This store is ok. Throughout the years I've had more instances of receiving wrong parts than I'd like to admit. Workers who didn't know their vehicles. Ralph is the guy to see. You're in good hands if you're dealing with him, otherwise you could be dealing with inconsistency. Store is pretty clean, customer service is alright. Sometimes it's friendly, welcoming folks & sometimes they come off standoffish. It's average I'd say

Awesome customer service. The cashier working closing on 2/10 helped me right before closing and went above and beyond her job. Will definitely be coming back just because of her.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely amazing experience at AutoZone in Cleveland, Texas, thanks to Angel. As a woman, it truly meant a lot to be treated with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism. Angel provided outstanding customer service—he was extremely thorough in his explanations, took the time to make sure I understood everything, and treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Angel is the perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like, and he should honestly be the one training all AutoZone team members. AutoZone could use many more employees like Angel. Because of him, I will definitely continue coming back and recommending this location to others.

Thought I needed a jump and after walking to this Autozone I was assisted by Ralph who was a heaven sent. He went with me back to my car went to jump it and thank God he was a knowledgeable associate and noticed the car didnt need a jump but an adjustment to the red connector. He informed me of what kind of connectors are best and got me on the road! I wouldn't of gotten my car going again without his help! Ralphs 5 star help was appreciated and a blessing.

I just got a car for my deseable husband, and because I don't know it I left some lights on and the battery died for me several times. I went to AutoZone and ask for help because I needed the car for the next day. It was Sunday evening and Mariano Rodriguez help me. He not only chance the battery, but also the windshield wipers. He took his time anyways the an estorm was coming. Thank you Mariano For all your help.

They did sell me the wrong size battery for my car, but when I came back they refunded me and gave me the right size one. I had to pay the difference and they installed it for me. Great customer service.

We had a great experience. We were looking for a part for my kia soul and Ralph helped us and even went a step further to make sure the part fit right and we had everything needed to finish the job!! Great experience, great employee, and we will be back for sure!!

Make this make sense: Called 4x to ask a question about an item being in stock. No answer. Once I got to the store, it was completely empty with no customers all....just employees on their phones...swipping and texting away. Not a surprise at all. Could've saved me a drive if someone picked up the phone for an item that was not in stock after all. Why have a phone?? Do better Auto zone.

Exceptional Customer Service from Ralph today, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did everything in his power to assist me, he helped me fix my break line since a new one wasn’t available. He did a great favor today!

I use this store alot, most customer service is great but you can tell when careless people are working ive been here this morning for 20 min for them to open watching him walk around and look at me and everyone coming and going setting up all registers. Idk if its autozone short staff but time is everything.. ex at an auto part store in the morning

The service was amazing! I had asked to get a new battery for my car and Benjamin was very helpful and patient. It was really hot outside, so I definitely appreciate the time he took out to help me with my car battery :)

Jose B did a great job. I had a dead battery so I called ahead to check they had what I needed and he told me yes and that they could install it. I had 2 littles with me and he got us in and out quickly and got us fixed up. Thank you!

Stephanie and this store is extremely disappointing. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience here. I would recommend going to O'Reilly's instead to avoid any headaches. I placed an order online for pickup and received the confirmation email. I headed to the store swiftly as I had a vehicle wrap appointment in Katy in an hour. Upon arrival, there was a gentleman behind me who also entered the store. There were three associates visible at the registers, but only one was helping a customer. The gentleman who entered behind me began browsing the store. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, the gentleman behind me also joined the line. After an additional five minutes, the employee finally acknowledged him and mentioned that she would be helping him shortly. After assisting the customer at the register for another 5-10 minutes, the associate did not acknowledge me and instead turned to the person behind me to ask if they needed to check out. Feeling confused, annoyed, and frustrated as I was already behind schedule, I politely informed her that I was there to pick up an item and would require assistance before moving on to the next customer. Stephanie's response was unprofessional and rude, as she began rolling her eyes, speaking aggressively, and displaying passive-aggressive behavior. She neglected to put my merchandise in a bag or provide a receipt, demonstrating a lack of professionalism, rudeness, and condescension. It is disappointing that individuals like Stephanie choose to judge and belittle others in their interactions. It is unacceptable that I am subjected to racial profiling by customer service employees. I will be lodging a formal complaint with corporate and relevant regulatory authorities. I began recording the interaction after the initial 5-10 minutes had elapsed, capturing nearly the entire interaction.

I visited this location multiple times in a single day and can confidently say the customer service is consistently excellent, and the product knowledge is outstanding! The associates here are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Well this morning it was 35 degrees and I had a bad battery. So I drove up to AutoZone and the guys there within minutes went to check my truck. The guy named Jose plugged up the scanner to my truck. Jose told me I'll be right. Pull up my name in the computer I still have warranty on the battery he bust out the tools took the battery out put the new one in. I got to say it's the best customer service I have experience at any auto parts store. Thank you Jose and your whole crew for helping me out today. I'll give you guys five stars you guys deserve it. Thank you Merry Christmas and Happy New years to everyone at AutoZone.

I was visiting my family in a nearby cemetery, and needed to fix a flag pole. I drove to Autozone for tape and zip ties. When I walked in and explained my situation, Ms. Stephanie from behind the counter quickly went and grabbed a few zip ties and packaging tape from the back. The flag pole is now fixed and looks great. We are grateful for her generosity. Thank you

Called this AutoZone to see if they had a part in stock after having no success at several other locations. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. She acted like she didn't want to help me and hung up on me while I was trying to find the part number so she could look it up. I was directing my friend to locate the part. When I called back, another person answered the phone. I explained that I was hung up on. The manager came over the phone on speaker yelling that she had a business to run and she didn't have time to deal with me having a conversation with someone else. I was finally able to speak to just one person and get the information I needed. However, upon arrival to the store, the manager once again was extremely rude and disrespectful. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location anytime soon

The young man was very personable. When I asked him to check my battery he did, and showed me what he saw on his tester. Sure enough it verified what the manager had found at the place I had my yearly inspection. But the battery I bought was more than he quoted for a basic one. He didn't try to push a more expensive one. He even helped me get everything back working.

Casey a manager has a strong amount of understanding for her job and about her job. Her kindness and patience with each customer is very professional. She will always do her absolute best, to najee certain that every customer she helps, they will always leave satisfied and also willing to come back again.

Cleveland location: Husband went here to get a mower battery charged. And they told him he needed to buy another one cause his battery was no good. Now just left O'Reilly and the sticker on it says "Good Charge". How is that Auto Zone?

I'm at AutoZone right now it's Tuesday the clothes they were closing but I needed something for a bite that I just got in You by laws that I need and they were able to let me do it and I help me in this place here if I could give them the 10 start I would but physically I can only give him a five-star but I'm saying it's a 10 all the way around there they were very helpful they were polite they did everything that a auto parts store should do and then some I'd recommend this place to anybody and that's my hybrid Malaysian baby
