I want too acknowledge a kind young man that greeted me as I entered O'Reilly Auto Parts on East Houston in Cleveland TX. I needed to replace the battery in my car remote, and Pepper (Jeremy) assured me he would do his best. And he came thru, just like the CAPE CRUSADER he is and made sure my remote worked. Pepper,(Jeremy)..Cleveland (GOTHAM CITY) Citizens are blessed to have you.?
Kinda pathetic y'all could not help me with my warranty on a battery purchased from y'all.
My number changed and when I purchased the battery it was during bring broken down on the side of the road. The last thing on my mind was giving a number for a purchase when I was stranded....
My battery was purchased 5/24 it's only 1/26 and the battery has completely failed....
No honor or help from the manager who spoke with me over the phone.
For the love of everything in this universe....PICK up the phone!!!!! Everytime I go there there's at least 3 people on their phones at the counter doing absolutely nothing. So I'm confused as to why there is never an answer? Could save people a drive ya know? Can't even go to AutoZone because it's the same thing....this is why AI is going to take over. Customer service out the window.
My mom took my car, white honda civic hatchback, to this location. On our receipt, the associates name reads 'Pepper' so we hope you're acknowledge for this review!
My battery was dying and after a horrible experience my mom just had at the nearby Walmart, this associate was a Godsend. He helped with making sure we had the correct battery, even when we didn't know all the details required for it. We ended up purchasing the incorrect battery but he still helped us with an even exchange and installed it. I don't think she was there for even an hour.
You just don't find genuine customer service like this these days! Thank you so much!
This has to be the best O'riellys ever , they went above and beyond , so frustrating looking for the correct part. Napa guys always seem arrogant for customers coming in for a single part , basically blew me off saying they don't see the part I'm looking for. Autozone can never give the proper amount of attention to find what I need in full.
I was limited on funds needed that high dollar freon and the man had me replacing air filters telling me that why my ac not blow cold so I took his advise it didn't work then I didn't have enough money to get the freon that would have worked nery upset
I went to this location because I needed a new battery. I was in a desperate situation at this point because if I turned my car off I would need someone to jump me. I bought the battery I was told that I would have to wait because they were busy and there were only two employee,which I understand.i waited like 15 minutes for two employees to come out to tell me that they were not about to touch my battery because it had fuses attached. They said that could go to a mechanic and they could change it out . Mind you it was day after thanksgiving there was not a lot open . Further more I just 250 dollars on a battery that they very easily could have exchanged out . The lack of concentration for my situation and just clearly not wanting to do their job was disappointing. Luckily I had a neighbor help me it took less than 5 mins . I hope this doesn’t happen to an elderly or single mother that just needs someone to do there job .
Don't know where's worse the autozone across the street or O'Reillys both are at the same level of not knowing what they are talking about but i think autozone and O'Reilly are competing one which ones the rudest no customer service
Originally went to Auto Zone (due to my customer being an AZ fan, but I've always been an O'Reilly fan!) to pick up an alternator. When I pulled it out of the box (while still in store) I noticed the wires were burnt and the part was bad. It was $164, 1 yr warranty. They had another one available for $244 with Lifetime warranty but my customer didn't want to spend the extra money. Went across the street to O'Reillys. They only had the expensive one in stock. The manager gladly PRICE MATCHED it with the $164 one across the street so I could get the job done that day. That is going above and beyond and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why I love O'Reillys!!
Ray is great! I had an old and tough set of rotors/drums to turn. I know it was a challenge, but he got it done and FAST! The rest of the staff are quick to be friendly and helpful.
I went in there about a day ago and bought a part asked if I can use a screwdriver and the manager (ray) told me no because he don’t have tools and because customers don’t return them so rude went to the other O’Reillys and got better customer service.
