY'S corporate headquarters in my opinion. That is how you run a store when you want to not only sell products, but have satisfied customers that get exactly what they need and keep coming back. It's too bad I live in Southwest Houston or I'd only visit your store for my auto parts. Keep up the work ??

I will not be returning to this store while the new store manager Jasmine is there.She is really disrespectful all she did while I was there was stay in her phone she doesn't know anything about no car parts. When she was changing my battery she changed my fused box as well and now my radio doesn't work or my wiper blades.I will not be returning to this store. She should not be a store manager with the lack of experience she has.

Nice young man checked my fuse box and discovered a loose fuse. He reconnected it and my issues with(radio, back wiper and door locks)were resolved all started working again. Thank you O'Reilly's!!!

Store manager is Using her own power to pad her pockets by hiring her husband. Instead of outsource to a professional. Employees are not treated right, I personally feel that I will stop doing business here and do business at autozone. Store manager also sold me a set of bleacher screws that never fit my vehicle. It also Caused my caliber to bleed out all the brake fluid. Part was not an OEM match never got refunded for it. Purchased from the store manager.

Went to O’Reillys to buy a break light, assistant manager asked if I would like him to replace it so I said sure that would be great! Didn’t expect my car to get damaged. He had some trouble getting the light off and decided to use a screw driver to try and pry it off which damaged my car as shown in picture. When I spoke with him about it he handed me a paint pen he wanted me to PURCHASE after damaging my vehicle and said there was nothing else he could do for me. Got a card for the store manager Ray Myers I haven’t been able to speak with yet. Hoping for a better outcome and compensation for my damaged 2020 vehicle.

Management has gotten this store back to being my first choice as far as options go. Used to be impossible to get a phone answered when calling to verify if a part is available, that's been resolved, staff has been more friendly and I feel upper management should be aware of the great job the night manager Harley and the rest of the night staff are doing in contrast to the store as little as 16 months ago

I had the best afternoon when my Jeep stopped starting up in the pouring rain and by miracle turned on after a while so I went next door to my work office and I can’t say enough to express my appreciation for O’Reillys going above and beyond to help me replace and clean up my battery and some corrosion around the positive connector. Bob at oreillys went above and beyond and I got to meet the district manager who really made a rainy day turn into a better day with their help and promptness. I was able to see my patients the rest of afternoon and feel safe now on the roads!! Highly recommend!

Well what can I say. They spend most of their time in back goofing off and laughing. Never answer the phone, take for ever to get any level of service, are not very knowledgeable of even the most basic of parts. Very willing to argue even when proven wrong about parts they deal.. management is absent all together. Worth the drive to New Caney store just to avoid their headache of a Cleveland store.. not sure how they are even still in business to be quite honest l.

Got belt this morning. I didn't go inside, but my husband did. I was in the car quite a while. He said there were only 2 people working there is why it took so long & customers were waiting to be helped or checked out. IDK if this is normal or if it was because the storm was suppose to hit Liberty County last night.

I've always found help fast and excellent service to amazing new levels! Friendliest staff ever, and think it's a shame more parts stores don't treat their customers so well. I refuse to go anywhere else even if I'm in a desperate position out of town... I'd rather just wait till I get back home to my O'Reilly's parts store in Cleveland Texas.

This is the worst auto parts i have been there 4 times this week and each time they gave me the wrong part and also wanted to argue with me about the motor that is in my car they said that the motor that my car has in it was not available for the make and model or even the tear . I bought the car new so im pretty sure that the employees at this store are the most arrogant , unhelpful & know nothing about auto parts i will go a hundred miles out of the way to never go to the store in Cleveland Texas. Whatever happened to going into the local auto parts and being helped by someone who has had some experience in the automotive industry ( the good ole days)

Was told that a part would be set aside for me to pick up the next morning. When i went in the next morning the store had most of its lights off, weird, and one person was helping me until this kid, Austin, stepped in and took over. Not sure why. Austin couldn't find the part. He asked me the same questions over and over until I started getting upset and then a manager got involved. Apparently they have no real system in place for this kind of thing. It's ridiculous. If you can't get organised enough to help your employees find things and keep your customers happy, you won't get my business.
